6056 | Introduction. The relevance of the article is due to a significant exacerbation of the problem of protecting the rights of children, due to the increase in cases of homelessness, violence, drug addiction, both in the family and in society as a whole. And one of the global tasks of the Russian state at the present stage is the protection of the rights of the child. The family and educational organizations have a big role in crime prevention. The purpose of the article is to identify the characteristic features of the legal development of children of senior preschool age. Material and methods. The methodological basis of our work was a cultural approach that allows us to consider the legal development of children of preschool age as an integral part of human culture and the dialectical method of cognition, involving a comprehensive analysis of the objects studied in their relationship, the definition of cause-effect relationships of the analyzed phenomena; general scientific: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy and special methods of scientific knowledge: children’s poll “Children’s Rights”, individual conversation “What to do?” (G. Uruntaeva, Y. Afonkina), survey of educators, Pearson correlation coefficient. Results and discussion. The results of the experimental work showed that the majority of children under the age of five are at the middle and low levels of legal development. Children of senior preschool age do not fully possess the knowledge of rights and obligations that are not sufficiently complete and specific. Preschool children find it difficult to define the concepts of law, right, etc. The children of senior preschool age found it difficult to properly assess their actions and the actions of other people, sought help from an adult, followed the rules of behavior subject to adult control. As the results of the analysis of the experimental work showed, the majority of children of 5 years old are at an average (47 %) and low (45 %) levels of legal development and only 8 % of older preschool children have high rates. Statistically, this thesis was confirmed by a high value of the Pearson criterion correlation coefficient between the signs (criteria of legal development levels) (rs = 0,6). This was reflected in perceptions, behaviors, experiences, feelings of children, which in aggregate determine the formation of legal development. Сonclusion. The materials of the article can be used in the practice of pre-school educational organizations, educational activities for the preparation of bachelors and masters in pedagogical, psychological and pedagogical areas of training. 6057 | Introduction. The aim of the article is to identify and describe the main characteristics and variants of the linguistic and cultural transfer of nominations of social diseases. Material and methods. The study material includes nominations related to the sphere of social diseases in the amount of 700 units selected by targeted sampling from bilingual and multilingual medical dictionaries, dictionaries of foreign words, scientific and popular scientific literature and texts of social advertising. For the semantic and etymological analysis of nominations that have undergone linguistic and cultural transfer, the study used the method of comparative typology, to determine the value of the nomination of socially significant diseases the study used the method of historical interpretation. Results and discussion. In this study, linguistic and cultural transfer is considered as transferring or borrowing units of one linguistic culture to another. The transfer may affect not only similar linguistic cultures that have historically conditioned connections, but also cultures belonging to completely different types, which is quite characteristic of the sphere of social diseases. At the same time, units of one linguistic culture undergo a process of not only borrowing, but also penetrating into the host culture, go through all the stages of adaptation in it. Thus, there are 3 main characteristics of the linguistic and cultural transfer of social diseases: the extensiveness of the process of the linguistic and cultural transfer reflecting the quantitative increase in the number of loanwords in the linguistic culture; the intensity of the process of linguistic and cultural transfer, in which there is a qualitative borrowing of units of another linguistic culture; the prevalence of linguistic and cultural transfer, when loanwords are transferred in several linguistic cultures. Conclusion. The main variants of the linguistic and cultural transfer are the transition of lexical units from everyday vocabulary into terminology, eponimization, polysemy and synonymy of nominations in the sphere of social diseases. In addition, the problem of the disorder of nominations in the field of social diseases in different linguistic cultures is quite acute, which can lead to disruptions in the exchange of information at the international level and difficulties in translation. 6058 | We propose a new ghost-free model describing massive spin two field1 . This model consists of a kinetic term and interaction terms without derivative. We report on the properties of this model, especially we consider what could happen when this model couples with gravity. Although the model does not generate any ghost on the Minkowski space-time, it is not so clear whether or not this property is preserved even on curved space-time. In fact, Buchbinder et al. have found that the ghost appears even in the Fierz-Pauli theory on curved space-time if we do not include non-minimal coupling terms. We report on the model with interactions on curved space-time and show that we can construct a model without ghost by including non-minimal coupling terms. 6063 | The focus of the article is on the question of the axiological stratum of the discourse picture of the world of entertaining radio. The paper considers axiological content of radio communication in the context of ethical problematics. Problematics of modeling of the world potential of mass media discourse is considered in view of the terms «discursive person» and «discursive cognition». Ethical issues are considered in the context of the model of speech behavior, which is characteristic of a discourse of radio. The article shows that the axiological content of the discourse (the discursive picture of the world) is the level of interaction between the author and the addressee. Entertaining genres of the radio «create» their addressee in the process of interactive communication, in which the system of rules of emancipation functions (maximum democratization of speech, violation of secrecy, violation of public morality). Addressee takes communication media for his own entertainment medium, that leads to reduced sense of orientation in the world. 6064 | This article is considered as a form of interaction in media communication. Participation of subjects in religious discourse is the basis for the formation of dialogic communication. There are discourse’s mechanisms for the formation of dialogue interaction between communicants: it is value and psycho-speech coordination of participants in communication. Representatives of religious discourse (clergymen and interactive addressees) are subjects of dialogue. Also they are participants in the mass media discourse. Interaction by the subject of communication is occurred in the communicative space (this is the genres of the forum and blog). The features of the interaction of the two discourses are revealed through the analysis of dialogic communication. At first public dialogue as an atypical form of communication for the Orthodox faith reflects the situation of weak coordination of the participants’ positions. Secondly the technical form of Internet communication isn’t conducive to dialogue on the basis of religious values and presumptions. The result of this interaction reflects typological changes in religious discourse – adaptation to the mass media’s norms and conditions. The interaction in the space of religious discourse oriented to orthodox dogmas, traditions, values. The topics of the dialogues are not only religious life, but also worldly interests. 6071 | Introduction. This article presents a methodological reflection of the study of the value-semantic aspects of the representation of the hagiographic tradition in Dostoevsky’s work. Analysis of the artistic anthropology of the writer, ideological searches and spiritual conflicts, which determine the peculiarities of the problem and poetry of his works, allows to see the deep connection with the hagiographic tradition in its understanding of the world and man. The spiritual experience captured in the lives for the writer is not just a genre or pictorial tool, but a deep semantic vector, anthropological and axiological dominant. Material and methods. The material of the study is artistic and journalistic works of late creativity of F.M. Dostoevsky, the ego-documents of the writer, memories of contemporaries. The methodological basis of the study is the axiological approach, which is complex and includes cultural-historical, comparative, structural-typological, and biographical aspects. In the system of views of F. M. Dostoevsky, questions about a person, his spiritual and moral development, value attitudes and ideals are of great importance, are reflected in artistic creation, especially in the novel The Brothers Karamazov and The Life of the Great Sinner, take a basis among the life of the writer, his religious education and religious-philosophical worldview. Results and discussion. The representation of the hagiographic tradition is inextricably linked to the writer ‘s worldview, his system of values. In the system of views of F.M. 6073 | The article considers the functional possibilities of the prezens in German. The analysis was carried out in a diachronic aspect, beginning with the Old High German period and ending with the modern state of German. It is shown what functions were peculiar to the prezens at the time of its formation, which appeared in later periods and which are used at the present stage of development of the given language. For this purpose have been studied the literary monuments of the Old High German and Middle High German periods, the Germanic epic Nibelungenlied. The modern functional potential of prezens is studied on the basis of German newspapers Die Welt and Moskauer deutsche Zeitung. The article uses as the main descriptive, comparative-historical, quantitative methods of investigation. The urgency of the work is due to the ambiguous approach in linguistics to the functional differentiation of the German prezens. In this article its most frequent functions are scientifically substantiated and described. In these German-language newspapers a frequent phenomenon is actual, usual and futuristic prezens. Culturologically, this situation is due to the fact that the Germans attach great importance to the present, and they are characterized by their aspirations for the future. In addition, in modern publicistic speech a tendency is revealed that consists in the combined functioning of prezens in the interaction of frequency functions. The conducted research as a whole expands the scientific understanding of the functional significance of the prezens in the German language. 6074 | Introduction. The purpose of the article is to reflect on the specifics of organizing translation training in line with the collaborative activity pedagogy of G. N. Prozumentova. Three models of collaborative activity between the teacher and students (authoritative, leadership, partner) and three types of joint actions between the teacher and students have been analyzed: closed, semi-open and open. For each model there are special types of educational tasks (reproductive, constructive, creative). At the same time, all translation exercises are characterized in the logic of a certain model of collaborative activity between a teacher and students, taking into account the different positions of its participants. Material and methods. As a methodological base of the research we have chosen a learner-centered approach as well as the concept of collaborative activity pedagogy between the teacher and students. We have analyzed the traditional methods of teaching translation and educational practices for training translators in a classical university, including teaching experience of the author. Results and discussion. It has been established that the majority of translation exercises are mostly reproductive and tend to an authoritative model of collaborative activity; therefore, it is important to use a variety of exercises, mainly dialogue exercises, representing a leadership and partnership model of collaborative activity pedagogy. It has been proven that an open collaborative action (involving the creation of new meanings, the interchange and mutual enrichment, non-didactic interaction of participants) is optimal in translation teaching. Students form socio-cultural knowledge, communication skills, ability to participate in collaborative activities, translation competencies. Conclusion. For the first time it has been shown that translation training requires not only modern methodological support, but also a pedagogical basis. The idea of co-organizing different types of interaction between a teacher and students in translation training with an emphasis on organizing open collaborative action is seen by the author as the best option for organizing learner-centered educational practice at the university. 6075 | The article deals with the problem of updating the traditional approach to image analysis in the literature lesson through the use of modern research in the field of philosophy and psychology. The reader’s practice is proposed, where a semiotic approach is implemented, which allows to identify the transformation of the reference image in the text of a writer of the second half of the twentieth century due to the “reverse translation” (A. Mikhailov), that is, the comparison of the reference image with the antique and classical interpretation. The main mechanism connecting the reference image with the archetype is the figurative transfer. The very phenomenon of transference presupposes the existence of a previous and subsequent situation, as well as the establishment of a relationship between them. This practice allows students not only to master the specifics of the figurative system of a particular work, but also to identify the author’s worldview that affects the poetics of the text. The development of the poetics of V. Petsuh’s “Prometheuschina” story takes place with the help of a consistent and multi-aspect reading (L. V. Shamrey), which displays different elements of the architectonics of the work, which allows the young reader to build a system of connections between the individual parts of the artistic whole. The inductive method of understanding the meaning focuses the attention of students on the non-linear type connections (repetitions, parallelisms) that arise when analyzing the central image of a story. With such an analysis, it becomes possible to identify semantic overlaps in various parts of the text and meaningful “nodes” that are significant for the interpretation of the work. Appeal to the historical and literary context (N. V. Gogol “Inspector”) makes students pay attention to the national peculiarity of the Russian mentality and adequately interpret the meaning of the actions of a literary hero, his attitude to people and to life. The final “convolution” of information about the text of V. Petsuh occurs in the interpretational activity of schoolchildren compared to the new image (N. V. Maslova) with other interpretations in modern art, which contributes to fixing the ideological changes that have occurred in the minds of a whole generation. Readership practice, combining the relationship of the figurative and logical in presentation of the material and technological effectiveness of the educational process, provides students with a certain degree of freedom of philosophizing in the classroom, and the teacher is guaranteed simplicity and effectiveness of use. 6076 | Introduction. At present, the study of integration of education, its types and forms is relevant both for the development of the entire educational system and its part, – vocational education. The goal of integration in the system of vocational education is the goal of achieving international standards for the training of specialists in accordance with the international standards of Worldskills. For the vocational education system, integration and mentoring are essentially the real mechanisms that will lead the vocational education system to achieve the targeted results planned in the national project. As shown by many years of experience in implementation, it brings great benefits for such professions of paramedical workers as a nurse, paramedic, and midwife. In the formation of future medical workers, the role of a mentor, his personal and professional portrait plays one of the leading roles for the formation of a holistic image of a future medical specialist and the formation of the further professional path of a young specialist. After all, a medical professional must possess not only professional skills, be able to perform medical manipulations, but also possess professionally essential personality traits. Material and methods. The content of the article reflects a theoretical analysis of the scientific problem posed, the empirical data of experimental activities on the modernization of the mentoring system and its use to integrate the activities of Tomsk Basic Medical College and several enterprises interested in highly qualified graduates are summarized. Conclusion. The revival and development of the mentoring institute in the context of integration processes allows us to logically complete the process of forming the professional identity of a mid-level medical specialist and fix it at the workplace. 6083 | Study of traditional consciousness and peculiarities of popular culture bearers’ worldview on the material of textual dialect speech corpora is an urgent task of linguistic culturology and cognitive linguistics. Representative textual collections of everyday dialect speech only recently became a source of reconstruction of traditional worldview. The purpose of this work is a study of religious knowledge and ideas role and content in the worldview of dialect speakers. The analysis of religious subjects discourse fragments, picked out of a general speech flow, has shown that the religious component is a significant part of a general world picture and of popular culture bearers’ linguistic consciousness. Reflections on God, Christian saints, orthodox holidays and memorable dates of Church calendar, church services and rituals, religious writings, religious figures, trends and heterodox people, plots of Christian mythology occupy an important place in dialect speakers’ narratives. The notions of religious sphere often become the objects of dialect speakers’ reflection in their conversations with dialectologists. The religious subjects discourse fragments often contain such means expressing reflection as explanatory constructions, repetitions, periphrasis, generalizing (often evaluative) remarks, addresses to interlocutors with the purpose of checking up the degree of speech understanding, rhetoric questions. The communicative peculiarities of religious thematic fragments – increased metalinguistic reflection against a background of a feeble, in general, speech awareness of popular speech culture bearers – show that the elements of religious worldview are an important constituent part of dialect speakers’ cultural identity, occupying a central place in the popular tradition bearers’ value system. 6084 | Introduction. The research explored representation of the concept freedom in the Code as a nuclear genre of legal document discourse. Aim and objectives of the article are to identify the specifics of implementation of the concept freedom, defined by modus-dictum organization of legal discourse and the specifics of the Code as its nuclear genre. Material and methods. The research material consists of the Codes of the Russian Federation, which are Family, Labour, Housing, Civil, and Criminal Codes. The selection of material is determined in accordance with the nuclear status of this genre in legal text. Being one of the main documents of legal discourse, the Code as well as the Constitution of the Russian Federation, reflects the foundations of Russian law. Freedom, as a key concept of Russian culture, is specifically represented in legal discourse. The methodology includes discourse and concept analysis: we observe discursive and genre features from the position of the Code in genre system of legal discourse. Freedom is analyzed through comparing this concept in the system of Russian linguistic world-image on the whole (based on material from studies already conducted) with legal discourse in particular. Results and discussion. We found that the concept freedom, in contrast to its common representation in Russian linguistic world-image, has a particular non-binary specificity and is transformed through the law. In everyday language, there is an opposition freedom (will)/unfreedom, and in the Code freedom is realized through a permissive (what can be done within the framework of the law), prohibitive modus (what is criminally punishable and prescribed through unfreedom, i.e. arrest), and a modus of obligation (what is required to be done by law). In addition, freedom in the Codes is influenced by their thematic sphere: there are freedom of family, labour, housing, and civil relationships. In opposition is what is prohibited to do and guarantees unfreedom (represented by the Criminal Code). Conclusion. Freedom in the legal document discourse is an officially recorded ability of a person to operate within the confines of the law. The Code as a nuclear genre of legal discourse transforms the concept through its modus-dictum modification. As a result, pivotal for the implementation of the concept freedom is the law, as well as the basic concepts of each selected Code – family, labour, housing, citizen, and punishment. 6096 | Introduction. The image of a child in art is universal because it is associated with the widest range of problems: from socio-psychological to philosophical and cultural. The aesthetic complex of childishness turns out to be highly relevant for expressing the essence of the subject of the modern transition due to the specificity of the image of the child, which is associated not only with the ideas of naturalness and creative fantasy, but also infantilism and primitivism. Aim and objectives. The aim of this work is disclosure of the symbolic content of the motif and image complex of childishness in P. V. Krusanov’s novel “American hole” (2005). The objectives of the work are studying the role of the Child archetype (“Infant-Orphan”, “Divine Infant”) and the myth-folklore motifs associated with this archetype (“children in the forest”, “initiation”). Materials and research methods. The author of the article used the structural-semiotic method, the method of myth-restoration and the method of complex analysis based on the synthesis of literary theoretic, linguistic and philosophical-cultural approaches to the artistic text. Results and discussion. To express the essence of the subject of modern transition epoch, the aesthetic complex of the childishness is very relevant, because the child’s specific image means not only naturalness and imagination, but also infantilism and primitivism. In the novel “The American Hole” by P. Krusanov, the deep symbolism of the child’s image is created by play upon the Jung’s Child archetype (“Infant-Orphan”, “Divine Infant”) and the associated myth and folk motifs (“children in the forest”, “initiation”). Despite the prevailing in the text elements of the carnival, subjecting all its ideology and axiology to inversion, the mythological analysis of the plot allows us to reveal the serious meanings that constitute the author’s “message” to the reader. The plot of the transformation of reality in the game, organized by the extremely free artist Sergey Kuryokhin and the eternal boy Evgraf, cancels the idea of the inevitable elimination of childhood and childish in adult life. Conclusion. The author of the article comes to the following conclusions. Firstly, the game inversion creates in the novel by P. Krusanov axiologically ambivalent images of the modern transitional era. Secondly, the inconsistency of the image of the child becomes a means of identifying a modern person with his infantilism, on the one hand, and the cult of creativity, on the other. Thirdly, the child for the modern man continues to be a symbol of hope and spiritual enlightenment. Keywords: P. V.
