This article deals with personal names (anthroponyms) and their structure. The most frequent structural types of anthroponyms are investigated; their semantics and functions are studies. The author makes comparisons between folklore anthroponyms (found in Russian fairy tales) and historic personal names. Dual tendencies of personage naming reflect the dynamic of changes in the nominative system of the language. Thorough analysis of the above mentioned changes helps to discover the time frame of this process. Formation of official modern naming system is studied. 5503 | ‘The Tales about Ignasuis the Cat, Fedya the Chimney Sweep and the Lonely Mouse’ (2004) by L. Ulitskaya is a book published in a format of a children’s book, but it has implied sense addressing to an adult reader. Intertextual code in ‘The Tales …’ allows us to find out references to cosmogonic myths. The main character acts in the following roles: a demiurge trying to create her own cosmos (organized reality), a lonely woman trying to overcome her loneliness, and at last a recognizable character of folklore fairy tales who does not possess the abilities necessary for a cultural hero which leads to a catastrophe. Man-made demiurgism of the Little Mouse is held in derision. Also, ‘The Tales …’ itself is read as a work about overcoming the loneliness and about finding of the family. 5504 | The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of a headmaster’s humanitarian culture. The purpose of the article is to reveal the intrinsic components of this phenomenon and to show the manifestations of humanitarian culture through the formation processes of a person’s spirituality. The author discloses spirituality through the poliparadigmatic approach in science, defines the pedagogical essence of spirituality, considers its formation as a process of self-building and personal growth. The article states that the humanitarian culture of a headmaster is a necessary factor for forming spiritual environment of school. At the same time the personality of headmaster is considered to be capable of spiritual enrichment and self-development and is a carrier of special spirituality and of pedagogical mentality - intelligence. Intelligence, as a quality of the personality, can be developed if spiritual and moral values need self-development, and high humanitarian culture become the inner regulators of a headmaster. The research shows that the pedagogical community imposes high requirements to spiritual and moral personal qualities of a head, such as decency, nobility, conscientiousness, justice, high spirituality and culture. The examples of two innovative schools of the Amur Region (Gymnasium №1 in Tynda and Secondary school №1 in Arkhara) have shown how the humanitarian culture of a headmaster influences the spiritual environment of a school. According to the author, this environment will be as such if upbringing is based on spiritual and moral values, spiritual unity of a school, professional activity of the “spiritual mentors” which are capable to awake souls of their pupils and a headmaster as a well-educated person. 5505 | The article discusses social entrepreneurship as a new phenomenon in the field of studies of educational activities. Theoretical appeal to the capabilities of the network approach to the development of socio-entrepreneurial competence as an educational outcome is urgent. These forms provide both preparation of a person for this type of activity and formation of social entrepreneurship as a special value that unites and determines forms of the community members’ life. 5506 | The issue of increasing the efficiency of conducting classes in computer classes is considered, thanks to the improvement of the student’s interaction with the teacher. One of the solutions to this problem is the active use of the program “Remmina Remote Desktop” of the Linux operating system. Especially actual application of Remmina program in the absence of a video projector in the class. Describes the features and step-by-step instructions for using the Remmina program in computer classes. Its use is recommended for training in computer classes of educational institutions of general, secondary or higher education. The main advantages of the program: the opportunity to observe the actions of the teacher on his desktop in the conference mode and return, if desired, to his own work. With the help of the Remmina program, the teacher has the opportunity to constantly or occasionally display the desktop of his monitor at workplaces of students. The function of the teacher is reduced to the voice explanations of the material shown. The experience of using the Remote Desktop Remmina program allows you to recommend its application for training in computer classes of educational institutions of general, secondary or higher education for the following reasons: • Remmina program activates interaction between the teacher and students and can be considered as an alternative to using a media projector with a screen. • The reliability of training in the event of a technical failure of available facilities (interactive whiteboard, media projector and others) increases. • The Remmina program can also be considered as a supplement to existing tools. The teacher, at the same time, has the possibility of a wider choice of means when submitting material in order to increase the students’ motivation for learning. • The application of the program does not require adjustments in the curricula of classes. 5507 | In recent years, in Russia only 36 % of students master technical specialties, which does not meet the needs of engineers for the Tyumen region. The results of the analysis of the problem of professional development of the individual and its self-determination allow to assert the need for the use of new forms of career guidance in higher education. To create conditions for personal self-determination, a well-built system of interaction between school, University and employer is necessary. One of the first experiments to attract students to technical specialties, namely the oil profile, was the organization of profile classes by PJSC “Rosneft” in the regions of Russia. The socalled“ Rosneft-classes” carry out pre-university training. In the process of teaching, students study physics, mathematics, chemistry in depth for the successful passing of the exam, also get acquainted with future profile subjects. After graduation, 95 % of graduates enter technical areas of higher education. As a result of cooperation with Rosneft, the idea to develop engineering skills was born, starting with primary school. At Tyumen Industrial University was launched the project “School of Engineering Reserve” for schoolchildren (grades 1–11), which contributes to the formation of engineering mentality at an early age. The school curriculum includes a number of disciplines: entertaining physics, mathematics, 3D modeling, robotics, young oilman, Geology, applied chemistry. The training is based on the application of project training methods. Most graduates of the school (in 2016 and 2017 93 %) go to study at technical universities. The author pays special attention to the need of stimulation of any speech activity of students with the aim of clarifying of the unexpectedly appeared misunderstanding. The author underlines that showing oneself in the discussion, regardless of the language knowledge and skills and having no fear of making a mistake, is an invaluable experience for speaking. The author presents the examples of moral dilemmas used in teaching English at higher school and the stages of the work with them and gives specific recommendation on it. While describing the work with dilemmas, the author points out the importance of correct determination of size and gender composition of the groups and the possibility of discussing moral dilemmas by the students having different level of the language. The author comes to the conclusion that the discussion of moral dilemmas in the classroom while teaching foreign languages at higher education institution not only contributes to the understanding of moral values and qualities, but also develops language skills, fluency of speech, speech accuracy; it improves pronunciation and interaction with a partner. 5509 | The article presents the results of research and scientific-methodical work of the professional-pedagogical community of Tomsk State Pedagogical University in designing the modular educational programs for training bachelors of pedagogical education on the basis of Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ through coordination of the FSES and professional standards. The authors suggest approaches to designing the structure of modular educational programs for training teachers at the University at the undergraduate level and determine the grounds for the allocation of their modules with the designation of the invariant and variable component. The didactic features of modular educational programs – from goal-setting to the final evaluation of their effectiveness are substantiated. The results of designing the list of professional competencies of bachelor graduates for the modular educational program 44.03.05 Pedagogical education (with two profiles of training) (bachelor level) and the description of the content and organizational characteristics of such a modular educational program are presented. The materials of the article can be used by the heads of the main educational programs and administrative and management teams of Russia’s pedagogical universities in the context of transferring students to BEP (basic educational program) mastering created in accordance with the requirements of FSES HE 3 ++ in conjunction with professional standards of pedagogical activity. 5511 | The purpose of the article is to identify the features of scientific linguistic habitus. The author proceeds from the interpretation of science as a form of social practice and understanding of its subjective basis as a set of dispositions (scientific habitus). The linguistic habitus of science is defined as one of the sets of dispositions of the subject of scientific practice, acquired in a particular socio-historical context by taking into account the peculiarities of its carrier, and reflected the linguistic identity of a scientist to a particular tradition (educational, disciplinal, national, cultural). Responding to the question of how linguistic habitus is associated with an actual scientific practice, what specific nature it has and what the mechanisms of formation are, – the author, firstly, asserts the existence of a gap between the linguistic habitus of science and scientific practice itself. Secondly, the analysis of works of local researchers allows to refer intertextuality, expressivity and dialogueness identifying to the features of scientific linguistic habitus. Thirdly, the dynamics mechanism of scientific linguistic habitus is described on the basis of theories of P. Bourdieu and W. Labov. The risks, which the native speaker potentially makes himself liable to in the network interactions are evaluated from the ethical and legal points of view. The communicantss’behavior in cyberspace is regulated by both external factors (from government agencies, non-governmental organizations, moderators and site administrators, and so forth.) and by the users themselves. The emphasis is laid on the specific features of epistolary electronic-media texts tby means of which can be solved the problem of full / partial blocking by the addressers the risks associated with violation of the current legislation and the existing moral and ethical standards. Drawing on available sources on the topic of research gthe author presents a list of tactics that contribute to managing risks in public communication: the manifestation of subjectivity, “blackout” of the referent, torn predication, deauthorisation, autor rehabilitation. Implementation of tactics of risk avoiding is seen as an example of open letters’ texts, online-petitions and appeals of citizens to the City Administration’s website. 5516 | The article deals with the problem of increasing motivation for learning the basic disciplines among the students of technical universities. It demonstrates the characteristic of the consolidated activities of the faculty in training the students to work on the formation of their competitiveness. The article provides the pedagogical technology of training of competitive specialists in a technical university. It presents the results of the survey of students to ascertain their perceptions about the competitiveness of a graduate. The authors emphasize the necessity of cardinal changes in an education system and in accordance with the requirements of the labour market for competitive specialists. The authors propose to consider the competitiveness on four levels – personal, qualification, competence, practical, which allow the student to trace the formation of his qualities as a future job applicant. It is proved that the formation of competitiveness of technical college graduates is realized by establishing correspondence between the educational and professional standards. An example of working with the individual plan of formation of competitiveness is shown. Substantial growth of the motivation for learning the basic disciplines is confirmed by the results of the input and the final control of knowledge on the example of chemistry, as well as survey data of graduates. The issue of formation of humanitarian students’ cultural and leisure activities in the situation of integration and globalization of culture, transformation of public institutions, development of leisure industry, emergence of new forms of cultural and leisure self-organization is actualized. Material and methods. The results of interdisciplinary studies of the problem of open education are presented. The structural-functional model of open humanitarian education is characterized. The methods of modeling, pedagogical design, focus groups, interviewing, questionnaires, conversations and various diagnostic methods (Career Anchors, Value Orientations, Meaningful Life Orientations) were used. Results and discussion. The concept of cultural and leisure competence is interpreted as an integrative quality of an individual, manifested in its positive motivational value attitude to cultural and leisure activities, in the communicative and design skills of organizing cultural and leisure practices. The structure of the working concept is presented in the form of three components: value motivational, communicative and design. The content of the three stages of cultural and leisure competence formation is described: analytical (stage of immersion and meeting with cultural and leisure reality), technological-mastering various technologies of cultural and leisure activities with a predominance of communication samples in the framework of current actions and events; transformative stage is focused on gaining experience in transforming urban cultural and leisure reality. Conclusion. The final test to identify the dynamics in the levels of formation of cultural and leisure competence of humanitarian students showed that the greatest positive changes occurred in the communicative and design components. 5518 | The article investigates the models of organization of the educational process in rural schools as a perfect representation of administrative activity in the field of didactic and educational systems, resource provision and educational quality management. The analysis of the historical context of development of education in rural areas was carried out, the main stages of development of organization of educational process within formation of rural educational institutions in Russia in the XIXth – Xxth centuries and models corresponding to them are revealed. The author presents historical and pedagogical stages of formation of models of the organization of educational process at rural schools of Russia: 1) Pre-revolutionary stage (ending of the XVIIIth – beginning of the XXth centuries) – the period of origin, formation and development of rural education; 2) Soviet stage (1917–1991) – the period of unification of models of the organization of educational process at rural schools; 3) Russian stage (1991 – to the present) – the period of formation of the diversity of the type and sort of rural educational institutions. Within selected historical and pedagogical stages the context of development of rural pre-revolutionary schools of Russia was revealed, (which was the basis of the author’s pedagogical concepts promoting formation of various historical models of the organization of educational process: the idea of nationality (K. D. Ushinsky), free upbringing (L. N. Tolstoy), autonomy of pedagogical process (P. F. Kapterev), lack of social estates, continuity of educational process (N. I. Pirogov); functioning of modern rural educational institutions. 5519 | A Lagrangian formulation of irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare algebra with a Young tableaux having two columns is presented based on the BRST approach. Starting from Casimir constraints written by oscillator representation of Poincare algebra, which is the necessary condition of the irreducibility, we find closed higher spin superalgebra. In order to convert all constraints to the first class we introduce four auxiliary oscillators with γ-matrix and use Verma module method. To get nilpotent BRST operators we further introduce ghosts. After using restrictions on spin number and ghost number we construct Lagrangian having gauge symmetry with finite stage of reducibility. The purpose of creation and implementation of structural and functional model of the formation of project competences of the future teacher of geography is the best possible and effective application in the educational process of method training and education in geographic teaching. Structure-functional model of the formation of project competence includes the target, substantial, organizational-activity and estimated-score units. 5521 | The article discusses the establishment and development of saving banks in the Yenisei province, their organization and activities in pre-revolutionary time. Historiography of savings business in Russia is quite extensive, but there are no summarizing research on the history of the savings system at the level of a particular region (including the Yenisei province). It characterizes of the Yenisei province from the position of socioeconomic development and justification of the importance of savings and credit partnerships for the region. It describes the role of the Yenisei Treasury Chamber as the primary state institution in the formation of the financial affairs of the region in the pre-revolutionary period. This period characterizes savings banks as a self-help facility for people, so that there was a process of increasing it’s network. Represents the influence of the State Bank on the socioeconomic status of the region and its role in the financial and credit system of the country. It reveals a special way of development of savings banks in the Yenisei province and changing the attitude of Siberians towards these types of institutions. Analyzes the evolution of the number of savings banks both on Russian and regional level, as a result it makes it possible to talk about the assessment of their development prospects. 5522 | The immense interest in metaphor has resulted in the emergence of a massive literature on the subject. From this academic interest in metaphor, a growing interest in metonymy has emerged over recent years, resulting in the formation of an impressive body of research, almost entirely from a cognitive linguistics perspective. The new works on metonymy show a consensus around a number of claims: that metonymy, like metaphor, is a conceptual phenomenon; that metonymy, like metaphor, plays a central role in conceptualization and communication; and that metonymy and metaphor can be identified as distinct, though related, phenomena. Metonymy is not just a type of language but reflects a significant form of human cognition. Metonymy differs from metaphor by the number of domains. In metaphor, there are two conceptual domains, and one thing is understood in terms of another. On the other hand, metonymy involves only one conceptual domain, in that the connection between two things is within the same domain, or within the same domain matrix. There are many types of metonymy and the least investigated of them is the relation between the metric system units and the means of inaccurate measures which can be used alternatively to indicate the space measurements within the same domain. 5523 | The article deals with detection and description of linguistic and extra linguistic regularities of informational waves forming in media communication. An informational wave is interpreted as a connected with informational echo stream of media texts-reactions to one informational reason with detection of peak and recession of social interest and media citations. Establishes the connection of media waves with different types of media texts: primary, secondary and tertiary (texts of the third turn, which are an echo of primary and secondary, are dedicated to topical informational reasons). Reveals linguistic and extra linguistic factors, influencing the appearance and existence of different types of informational waves. As the linguistic factors of the emergence and development of informational waves were examined the following: 1) repeated key words and phrases, and means of their actualization (attributes and predicates, which attend the key words); 2) means of argumentation (logical, rhetorical, stylistic), which were used by the authors of primary media texts according to typical social value; 3) common citations including precedent phenomena, which connect different media texts in the network of informational waves. Extra linguistic factors, that are of great importance for informational waves formation and development, are typical of the following: topical informational reasons for society (events and personalities); realizing in media discourse strategies of provocation, conflict, advertising, connected with psychology of events perception of mass addressee and pragmatics of media communication; informational field of newsmaker and informational field of platform where communication is realized. As an empirical material were analysed primary, secondary and tertiary media texts, forming dynamics of informational waves, which is stimulated by program “Special opinion” with participation of Maxim Shevchenko as a guest and an anchorman Sergey Buntman on radio “Echo of Moscow” on 6-th of July 2017. The results are of interest for theory of speech influence, media linguistics, communicative stylistics of text. 5524 | Reconstructing the experience of using the capacity of some trial-search actions (Karl Popper Debate, joint activity forms: authoritarian, leadership, affiliate) has been proposed for the formation of students’ personal, communicative, regulative and cognitive universal educational actions. A database of the experimental study is the preparation of final grade students for final examination in the format of the Unified state exam in literature. It is suggested that each stage of the educational project (preparatory, theoretical, modeling, and presentational) requires relevant methodological and pedagogical support. The outcome of the project implementation is the development of the students’ subjectivity. This is possible due to the teacher taking an ambivalent position at various stages of the debate: remaining the organizer of the activities he or she can be authoritarian, partner or leader, depending on the nature of the project participants’ initiative. Each of the designated positions is realized in the relevant pedagogical actions, those of «informer», «coordinator», «editor» or «analyst». The development of the project is due to the changing nature of students’ semantic activity. The development and formation of the universal educational actions act as indicators of the project participants’ success. As a whole, the content of the activities organized by the teacher in the transition to new educational standards is discussed in this paper as educational designing within the innovative format. 5527 | The unit of measure of education quality is entered. Difficulties of introduction of a universal unit of measure are discussed. The option based on an average arithmetic assessment of knowledge of studied disciplines is considered. Sources of the errors arising at such expert assessment are studied. It is shown that the size of an error can be reduced if to use probabilistic approach. It is based on the introduction of functions – mathematical expectation estimation. The mathematical technology of processing of indicators of progress is offered. It is noted that the main problem there is a choice of an expert assessment. An example of objective calculation of an assessment is reviewed. The conclusion that the number of indicators of progress should not exceed three-four is drawn, otherwise errors of measurements increase more, than for 50 %. The problem of choice of indicators for assessment of level of training of the student is formulated. It is shown that the main priorities for the employer are his professional competences, and common cultural pale into insignificance. The conclusion can be drawn on quality of education, later some period after the beginning of work of the graduate of educational institution. It is shown that the state of educational-methodical documentation of the department has little effect on the quality of education. It is specified that major factors of improvement of quality of education are the material base of higher education institution, a condition of research activity and close cooperation with employers. Meyers that: «Social addiction in childhood contributes to the strengthening of our human connections», «linking with inseverable ties of children and their caregivers, social attachment acts as a powerful impetus to survival» discusses the attachment types: safe, avoiding, anxious-ambivalent. It is concluded that it is difficult to overestimate the importance of child-parent relations for the adaptation of the child in society and his ability to establish contacts with other people. At the same time, one should not draw conclusions about the formation of adaptive and communicative skills of the child, when assessing the type of attachment based only on the maternal style. However, avoiding attachment leads to the formation of aggressive, shy, and rejected children, which contributes to the development of various deviations. The Olympic Games-2014 in Sochi, the introduction of GTO (Ready for Labor and Defense ) standards (especially for schoolchildren and students) and the additional points for admission to universities for the delivery of these norms, various sporting events of the regional level – all these things make an impact on the formation of the positive sport’s image among the modern youth. In accordance with this indicator, we have established the percentage of students of higher and secondary education who are engaged in physical culture and sports. We used the technique of the linguistic and cognitive modeling of the concept’s maintenance. We developed the reference points of the sport’s image model on the basis of results of an associative experiment. From the positions of cognitive linguistics it is possible to offer the following definition of the sport’s image: sport’s image is a mental construct formed by means of information influence for the purpose of fixing in the picture of the world of the addressee of a steady set of representations and associations connected with sport. The results of the experiment allow to draw a conclusion that in language consciousness of the native speakers the concept has more values, than it is described in the dictionaries. The results of the associative experiment and the poll allow us to offer the following reference points for modeling of the sport’s image. 1. It is necessary to use the words connected with the concept for the concept’s verbalization in the different types of the propaganda materials designed for young people. 2. It is worth thinking of development of the parallel advertizing campaigns designed for different target audiences taking into account gender aspect. 3. 5534 | The article deals with the conditionality of style and genre of a dramatic work, depending on the audience. V. Sollogub is an author of the two plays on Caucasian topic. One of them – “Night at dukhan” (“dukhan” – Caucasian avern) is adressed to the Russian public and represents a kind of the comic sketch close to a vaudeville. The other – “The Night before Wedding or Georgia in Thousand Years” is adressed to the Tiflis's audience and is written in genre of comedy-utopia. The playwright came to utopia in connection with his views on the future development of Caucasus. He saw the mission of Russian Empire in cultural conquering of the region and in interpenetration of Russian and Caucasian cultures. This was something like ongoing of peacemaking attitude of the Caucasian governor M.S.Vorontsov who practised a very wide politicy of enlightment. The plotline of the play is based on events contemporary for the author, and the illusion emerges due to plexus of the recognizable and straightly visionary episodes. The comic story does not prevent the playwright from giving deep characteristics of the present and the future. Activities of teachers of Tomsk Sunday female school corresponded to the general trends in the development of education for adults. Students of different age-group studed here. Teenage girls prevailed among them. Teachers of Sunday school accumulated practice in management of youthful extracurricular reading. This was the innovation of methodical work of teachers. Firstly, they raised the question of the range of children’s reading in the framework of the adult school. The girls studied by the same books as the adults. Of course, this expanded the range of reading for young readers, has contributed to their development. But this required more methodical work of teachers. Secondly, the teachers of Tomsk Sunday female school thought how to instill love of reading in young female pupils. For this purpose they needed to develop their auditory skills first. So, the special role in methods of teaching assigned for teacher’s reading in the classroom. It was to be prepared, emotional, expressive, dialogical. 5542 | The significance of research is attributed to the constant attention of linguists paid to the discourse of women’s prose and to the usage of the components of functional-semantic categories, including the category «comparativeness», in the language of artistic works. The article considers the participation of different structural comparisons in the description of the female characters in the novel The Kukotsky Enigma by Lyudmila Ulitskaya. The structural diversity of comparisons is presented within the functional-semantic field of comparativeness. All forms of comparatives are present in the language of the novel, with conjunctional comparisons by similarity prevailing. From comparisons on the difference, there are forms of comparative and negative parallelisms. The gender approach to describing femininely marked comparatives facilitates to identify idiostyle characteristics of the writer, namely the tendency to extend and concretize the image of comparison, the usage of comparisons for the comparison of heroines, the author’s boldness and frankness of comparative images as well as the images’ allusiveness, and axiological differences between feminine comparisons in the speech of the characters and in the author’s speech. On the basis of the vast body of procedural units, containing in this sense “sound”, an attempt is made to reveal the features of the use and functioning of sound verbs in R. Rozhdestvensky’s poetry, since the verbs of this group are the specific markers of the original manner of writing of Robert Rozhdestvensky, his poetic handwriting. Special attention is paid to the description of a semantic class of verbs of sounding, namely group of the verbs designating the sounds of inanimate nature made by inanimate objects and the person defining the place and a role of verbs of this lexico-semantic group in the poetic texts of Robert Rozhdestvensky. The material for the observations were the poetry of Robert Rozhdestvensky, poems of the different years of the poet, collected in a three parts collection of works, including the period of the poet’s creative activity from 1951 till 1985. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that the poetic language of Robert Rozhdestvensky has not yet been the subject of a special study. And the study of the lexical case of verbs of sound semantics will allow to establish the creative originality of Robert Rozhdestvensky, a feature of the manifestation of the language identity of the poet. To do so, we assume the validity of a complex coordinate transformation, which acts on the spherically symmetric metric and permits one to infer the corresponding f(R) modification. The consequences of this recipe are here described, giving particular emphasis to define a class of compatible axially symmetric solutions, which fairly well describe the motion in cylindrical geometries in the field of f(R), in two different classes of coordinates. We demonstrate that our approach is general and may be applied for several cases of interest. Professional language personality is a complex of linguistic competences which permits the effective operating with professional sub-discourses «in different situations of professional-communicative interaction» (S. V. Myskin). The material of research is interviews of different years with Rada Anchevskaya – a leader of the rock-group «Rada & Ternovnik». Rada Anchevskaya positions herself as a musical «shaman», likens a concert to a ritual, trance and likens a stage to a sacral place. In her opinion music has mystical and timeless origin. Ideally, musicians do not compose but perceive it if they have enough delicacy of feelings. Music animates the word in a song. Particularity of self-presentation of Rada Anchevskaya’s professional language personality is in plenty of factual information (names of musical instruments, albums and songs of the group «Rada & Ternovnik»; denominations of musical equipment, styles and genres; surnames of musicians, specialists in mythology, philosophy, titles of the books on different themes, names of folklore and mythological characters etc.) and in frequent use of tropes and stylistic figures (mainly the metaphors).
