1851 | The article is devoted to the perspectives for the application of speech act theory in the sphere of translation studies. The material of analysis comprises the authentic juridical texts and their Russian translations. The equivalent translation of the juridical texts is based upon the principle which presupposes saving the illocutionary force of the original speech act. The illocutionary force is treated as the legal force of a document, producing the the equivalent target perlocutionary effect both on the primary text recipient and on the secondary text recipient (who is not a native speaker). Keywords: speech act theory, illocutionary force, illocutionary aim, legal force, perlocutionary effect, primary recipient, secondary recipient, speech act sense, interpretive theory of translation, linguistic theory of translation | 921 | |||||

1853 | There are different options of the national language picture of the world, because the national language is heterogeneous. This variability is manifested in the texts of creative linguistic identity. This thesis is confirmed by numerous linguistic and literary studies of the creative work of the outstanding Russian writer of the XX century V. P. Astafiev. For each of the above basin types the qualitative and qualitative composition of mollusks is reported and the most widely spread species are indicated. Regarding the biotopes and environmental factors involved, rheo-, stagno- and eurybionts are found to predominate among the fresh-water mollusks of Northern Siberia. 1855 | The article is dedicated to forming of ecological culture from the point of value settings. The application of historical and genetic approach is contributed to this process. For the analysis of different periods in the development of ecological consciousness, the following stages of perception of nature by a man could be distinguished: ecophobia, ecophylia, object perception of the nature, subjective perception of the nature, pragmatical perception of the nature, coevolutional interaction of the nature and society. In this aspect education is presented as space producing conditions for self-actualization, self-activation of a person, and working-out by a learner his or her «ego» The main and essential in this process is under-standing of coevolution of a person and nature, that is combined coexistence. 1863 | The effect of high pH values on the release of organic matter (OM) from mucks was investigated. This study was conducted on homoionic hydrogen forms of 7 mucks (Terric Histosols). Concentration of dissolved organic matter (DOM) released were determined colorimetrically at l=465 nm. Parameters Q2/6 and Q4/6 were calculated from spectra in visible region. The dissolution of soil OM was significantly affected by pH. The relationship could be satisfactorily described by the equation: DOM = 0.01Чexp(b1ЧpH). 1890 | Following our recent results [P. Yu. Moshin, A. A. Reshetnyak, Nucl. Phys. B 888 (2014) 92], we discuss the notion of finite BRST-antiBRST transformations, with a doublet λa, a = 1, 2, of anticommuting (both global and field-dependent) Grassmann parameters. We find an explicit Jacobian corresponding to this change of variables in the theories with gauge group. Special field-dependent BRST-antiBRST transformations for the Yang-Mills path integral with sa-potential (functionally-dependent) parameters λa = saΛ generated by a finite even-valued functional Λ and the anticommuting generators sa of BRST-antiBRST transformations, amount to a precise change of the gauge-fixing functional. This proves the independence of the vacuum functional under such BRST-antiBRST transformations and leads to presence of modified Ward identities. The form of transformation parameters that induces a change of the gauge in the path integral is found and is exactly evaluated for connecting two arbitrary Rξ-like gauges. The finite field-dependent BRST-antiBRST transformations are used to generalize the Gribov horizon functional h0, in the Landau gauge in BRST-antiBRST setting, in the Gribov– Zwanziger model and to find hξ corresponding to general Rξ-like gauges in the form compatible with gauge-independent S-matrix. 1892 | Introduction. The formation of interpersonal interaction among children with severe speech disturbances (henceforth ‘SSD’) is compounded by the speech pathologies of different genesis and different degrees of severity, which make more difficult the development of communicative abilities, competences and skills, as well as the interpersonal interaction as a whole and the process of socialization, and lead to the retardation in personality development. According to the modern approaches to the education of children with speech disturbances, the development of communicative and speech abilities during the implementation of adapted educational programs is the key component of formation of personality competences among pre-schoolers and younger schoolchildren. But this process has its specific features in the frame of the inclusive educational model. Despite the focus of the researches on matters of communicative development of children with SSD, some specific aspects of realizing typical communicative models in the frame of inclusive education, as well as techniques and methods of this process pedagogical support, are now studied insufficiently. The purpose of the article is to analyse different points of view on modern inclusive process and integrated education of schoolchildren with severe speech disturbances together with their coevals having no speech disturbances; to analyse the reasons, generating difficulties and contradictions in socialization and adaptation of schoolchildren with SDD to the social medium; to find the ways of successful formation of communicative, speech and genre competences among the children of this category. Results and discussion. The authors, based on the publications of the last years, analyse the inclusion realisation problem in educational establishments, as well as the incorporation of children with SDD into the inclusive process. They also study the results of sociological researches in this domain and present psychophysiological characteristics of children with SDD hindering their incorporation into the inclusive group. Based on this analysis the authors suggest priority directions of further researches in the sphere of communicative and speech development of children with severe speech disturbances, as well as corresponding methods and techniques of psychological and pedagogical work. Conclusion. The formation of interpersonal interaction is impossible without the formation of communicative and speech competences, including genre competence, skills of speech and interpersonal interaction in the conditions of inclusive schoolchildren group. Speech communication is the most important mean of successful SDD children socialization, as the degree of speech development influences the success of education, acquisition of social experience, and formation of a personality as a whole.
