Researches of the chromosomal organisation and polymorphism of inversion of Far East malarial mosquito A. sinensis Wiedemann a complex «hyrcanus» were carried out in Primorye Territory. During work the chromosomal map of a kind is made, marker disks are noted. Wide intraspecific chromosomal polymorphism on all parts of autosome is revealed. The analysis of polymorphism of inversion in different points of catching of larvae in the south of Primorye Territory has revealed various level of a variety of the chromosomal variants, correlating with degree of remoteness biotopes from sea coast. The greatest polymorphism is established in population in a distance from the sea (settlement Sibirtsevo); the least is in vicinities of Vladivostok; variability has intermediate character in population of mosquitoes of state Artem.

The given article covers the results of an initiative international pilot project aimed at creating up-to-date teaching materials for training the Central Asian youth to study and work activity on the territory of Russia. The article views some peculiarities in language interference of Central Asian students in Russia’s higher learning institutions (by the example of speakers whose native language is Tajik). The impact function of the mass media causes the use of expressive means of language; the main of them is a metaphor. At the same time the impact of metaphor seems a rather complex phenomenon, so the study of its functions does not cease to be relevant. A wide range of functions of the metaphor and their hierarchy are considered in the context of the newspaper sport discourse on the example of the sports report genre. The analysis is illustrated by vivid examples from the Russian and German press; it shows that this figure of speech is the most important means of pragmatic impact in the sports discourse and in the written sports report, in particular. Consequently, the pragmatics has a target status in the hierarchy of functions. Expressiveness and evaluativity are considered as the most important functions. Moreover, the metaphor has a decorative, attractiveness, game, hyperbole, compression, conspire, encoding, and mnemonic functions that are rarely traced in the text of their own and rather provide a comprehensive impact on the reader. At the same time, the metaphor can perform almost the opposite tasks: mnemonic and conspiracy functions. Consequently, the functional properties of metaphors are in the relationship of interdependence and mutual reinforcement.

In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

The method of forming creative groups to teach students the physics of the design scheme. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the pendulum Ochs, consisting of bars on a horizontal surface, connected to a spring. The oscillations of the pendulum are characterized by a constant period, a linear decrease in amplitude, when for each half period of the amplitude is reduced by the same amount. The requirements of the problem is an example of educational organizations-term promotional activity for future engineers at the project level, as in practical classes, and in the interrelated tasks of physical design workshop.

Investigations of electrical breakdown in acceleration gap of plasma cathode electron source are presented. The tested pressure range 0,01 -0,1 Torr is produced by only mechanical pumps. It is stated breakdown volt¬age decreases with emission current growth. These theoretical constructions (models) reflecting various scientists’ views on the problem of relationships between state and human society demand a substantiation – definition of certain norms (moral, legal, religious) on which these mutual relations are based on. The author makes an attempt to define internal logic of movement from one model to another and to find out, how changes in political and philosophical idea and moral philosophy are interconnected.

The article deals with the basic motifs of Caucasus, the author reveals such valuable ideas of the Caucasus as space of freedom (A. S. Pushkin’s, M. Yu. Lermontov’s, L. N. Tolstoy’s “Prisoner of the Caucasus“), the place of ideal community Leo Tolstoy’s “The Cossacks”, containing utopian ideas about the social structure of the Cossacks, Lermontov's poem “The Novice” (“Mtsyri”) about the “ideal motherland”. In 1844–1853 уears in Tiflis was widely visited by Russian writers who sought to create a new branch of Russian literature – “Caucasian literature”. V. Sollogub and Ya. Polonsky actively tried to turn this utopia into reality. The Russian and Georgian Orthodox unity is the basis of the Russian writers love to the Caucasus. Idealization of the Caucasus peculiar to Russian literature of the XIX century was ended with this novel of Tolstoy. In the XX century the utopia inferior to a sober, although sometimes delighted look on Georgia and the Caucasus (B. Pasternak, B. Akhmadulina, A. Bitov).

Context-competence model of the future teacher training, ranked among the modern models of professional pedagogical education, assumes a gradual transition from academic activity to professional activity, it concentrates on knowledge and skills of professional activity in the context. This model assumes the actualization of quasi-professional activities of future teachers. In the article features of quasi-professional activity in pedagogical education, tasks of quasi-professional orientation in preparation of the teacher of a foreign language are considered. The definition of the concept “the task of a quasi-professional orientation” has been clarified, the structure of these tasks and the factors to be taken into account in their development are named. In the process of quasi-professional activity, future teachers form their own pedagogical position; acquire skills of assessment and solving pedagogical situations; learn and comprehend the peculiarities of pedagogical activity of the teacher; form personal qualities that meet the requirements of professional activity. The tasks of the quasi-professional orientation in the methodical training of the teacher are methodical tasks that involve the implementation of quasi-professional activities, primarily related to the leading types of professional activity of the teacher – teaching, planning and analysis. Authors examples of’ tasks of a quasiprofessional orientation for methodical training of a foreign language teacher are given.
