Following our recent results [P. Yu. Moshin, A. A. Reshetnyak, Nucl. Phys. B 888 (2014) 92], we discuss the notion of finite BRST-antiBRST transformations, with a doublet λa, a = 1, 2, of anticommuting (both global and field-dependent) Grassmann parameters. We find an explicit Jacobian corresponding to this change of variables in the theories with gauge group. Special field-dependent BRST-antiBRST transformations for the Yang-Mills path integral with sa-potential (functionally-dependent) parameters λa = saΛ generated by a finite even-valued functional Λ and the anticommuting generators sa of BRST-antiBRST transformations, amount to a precise change of the gauge-fixing functional. This proves the independence of the vacuum functional under such BRST-antiBRST transformations and leads to presence of modified Ward identities. The form of transformation parameters that induces a change of the gauge in the path integral is found and is exactly evaluated for connecting two arbitrary Rξ-like gauges. The finite field-dependent BRST-antiBRST transformations are used to generalize the Gribov horizon functional h0, in the Landau gauge in BRST-antiBRST setting, in the Gribov– Zwanziger model and to find hξ corresponding to general Rξ-like gauges in the form compatible with gauge-independent S-matrix.

The paper considers the stages of formation and the consistent development of the network model for extracurricular and vocational training of teachers applying on-line and distant learning technologies in a case of studied experience of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Extracurricular and Vocational Education “The Open Youth University”. All studies take into account the increasingly complex coordinate system of Russian State Educational Policies in the field of staged development of State Educational Standards at implementation of extracurricular and after-school enrichment programs. This research evaluates the principles of the model content formation and potential for its development applying different regulations, as well as the possibility of individual projects increasing the efficiency of network activity at the priority directions of Science and Technology Creativity of Youth. It demonstrates a new and relevant component of the network model in a form of portal support as well as the network component of the self-developing community of advanced pedagogical experience in a case of definite active web sites. This article attempts to examine the discussed network as a main factor actively influencing almost all education components. It presents the ranked research results of this network advantages evaluated by the teachersparticipants of the community. The problems of education are on the first place in the past and present time. G.N. Potanin considered that the main idea of reforming Russian schools in the end of the XIXth-beginning of the XXth centuries should be patriotic education of Russian students. As a solution Potanin proposed to introduce the subject “rodinovedenie” (leaning about the country – Russia) in the school schedule. The main result of this reform should be the political stability in Russia. The October revolution and the Civil War in Russia in the beginning of the 20th century showed the truthfulness of G.N. Potanin’s views in this question.

The article deals with creolized texts consisting of verbal and nonverbal (paragraphemic) elements. With a change of the scientific paradigm studying of a language with its links with other semiotic systems, including non-verbal code becomes very topical. The main method of creolization of a text is to combine a verbal means and an image into a coherent whole linguo-visual formation. A fashion catalogue is a typical creolized text created by the model of: a verbal text is equal to an image. That means that it is primarily created as a creolized text where the verbal and the visual components are specially selected for their interaction. A photographic image for fashion catalogue clients (readers) has a greater degree of significance, than a verbal (written) text. Here colour plays a special role, its psychological language creates a mood, evokes emotions and has symbolic meanings.

The article analyzes the main indications of crisis of education in contemporary Russia, its coordinates and history. The author comes to the conclusion that politicized Soviet pedagogy played a mobilizing role. It is noted that it is necessary to overcome crisis phenomena in pedagogy and improve the educational doctrine on the basis of higher school traditions rather than on the basis of radical change. The author has put forward an idea to renounce the notion “monitoring efficiency” by changing it to the notion “monitoring of higher institutions’ activity” which would conform to Article 101 of Federal Law “On Education in Russian Federation”. The author has stated general principles of the conception to overcome the present crisis.

The second part of the article presented in this publication continues the discussion about the contextual study of the play by Alexander Vampilov Last Summer in Сhulimsk. The study is based on the criticism methodology of studying of the literature that is relevant in contemporary literature and reveals the themes, problems, plots, motives common for the world literary space. The author’s model of the play by Alexander Vampilov, who worked in the tideway of a nonclassical art paradigm, is based on the free variation of elements of known plots (in particular, the above mentioned Romeo and Juliet) which act here as a cultural model. The most attention in the article is given to the devices of disclosing of the semantic potential of images of the main characters – Luka and Yeremeyev, to determination of their functions in the logic of the action and the location in the system of characters. It is noted that its characteristic feature is the multiple-level system of the action consisting of a set of plot lines, each of which has its reference, thus following to the literary model is obviously broken. The systematic displacement of accents in the solution of «another’s» plot allows one to build the author’s original concept of a person and the world.

The article considers intercultural interaction as the order of modern communities, and the goal of the professional educational space - to develop highly efficient tools and techniques that contribute to their development - is relevant and in demand. The role of the foreign language as a means of intercultural communication is undeniable. But it is not sufficient to have just speaking skills on household topics in foreign language for successful communication on professional issues. The key point in the preparation of a professional is the formation of vocabulary system in a certain area in the target language. The article covers the widespread ways of automating the development and use of terminological dictionaries in future engineers foreign language teaching. Creating automated electronic dictionaries and terminology data banks allows you to receive the necessary information about the terms and concepts referred to them with the help of computers, in other words certain specific areas or activities are displayed in a systematic form that helps extracting accurate and adequate information from comprehension of the actual information through the reading of original texts in the professional field. The analysis of literature on the creation of educational terminological dictionaries has identified features which could have pedagogical value in the future engineers foreign language teaching, for example, dictionary creator’s collective activity, the aim and the result (training trilingual glossary of terms), and it can be used as a means of students’ reading skills verification.

The article considers the didactic essence of mobile teaching aids in foreign language education. Despite a number of impressive studies on the use of mobile technologies for foreign language teaching, there are few questions and problems that require detailed study for more effective implementation of these tools in the practice of language education. The term «mobile technologies» should be understood as portable devices with mobile applications and the ability to access the Internet. The didactic essence of these teaching aids application is the creation of multi-sensory learning systems complexes that are aimed at the interactive nature of learning, taking into account the personal characteristics of the students. Mobile learning is very closely related to the electronic and distance education, which is connected with any portable device, so that training does not have a rigid binding to the location of the trainee. In other words, mobile learning technologies reduce the restrictions of education. Using specialized capabilities of Pads and mobile phones will allow not only to increase the students’ interest in learning languages, but also significantly expand the technical possibilities of disciplines teaching in the field of information technology. So mobile devices contain a huge didactic potential for their application in teaching a foreign language in the university educational process, which undoubtedly requires further study, including the development of software and methodological support.

Different approaches of scientists and teachers to the problem are analyzed, the main contradictions confirming the formulation of the problem of the formation of graphic culture of schoolchildren are determined. The authors identify one of the ways to form the quality of the student under study – the use of art-technological design as a means of forming graphic culture of students. As the main activity, the project activity is considered as an innovative component that contributes to the accumulation of graphic information and the development of graphic skills of students. The article provides the analysis of the conceptual and terminological apparatus-the concepts of “project”, “design”, “project activity”, “creative activity”, “creative project”. The results of the initial survey actualizing the necessity of forming the studied quality are presented. Discusses the art-technological design, its nature, definition. The use of art technology in the educational space as a means of forming a graphic culture of schoolchildren is focused on expanding the level of cognitive activity, the development of creative abilities and awakening to in-depth study of subjects.
