Some events occurred during different stages of the development of Selkup ethnos are viewed in the article. The dichotomy up//down is on the basis of the global image of the world. Etymological analysis of the components of the coordinating compound words affords to reconstruct the initial meaning of the ethnicon. Analysis data showed that the dual structure of the ethnos finds its expression in the language on the deepest level - on the semantic level. Within every area dialect there are ‘the upper’ and ‘the lower’ Selkups.

The article offers general criteria of the communicative and pragmatic analysis of the individual media discourse of a television journalist. These criteria reflect subjective characteristics of a journalist (for example, use of tropes and rhetorical figures, intonation, facial expressions, gestures, looks, etc.) and objective characteristics of television discourse and media discourse in general (for example, program format, graphic, sound and color design of the program, the model of interaction with the audience, etc.). Individual media discourse of journalist considered by the author from the standpoint of forming a complete image of a journalist in terms of his professional verbal behavior. Linguistic, paralinguistic and extralinguistic factors of formation of individual media discourse are described separately. Specificity of genre of weekly information and analytical program on domestic television are characterized. Weekly information and analytical program is seen as a particularly topical TV genre. This program is a “calling card” of channel, presenter of this program is a “face” of the channel. The individual media discourse of Dmitry Kiselev, “Rossiya 1” television presenter, will be described (on an example of the information and analytical program “Vesti nedeli”).

Identified causes of mental retardation in primary school children, including organic deficiency of the nervous system. Identifies the main contradiction proving the statement of the problem of formation of logical skills in primary school children with disabilities (for example, mental retardation) when learning math in elementary school. Groups of general logical skills: feature extraction, mathematical objects and their usage; classification; construction definitions; simple reasoning and evidence. Difficulties in constructing simple reasoning in solving mathematical problems by junior schoolchildren are analyzed. For example, the methods of work on the classification of expressions according to arithmetic action. Through modification the main educational objectives of students formed the ability to analyze, compare, allocate the basis for the classification, sharing many classes. A brief characteristic of the formation of logical skills in children with mental retardation, the diagnostic results of their formation at the ascertaining stage, and their qualitative analysis are given. Psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the optimal formation of logical skills in primary schoolchildren with mental retardation are singled out and justified. The results of the control diagnostics of logical skills’ development are given, allowing to judge the effectiveness of the selected conditions and the experimental work. Practical recommendations for the formation of logical skills of junior schoolchildren with mental retardation are formulated.

Zhenevskaya Evgeniya Viktorovna INCORPORATION OF ANGLICISMS INTO RUSSIAN EVERYDAY LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 111-114

The article contains different points of view of Russian scientists regarding the reasons of English words incorporation into the Russian everyday language space. A comparative analysis of the penetration degree of English loan words into the Russian everyday language is presented. A psycholinguistic experiment is conducted in two groups (students and teachers), using the method of subjective definitions and free association method. It showed differences in the under- standing of the Anglicisms of the thematic groups “Music”, “Information technology”, “Soft and computer games”. The respondents were to find the synonyms and give the definitions to the proposed words. The analysis showed that the first group of respondents had understanding of the represented thematic groups by 70%, the second group showed lower results - 56%. The obtained results demonstrated that the respondents of the first group interact less with such areas as modern music, software and computer games. The absence of the need to use these words in the speech explains the low entry percentage of studied English loan-words into the everyday language. The results of the experiment showed that the incorporation of Anglicisms into the Russian everyday language space is a natural and irreversible process connected with the needs of contemporary people to use words that denote new concepts, objects and phenomena in speech.

The problem of the reflection of the natural and spontaneous culture code in Russian and Chinese linguocultures is considered with the example of phraseological units with the element fire from the point of view of the linguistic and cultural approach that allowed analyzing linguistic material in the context of analysis of language and culture in a synchronous aspect. The characteristics of the aggregate of Russian and Chinese phraseological phrases are given, based on the study of linguistic parameters proper (the linguistic picture of the world, linguistic consciousness, the features of the lingual complex), which made it possible to distinguish and compare the semantic meanings of phraseological units with the element fire as a natural spontaneous code of culture, as a sign of the “language of culture” in cultural connotative meanings, highlight the similarities and differences in their historical and sociocultural content in Russian and Chinese linguocultures. The specifics of the natural-elemental culture code, which includes the natural-landscape code of culture, associated with the main elements (in Russian - fire, water, air, earth, in Chinese - metal, water, wood, fire, earth) is described. These examples allowed us to state that in both linguocultures the natural-spontaneous code of culture preserved the oldest notions, which is fixed in the semantic sense of the phraseological turns with the element fire.

Introduction. From the functional-stylistic positions, the semantic structure of the scientific text is considered in the aspect of the expression of new knowledge in it. Results and discussion. Taking into account the extralinguistic conditionality of the diverse content of cognitive activity, a scientific text is defined as a system of subtexts. A subtext is a structural and semantic unit of a text that represents a certain aspect of an epistemic situation – ontological, methodological, axiological, communicative and pragmatic. The following types of subtexts are recorded in monographs and articles on various sciences: the new knowledge subtext, the old knowledge subtext, the methodological subtext, the evaluation subtext, the authorization subtext, the addressing subtext, and the peripheral subtext. The interaction of subtexts determines a special quality of the semantic structure of a scientific text – polytextuality. Polytextuality implies hierarchical relationships between subtexts. Two subtexts have the greatest communicative significance – the new knowledge subtext and the methodological subtext. It is these subtexts that represent the ontological content of the new knowledge, enclosed in the form of concepts, hypotheses, theorems, proofs, etc. Other subtexts form the epistemic context of the new knowledge. The subtext of new knowledge is the core of the semantic structure of a scientific text. The deployment of this subtext explicates the dynamics of scientific and cognitive activity of the author, represented by a sequence of stages of obtaining new knowledge. The cognitive stages include: problem situation, problem, idea or hypothesis, argument, conclusion. Due to the subtext of the new knowledge, the content of each of these stages receives a speech representation. In scientific communication has formed new knowledge stylistic standard, comprising the following composition units: problem or problem statement, characteristics of the studied object, a representation of the ideas or hypotheses, definition of concepts, reasoning or prove the hypothesis, explication of the results and conclusions. Variants of the deployment of the new knowledge subtext in academic texts on linguistics, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and philosophy are considered. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the compositional structure of the new knowledge subtext in the dissertation abstracts. The representation of new knowledge in this genre “mirrors” all stages of the author’s cognitive activity. Conclusion. Interpretation of the semantic structure of a scientific text as a polytextual structure with the dominant role of the subtext of new knowledge allows us to generalize the typical stylistic and speech organization of a scientific text.

Introduction. The formation of interpersonal interaction among children with severe speech disturbances (henceforth ‘SSD’) is compounded by the speech pathologies of different genesis and different degrees of severity, which make more difficult the development of communicative abilities, competences and skills, as well as the interpersonal interaction as a whole and the process of socialization, and lead to the retardation in personality development. According to the modern approaches to the education of children with speech disturbances, the development of communicative and speech abilities during the implementation of adapted educational programs is the key component of formation of personality competences among pre-schoolers and younger schoolchildren. But this process has its specific features in the frame of the inclusive educational model. Despite the focus of the researches on matters of communicative development of children with SSD, some specific aspects of realizing typical communicative models in the frame of inclusive education, as well as techniques and methods of this process pedagogical support, are now studied insufficiently. The purpose of the article is to analyse different points of view on modern inclusive process and integrated education of schoolchildren with severe speech disturbances together with their coevals having no speech disturbances; to analyse the reasons, generating difficulties and contradictions in socialization and adaptation of schoolchildren with SDD to the social medium; to find the ways of successful formation of communicative, speech and genre competences among the children of this category. Results and discussion. The authors, based on the publications of the last years, analyse the inclusion realisation problem in educational establishments, as well as the incorporation of children with SDD into the inclusive process. They also study the results of sociological researches in this domain and present psychophysiological characteristics of children with SDD hindering their incorporation into the inclusive group. Based on this analysis the authors suggest priority directions of further researches in the sphere of communicative and speech development of children with severe speech disturbances, as well as corresponding methods and techniques of psychological and pedagogical work. Conclusion. The formation of interpersonal interaction is impossible without the formation of communicative and speech competences, including genre competence, skills of speech and interpersonal interaction in the conditions of inclusive schoolchildren group. Speech communication is the most important mean of successful SDD children socialization, as the degree of speech development influences the success of education, acquisition of social experience, and formation of a personality as a whole.

In article is considered the question about influence of the professional length of service on complacency by labour, which, with standpoint of the concepts of the professional formation of personality (Y.P. Povarenkov, 2002), is an important factor of professional identity. The different standpoint on term “complacency by labour” are analysed. They are discussed results of the study to complacency by labour on 180 chasubles with different length their professional activity and four stages of the professional formation of personality in this sphere of activity stand out on base of this analysis.

“The Book, Told Chronicler Novgorodskoy in Brief, for Lord’s Churches” is imprecisely called “The Novgorodsky third chronicle” in scientific literature. It is the monument to the Great Novgorod annalistic tradition of the 12th century. This source contains unique information and reflects spiritual life of the town the most deeply in comparison with other Novgorod annalistic monuments. In this research we make an attempt to give the general characteristic to the chronicle (code lists, text publication, time, place and circumstances of creation) and to examine The Chronicler as the source of Novgorod episcopacy history in the period of its formation (10–12th centuries).

The article deals with the problem of education of humane relations among children of the senior preschool age in the conditions of inclusive education. In psychological and educational literature, the concept of “humane relations” is viewed from different angles, as a form of interpersonal relations based on the principles of humanity; as a set of harmonious relations of the subject with the world, other people and themselves. Humane relations manifest themselves in attitudes, beliefs, tastes, emotional experiences, motivations and aspirations to act and the actions themselves. Humane relations include the following symptoms: kindness, compassion, care, caring justice. The article deals with the content of humane relations, the specifics of their development in preschool age in the conditions of inclusive education. Inclusive education is one of the most humane educational solutions for children with disabilities and normally developing children. In the pre-school educational institution children learn to interact with each other, to build equal relations. One of the most organic tools for the development of humane relations among preschoolers is a game activity. The use of specially selected methods and techniques in the course of the game contributes to the effective development of humane relations among the children of preschool age. In the formation of the children ideas about the humane treatment of children with disabilities it is important to use a variety of fiction (fairy tales, legends, stories, poems), problem situations, special talks, pedagogical situations, game activity, as they allow the child to express his subjectivity, stimulate the expression of humanity. It is believed that the development of humane feelings in children of preschool age ensures equal interaction with children with disabilities.

The article discusses the problem of integrating separate competencies of a modern engineer into a coherent system, which is regarded as professional competence. A literature review shows that there exist different definitions of this notion and different competences are included in its structure. The role of the foreign language professional communicative competence in this system has been determined. The author suggests that the foreign language professional communicative competence of an engineer should be regarded as a complicated integrative concept including professional and communicative skills. Professional competence is described as an integral part of the foreign language communicative competence of an engineer because professional communication is hardly possible without professional knowledge and skills. Therefore, it should be formed together with linguistic, sociocultural, strategic and discourse competences. The idea of the present article is that professional competence of an engineer manifests itself in the process of communication through these competences. The distribution of professional skills over traditional constituents of foreign language communicative competence is presented. This proves that the discipline “Foreign Language” has a potential for developing professional skills of engineering students. Taking integrative nature of the target competence into account in the process of teaching and learning is a condition of successful implementation of competency-based approach in higher education.

The main values of life, which were formed throughout human existence, are undergoing significant changes in modern social society. The moral crisis that emerged as a new anti-social phenomenon in the late 20th century, is changing the outlook of the youth, placing material values on priority positions. Spirituality and morality go to a secondary plan. And as a result there is a deformation of the family, birth relations, marriage bonds, child-parent relations are collapsing. Family traditions intended for formation and preservation of the family integrity, are lost. The word “tradition” itself (translated from Latin tratitio as “transfer”) means historically established and passed down from generation to generation customs, norms, laws, orders, rules of conduct. Creating a family, the birth of children are no longer the main foundations of life of modern man. The traditional patriarchal system is replaced by the new formations: single parent family, cohabitation of men and women. Members of such a family will not be able to form a correct representation of the younger generation not only about universal values, including what is dear to everyone: man, homeland, peace, friendship, work, education, culture. They can’t also formulate the concept of “family values”. Family values are something that matters to everyone. Most families identified for themselves the same moral principles of love, loyalty, trust, succession of generations. The family institute loses its significance, and the problem of its preservation must be solved at the state level – to teach the young people to responsibly and consciously treat the fact of creating and preserving the family, reviving and maintaining its value.

Discusses the issues of transition from children’s music schools, which are an integral part of the system of additional education, pre-professional programs in the field of art education, to further professional self-determination of graduates of art schools. Unfortunately, the ranks of graduates of art schools, in recent years, rarely fill up the number of students wanting to get an art education. After graduation many of the graduates, educated in a certain field continue professional training, and to act in the educational institutions of other profiles. This is due to the fact that the prestige of education in the sphere of culture and arts is not high. Among parents and children standing on the threshold of the school and are ready to choose a future profession, there is an unspoken ranking of “necessary and important” professions according to their prestige, “fashion” and material security. Low wages in the sphere of culture and arts does not allow it to rise to the same level as the more prestigious, according to parents and high school graduates, professions. The results of the analysis of the pre-professional programs are presented and the issues of their implementation are identified. The most significant were the increased physical and temporal workload, and a lack of motivation on the part of parents and children. The requirements for training in additional pre-professional programs are given, and the areas of responsibility of all parties in the educational process are selected. The conditions necessary for the formation of positive motivation and successful development, additional preprofessional programs are revealed. Among them are the following: the ability of the teacher to build the learning process so that heavy physical exertion associated with the development of choreographic disciplines, was seen as a requirement to achieve the learning outcomes; the interest of parents and their involvement in the learning process; the formation of students ‘interest in subjects of pre-professional programs.
