MATHEMATICS OLYMPIAD MOVEMENT AS A WAY TO IMPROVE AUTONOMOUS WORK OF JUNIOR STUDENTS
Organization of student’s autonomous work in universities is analysed and the reasons of its low efficiency are revealed. The Olympiad movement is shown as an innovative form of autonomous work organization. Approaches to the content of teaching mathematics using Olympiad movement are proposed. Basic steps of autonomous work organization are considered in the form of Olympiad movement.
