The paper considers the retrospective features of filling the concept of “literacy” and their influence on the formation of the concept of “methodological literacy”. The article states the urgency of forming of methodological literacy of future bachelors of professional training and presents the conditions of formation of the components of the methodological literacy in the process of teaching subjects of vocational training. In the Soviet period centralized economy and the concentration in the hands of the state of the enormous resources allowed to realise expensive Tyumen oil and gas complex. An important element of the complex was the social policy of its enterprises and organizations, one of the areas which has been the development of health care. This article discusses the steps of the logistical establishment and financing of the health care system, developing a network of health care institutions in the Tyumen region under the conditions of the oil and gas industry. Based on the principles of historicism and objectivity the author applied historical and comparative chronological methods. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dynamics of the material-technical base of health care system in the Tyumen region in connection with the implementation of social programs in the 1964–1991 years. The Government's policy on oil and gas development of the Tyumen region was conducted successfully, but significantly lagged behind the development of infrastructure. Financing of health and medical science did not provide their development at the present level. It does not exceed 3–4 % оf GDP and a residual principle.

The article presents the problem of children’s education in the academic discipline “Environment” in modern elementary school. Currently, there is a new federal state educational standard of primary education in the Russian Federation. It gives teachers new opportunities for the use of the course “Environment” for the development of children. The article provides an analysis of the resources of this discipline to achieve the learning outcomes in elementary school. New educational standard has three groups of educational outcomes: substantive results, metasubject results, personal results. All three groups of results were the basis for the analysis of the resources of the discipline “Environment.” The article describes the features to achieve these results by means of the course. In particular, it describes the nature of the content of the discipline at this stage, taking into account the changes of substantial lines at different stages of development of the discipline in the past. Shows the features of the use of problem methods and techniques at the lesson “Environment”, describes its problematic structure. Great importance is attached to the possibility of organizing research and project activity of students in the study of the discipline “Environment”. These activities correspond to the content of the course and can successfully form children’s universal educational actions.

The article is devoted to the methodological problem of formation of historical linguistic competence of the foreigners studying the Russian language. The current researches on this issue are generalized. The work systematizes some main Pro and Contra factors of the inclusion, extent, methodological appropriateness of the historical linguistics lessons and tasks in the system of Russian training of foreign students. It represents the argumentation that the historical linguistic commentary is the optimal and the most effective form of teaching of the history of the Russian language for foreign audience. Some cases of its rational use are researched. In particular, one of these cases deals with the techniques of Russian words semantization. Etymological analysis is an effective method of semantization, which deals with the living connections of the word. Conscious awareness of the Russian language actualizes a conscious study of non-systemic facts of the Russian phonetics, grammar and spelling. Historical linguistic commentary for foreign audience also has great cultural potential. The internal form of the words allows understanding the Russian language consciousness and receiving objective information about Russian culture. Another actual problem is the adequate perception of authentic texts as products and representations of its era. The article results may be used in linguodidactics, methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language and the practice of teaching the Russian language to foreign students.

Diagnostics and forecasting of the optimum personality of a manager are problems that has not been solved by management psychology until now. The article presents results of the investigations of social and psychological characteristics and models of behaviour of managers, currently performing their duties, and the comparative analysis of the obtained data and the resuits of foreign research. The conducted analysis has shown that the social and psychological potential of managers in Russia does not always conform to the modern situation with its needs. The effect of high pH values on the release of organic matter (OM) from mucks was investigated. This study was conducted on homoionic hydrogen forms of 7 mucks (Terric Histosols). Concentration of dissolved organic matter (DOM) released were determined colorimetrically at l=465 nm. Parameters Q2/6 and Q4/6 were calculated from spectra in visible region. The dissolution of soil OM was significantly affected by pH. The relationship could be satisfactorily described by the equation: DOM = 0.01Чexp(b1ЧpH). The b1 parameter quantified the DOM release process in relation to the changes in soil pH. The investigations proved correlations among W1, Q and b1 indexes.

Shkapenko Tatyana Mikhaylovna TO THE PROBLEM OF THE DESCRIPTION OF INTERJECTIONS IN THE LIGHT OF THE THEORY OF SPEECH ACTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 3 (180). P. 42-46

The paper considers interjections in the framework of the theory of speech acts. Different approaches of foreign linguists to the description of the illoсutionary purpose in interjection’s utterances are analyzed. The ideas of Anna Wierzbicka about the absence of illocutionary purpose in this type of utterances as consequence of their spontaneity was criticized by D. Wilkins and T. Wharton. These researchers adduce arguments in favor of illocution’s presence in interjections and argue that the extent of illocution varies from interjection to interjection, depending on the degree of it’s linguistics or paralinguistics. On the basis of discursive analyses data I argue that above-mentioned regularity contradicts the obvious language facts. The first fact is that the same interjection can be used in various types of speech acts, and another one is that the subclass of volitive interjections has an evident illocutionary purpose in spite of its strong extent of paralinguistics. In this paper I propose new solution to the interpretation of interjections within the speech acts theory, which is based on the understanding that non-controversial description of interjections can be achieved on the base of recognition of their interactional character. An interactional character is understood in this case as subject-subject or object-subject forms of speech behavior which take place at the moment of interjections uttering. Such approach allows to overcome the restrictions of numeral interpretative theories which are relevant only for prototypical emotive interjections. The understanding of interactional nature of interjections speech acts allows us to elaborate the theory that can be used as theoretical basis for all subclasses of interjections. Under this approach all types of interjections could be qualified as behabitives that had been characterized by J. Searle as reactions to behavior of other people. Within the offered classification there is a need of a reinterpretation of the term “behabitives”. This category has to be expanded from traditional etiquette speech acts to all types of utterances containing emotive and volitive interjections.

A geometrical covariant definition of the variation of conserved quantities is introduced for Lagrangian field theories, suitable for both metric and affine gravitational theories. When this formalism is applied to the Hilbert Lagrangian we obtain a covariant definition of the Hamiltonian (and consequently a definition of the Energy) for a gravitational system The definition of the variation of Energy depends on boundary conditions one imposes. Different boundary conditions are introduced to define different energies: the gravitational heat (corresponding to Neumann boundary conditions) and the Brown-York quasilocal energy (corresponding to Dirichlet boundary conditions) for a gravitational system. An analogy between the behavior of a gravitational system and a macroscopical thermodynamics system naturally arises and relates control modes for the thermodynamical system with boundary conditions for the gravitational system. This geometrical and covariant framework enables one to define entropy of gravitational systems, wnich results to be a geometric quantity with well-defined cohomological properties arising from the obstruction to foliate spacetimes into spacelike hypersurfaces. This definition of gravitational entropy turns out to be very general: it can be generalized to causal horizons and multiple-horizon spacetimes and applied to define entropy for more exotic singular solutions of Einstein field equations. The same definition results also to be well-suited in higher dimensions and in the case of alternative gravitational theories.

The content of the article points to explicite and implicite connection of a headline with a text on the material of B. Ahmadulina lyric poetry. There was given a description of means of connection’s realization, they are repetitions and notional lexical paradigms. Also the types of logical interrelationship which are recurring, parallel, inductive and deductive were revealed. We considered means of every type of a headline and text’s logical interrelationship according to organization of associative development of lyric poetry.
