Szajdak L., Maryganova V. QUANTITIES OF INDOLE-3-ACETIC ACID IN SECONDARY TRANSFORMD PEAT-MOORSH SOILS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2008. Issue 4 (78). P. 34-38

The investigations of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) were performed for three different peat-moorsh soils - Czarna Wies, Otoczne and Kwatera 17 located in the Biebrza River Valley in Poland. Each considered soils were utilized as meadow. Soil samples were taken from two depths: 5-10 cm and 50-80 cm. IAA, total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in peat moorsh soils from these samples were analysed. The significant differences in the concentrations of IAA, TOC, and DOC between two investigated depths of among peat moorsh samples were observed. The measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the considered soils ranged from 37.2 to 45.6 %. Generally, the decrease of IAA, total organic carbon, however, increase of DOC concentration with depth of profiles was observed. The contents of dissolved organic carbon in the soils ranged from 5.3 to 19.4%. The quantities of IAA decreased simultaneously with TOC values and with the increasing depth of the soil profiles. The highest contents of IAA was determined in high layers of moorshes and ranged from 110,1 to 128,7 µg kg-1 dry mass. However the concentrations of IAA in deeper layers were lower and ranged from 69,3 to 87,1 µg kg-1 dry mass.

The effect of high pH values on the release of organic matter (OM) from mucks was investigated. This study was conducted on homoionic hydrogen forms of 7 mucks (Terric Histosols). Concentration of dissolved organic matter (DOM) released were determined colorimetrically at l=465 nm. Parameters Q2/6 and Q4/6 were calculated from spectra in visible region. The dissolution of soil OM was significantly affected by pH. The relationship could be satisfactorily described by the equation: DOM = 0.01Чexp(b1ЧpH). The b1 parameter quantified the DOM release process in relation to the changes in soil pH. The investigations proved correlations among W1, Q and b1 indexes.

Behavioral features of malarial mosquitos’ larvae Anopheles atroparvus (Diptera, Culicidae) are studied and connected with additional ways of meal reception – a substratum scraping and cannibalism. Results of experiments demonstrate that larvae of young and advanced stages Anopheles have various trophic and spatial niches in biotopes. Fall of food concurrence among stages and pressure of cannibalism on larvae of younger stages are reached. At the same time, individuals of advanced stages A. аtroparvus actively dive on depth of ten centimeters in search of forage, being switched over to alternative type of a food – the scraping.

We consider our world as a brane embedded in the 5D space-time which is a solution of the 5D Einstein equations with Л-term. We do not solve the modied Einstein equations on the brane, instead of this we use exact solution of 5D Einstein equations. The energy-momentum tensor appears as the Israel jump condition on the brane. This tensor at the innity gives positive tension in one side of the wormhole and negative tension in the second part of the wormhole space-time. In the case of the AdS5 model without Randall-Sundrum asymptotic we found the wormhole metric which satises the energy conditions.

Two different approaches are currently available for the analysis of the behaviour of the solid particles in flows. These are termed the Eulerian and Langrangian. In the Lagrangian method on the trajectories of the individual size fractions are evaluated by solving time dependent ordinary differential equations. In the Eulerian approach on the other hand, partial differential equations for the conservation of mass and momentum are written for each of the particle’s fractions, which are solved together with the equation of the liquid flow. Even in the simplest hydrocyclone model, there are two phases present, namely liquid, and monosized particles. Since particles of different diameters move with different velocity, each additional particle size represents an additional phase. An algebraic slip approach was used, with three momentum equations solved for the mixture, and relative moment of each fractions take into account in the conservations equations, in an iterative manner. The relative velocities between the particles and liquid in the hydrocyclone are evaluated by consideration of the dynamic force balance on the particle itself. The consequence of the mass conservation for the all fractions in a turbulent flow is the equation of turbulent diffusion of particles for each particle fraction mass concentration (Euler description form). The method of the determination of the diffusion coefficient of the solid phases is considered. Results allow to draw a conclusion that given formula well describes turbulent transport of solid phase flow and can be used for numerical modelling multiphase flows

The results of airpollution monitoring in towns of Republik of Khakasia demonstrate that the average annual concentration of benzapilene increased by 14,6 % in Abakan, 51% in Sayanogorsk and 24 % in Chernogorsk in 2002. 47,7 % of emissions fall to mototransport’s lot. The analysis of snow and soil by the method of gas chromatography and chromatography – mass spectrometry in the zones of blowout dispersion by the heat and power plant of «Khakasenergo» proved that the content of benzapilene in the blanket of snow is 4·10-5 mg /dm3, in the soil is 0,0010 mg /kg. The usage of different methods of atmospheric emission purification and technology of complete combustion of fuel contribute to the solution of enviromental problems. The article considers one of the actual problems of modern school education – the formation of a graphic culture of teachers, which in modern conditions is the process of mastering the graphic language, the skills of operating graphic information and the ability to use graphic culture in different areas of educational activity. Different approaches of scientists and teachers to the problem are analyzed, the main contradictions confirming the formulation of the problem of the formation of graphic culture of schoolchildren are determined. The authors identify one of the ways to form the quality of the student under study – the use of art-technological design as a means of forming graphic culture of students. As the main activity, the project activity is considered as an innovative component that contributes to the accumulation of graphic information and the development of graphic skills of students. The article provides the analysis of the conceptual and terminological apparatus-the concepts of “project”, “design”, “project activity”, “creative activity”, “creative project”. The results of the initial survey actualizing the necessity of forming the studied quality are presented. Discusses the art-technological design, its nature, definition. The use of art technology in the educational space as a means of forming a graphic culture of schoolchildren is focused on expanding the level of cognitive activity, the development of creative abilities and awakening to in-depth study of subjects.

Liu Chaojie, Liu Zhen COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT “HAPPINESS” IN RUSSIAN AND CHINESE LINGUOCULTURE (BASED ON THE DEFINITIONS IN CHINESE AND RUSSIAN DICTIONARIES) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 6 (195). P. 73-76

The article is based on the fact that lexicographic materials reflect the features of concept both in diachrony and in synchrony. The dictionaries with the initial capacity of lexicographic materials provide people with the opportunities to see the semantic and derivational efficiency of the concept and its segments in full, because the lexical meanings fixed in the dictionary for a long period are what people have in mind when they use the word to communicate in a wide variety of circumstances. Happiness is one of the most important categories of consciousness, through which a national conceptual picture of the world is built, recognized and widely spread. In this article, we use the comparative analysis method to disclose different concepts of happiness from the root in the Chinese language and the Russian language. It is concluded that such values as, for example, predestination and inevitability, out of control and volatility, success, high degree of happiness, pleasure, and satisfaction are characteristic of both languages, while the definitions of „a part of life”, „get out of trouble”, „be saved from trouble (calamity)”, „pray for happiness”, and „perfect expectations” are peculiar only to the Chinese language, and the „fate”, „prosperity” „earthly bliss”, „share” and „good fortune” – exclusively to the Russian language.

Introduction. The article discusses the relevance of development of role-playing games in preschool age. Material and methods. The research material was the content of research materials of L. S. Vygotsky, D. B. Elkonin, A. N. Leontyev, and others on the organization of the game activity of preschool children. The leading research method is a pedagogical experiment conducted in 16 preschool educational organizations in Saint Petersburg, the Leningrad Region, Kazan and Yakutsk. Results and discussion. The results of the studies on the reflection of children’s knowledge of the world and the actions of adults in the process of playing activity are presented; the problems of the formation of game activity in modern preschool practice are considered; the possibility of using project-oriented activities as a way to support and develop story-playing situations in children has been updated; options for project activities in the development of story games are described, based on the stages of problematization, a joint search for options for game activity, joint planning and research search; the availability and effectiveness of project-oriented methods in the formation of plot-role-playing games are generalized. Conclusion. Using the technology of project activities is an affordable and effective way that can contribute, firstly, to the restoration of the status and leading role role of the plot and role-playing game in preschool practice, and, secondly, to the formation of social objective actions of children and the display of social relations in a children’s game in the logic of real relationships between people.
