4152 | The influence of hypoxia and anoxia on protein metabolism in seedlings wheat and rice, which differ in steadiness to the studing factor, was analysed. Under anaerobic conditions the content of protein decreased. The effect of protein synthesis inhibitors (actinomycin D and cycloheximide) was investigated in aerobic and anaerobic conditions. The results of the proteins synthesis inhibitors experiments indicate that synthesis of some proteins takes place in conditions of transitory anoxia (1 day for wheat and 3 day for rice). | 863 | |||||

4174 | The mathematical phenomenon includes the mathematical concept, the system of axioms, theorem, method, algorithm, etc. The purpose of this research is determination of all the options of perception to the mathematical phenomenon relevant for the education system and identifying some of the learning features for each of these options. A set of three postulates is chosen (the postulate on the priority result of educational and mathematical activity, the postulate of the didactic relevance of the components of activity, the postulate of the priority component of educational and mathematical activity). It is shown that if these postulates are implemented from the didactic point of view, then only two variants of the relation to mathematical phenomena are applicable: 1) the mathematical phenomenon as the subject of activity (in particular, as information to be memorized); 2) mathematical phenomenon as a tool of activity. The study of the mathematical phenomenon always begins in a situation when this phenomenon acts as an object of activity. However, to form a view of this phenomenon, the teacher must create conditions, the learning environment in which the learner naturally desires to consider this phenomenon as an instrument of activity. The examples of reflection of these variants of relationship in theory and practice of teaching mathematics are given. It is pointed out that for the students to take a mathematical phenomenon as a versatile phenomenon associated with other mathematical and non-mathematical phenomena, it is necessary that both variants of the relation to the mathematical phenomenon should be represented in the educational process. Presents the teaching methods and practical examples of solving problems in the field of biology and chemistry which were implemented in the framework of an interdisciplinary approach, as well as their study of mathematics and computer science. The importance of interdisciplinary study with mathematical modeling of the processes that predict a change of state in biological and chemical systems is shown. These considerations contribute to the enhancement of knowledge and research, including when solving the problems by replacing numerical data with mathematical expressions. At the same time, problem analysis, solution methods, adequate assessment, visualization and interpretation of results are required. The presented practical approach effectively contributes to the implementation of the educational standard with the formation of graduates’ competencies, focused on the willingness to independently solve the research problems and self-development throughout the life. 4192 | Nowadays language education is undergoing serious anthropocentric transformations. Teachers, who creatively process foreign experience, conduct a deep search for activity-oriented methodologies, including a maximum of interactive forms of instruction in the lesson. One of the most effective among them is theatricality. We view theatricality as a highly effective pedagogical resource that generates the communicative and discursive multicompetences, motivating students, fomenting their socialization and increasing the attractiveness for them of a foreign language lesson. Dramatizing practice implements pedagogical activity approach. Theatrical episode is a kind of public speaking, which develops various subspecies of human intellect. In theatre plays, everything is important: words, voice, speech tempo, timbre, pause, glance, gesture, movement, body language. It is very important working with gestures, obligatory in theatre situation, because traditional lesson blocks gestures’ aspect. The student learns to impress play-partners and feel this impact as some kind of a psychological victory over oneself. A specific contact with others on professional subjects occurs. Students see themselves forced to develop certain proper tactics contacting and influencing the others. It is very necessary in life and profession. 4193 | In the article the authors touched on one of the topical issues of defectological education: improving motivation to self-correction and self-control among children with severe speech disorders. For children with severe speech disorders the corrective-speech process at kindergarten speech therapy center lasts 2–3 years. During this time it is necessary to help children to correct the defects of the entire system of language: aspects of pronunciation, lexical and grammatical side, of coherent speech. The necessity of examination and formation of a stable motivation for corrective speech work is caused by the low level of interest of senior preschool children with severe speech disorders to speech therapy classes, because they require perseverance from the child, and this quality appears later. The authors identified three stages of diagnostics, necessary for a comprehensive examination of children with severe speech disorders. Stage 1 – speech diagnostics, stage 2 – study of children’s motivation, stage 3 – parents’ questioning to identify the child’s interests. The attention is focused on the stage of studying of motivation for speech therapy classes, with the aim of identifying conditions for the formation of stable motivation of children with severe speech disorders.
