The article describes how the integrated health-improving aerobics exercise programme based on the body ballet technique may increase physical and theoretical fitness, boost motivation of technical university students. Training effects of the integrated programme are compared with the results gained by doing exercises of traditional type. The approach under experiment includes a programme aimed at target training of aerobics capacity, strength as well as at learning body movement skills. The programme features some peculiarities of students’ theoretical background implementation and is carried out in a step-by-step way. A number of tests have been used to determine the efficiency of both experimental and traditional methods. The model of processes leading to distribution and competition of different information types is considered. The model takes into account the following processes: 1) competitive interaction; 2) self-competition; 3) self-reproduction; 4) information distribution in phase space due to diffusion. This article is devoted to the analysis of interactive methods of training and their opportunities in the context of students’ professional competences development. The author characterizes and describes the functions of the main interactive teaching methods, substantiates the need for their implementation in the university, as well as analyzed methods of carrying out interactive lectures, case technologies, business games, brainstorming and also the possibility of using the educational technology “Portfolio”. Choosing the right ending of the case system of nouns is one of the main problems that are encountered by foreigners learning Russian. Probably the genitive case causes the greatest difficulties due to the fact that it can have many meanings and endings and contains a large number of special cases and exceptions. The authors have examined the existing guides and manuals for Russian-speaking natives and foreigners addressed to those who study Russian as a foreign language, and point out the best way to describe all the features of this case. The authors focus on how the genitive case system for nouns is presented, both substantively and graphically. Considerable discrepancies in the principles underlying the delivery and selection of linguistic materials are observed. The authors concluded that the genitive system wasn’t exhaustively treated, not all types of inflection and not all exceptions are described. Moreover, the authors have made three tables organizing the endings of the genitive case of nouns based on the literature review. The authors present a table in which the genitive endings of nouns are shown systematically. All the endings of the nouns are shown in the tables representing the genitive case of singular and plural cases, as well as examples of every case and the phonetic laws of changes in words and special cases of forms’ formation, which have not had drawn attention to before.

The article is devoted to analysis of regulative potential of stylistic figures (anzhabeman, parcelling) in lexical regulative structure of Z. Gippius poetic texts. It was determined that regulative means of anzhabeman and parcelling in the author verses are designated to coupling with title and the other regulative means (tropes and stylistic figures). The analyzed stylistic figures define originality of poetic texts and the main characteristic features of Z. Gippius idiostyle. They are “style firmness”, unemotionality, “categorical tone” of narration. Convergence of stylistic figures as the way of organization of text micro- and macrostructures contributes to making a gnomic style of poetic text and allows varying inflexion outline of work.

In all areas, the study found two types of malarial mosquito Anopheles messeae and A. beklemishevi. Is dominant everywhere A. messeae. Scope of A. beklemishevi first documented in the basin. Angara, 500 km to the east than observed to date. By latitudinal trans-sect from west to east in the populations of A. messeae identified two alternative trends: the decline in the diversity of options on the sex chromosome and increase the frequency diversity on both shoulders third autosomes.

Objective of this study was researching the apoptosis of lymphocytes and neutrophils in alcoholic patients in dynamic of the therapy with preparation cytophlavin. Level of apoptosis in lymphocytes and neutrophils on receptor and cellular levels statistically significant increase in group of persons with alcohol intoxication, compared with healthy donors. Therapy with cytophlavin resulted in positive dynamic expressing receptors CD5 on lymphocytes of persons with alcohol intoxication. Trend toward normalization of number of neutrophils and lymphocytes with morphological signs of apoptosis has been noticed. During application of cytophlavin in patients with alcoholism decrease of concentration of cortisol in serum of blood was observed.

The theory of a radiationless dissociation of exciton in a semiconductor with the indirect forbidden gap is developed. It is shown that in GaAs, GaP and Ge under a pressure the main mechanism of exciton decay is the short-wave phonon-assisted scattering inside the conduction band.

Students predicted the result of a physical phenomenon to its presentation and after a certain period of time.

Igna Olga Nikolaevna METHODICAL COMMENT AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 3 (180). P. 75-79

In the scientific-methodical aspect the methodical comment exists in two basic forms: as a type of information-methodical products and as an expert evaluation. Both forms are significant and necessary for theoreticians and practitioners of the educational process. In this article methodical comment is examined as a means of development and evaluation of the professional competence of the teacher of a foreign language. The most appropriate base (informative material) for methodical comments in the course of teachers’ training is proposed (methodical statements, quotes from scientific and educational literature, a description of the methods, techniques, methods, forms of teaching, educational activity results). Examples of tasks from foreign textbooks, which can be considered analogous to methodological commentary and author’s examples of methodological comments are provided. Such tasks were developed by the author of this publication for National Students’ Olympiads on the methods of foreign language teaching “Foreign language (English) and methods of teaching it” (Tomsk, Tomsk State Pedagogical University, 2016), and their use has fully justified their scientific and methodological value as a form of evaluation of professional competence of foreign language teachers. The criteria of evaluation of the methodical comments are given (pithiness, validity and completeness of the comment, actuality of the comment in terms of matching the realities of modern language education, knowledge of professional terminology, examples as a support to the comment, observance of time limits).

The ways of formation and organization of the inner world of a man may be observed at the level of spiritual contents of a man where a dialectic unity of soul and consciousness is revealed. The ways of formation and organization of the inner world of a man of a social level is actualized in a «system world». Here different forms of spirituality and non-spirituality are revealed. The historical experience shows that the carnation people is possible not only in gene engineering, but also by the social reorganization, by the souliessness of people in the capitalist society of general consumption. This very problem caused the environmental disaster of the planet. It was settled that the spirit of a man is a form of synthesis, it binds together the highest senses of the spiritual life and the consciousness of a man. It was found that one-sided development of one of the poles of the spirit leads to the formation of soulless highbrows on the one hand and senseless crowds of people living by instincts, archetypes of individual collective unconsciousness (the experience of fascism and stalinism) on the other. A man’s soul in predominant of the spiritual life of a man, being the main to determine the consciousness of a man. This constitutes the freshness of the work. The constructive role of a civil society is in its capacity for balancing the cooperation of the system world and «vital world».
