The author investigates philosophical poetics as the model of the tradition of hermeneutics and phenomenology. The article shows that the conception of mythos in the poetics of Aristoteles includs the ethical (katharsis) and existential (tragedy) aspects of the poetical understanding. The author notices the similar structure in the understanding of existential phenomenology. However the event of understanding includs as well the being to the death here. According to the author it is the base of the philosophical poetics. In this way the author interprets the whole philosophy of hermeneutics, phenomenology and existentialism.

The most important factor determining the success of professional training is students’ motivation, their interest to teacher’s profession. The main result of the experiment is orientation of first-year students to become a qualified professional of high level, that will provide them with great success at the beginning of their working way. Entering Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev is a way for first-year students to realize their vital aims and plans. The students are eager to get education, which will help them to become specialists in the changing conditions of professional activity, to admit these reforms. Students’ achievements and results are reflected in their personal portfolio. First-year students formulate an order for personal growth trainings, which help to develop the competence to change quickly and adapt to new working conditions. Forming of such competences will simplify students’ acceptance of the new social conditions. Also they hope that their achievements and activity in different spheres of students’ life will be appreciated. Currently, the most crucial social order is to prepare specialists with a number of professional and general cultural competencies. The ability for lifelong learning is one of them. It implies, firstly, the presence of skills to surf the surrounding information, secondly, selectively choosing the professionally significant material and, finally, sharing it in situations requiring precise solutions. Due to the avalanche of information and communication technologies in our up-to date life, students have a great possibility to satisfy their specific interests in the process of individual reading in a foreign language. Within it, the professionally-oriented foreign language reading skills are posed to be essential in the global network. Thus, the main goal of the present paper is to describe the teaching methodology of professionallyoriented foreign language reading, developed and based on the theoretical research results. The established methodology of teaching includes four main blocks: basis (the aim and objectives set), methodology (education approaches, principles and pedagogical conditions establishment), content (speech and language material work out) and result (the list of developing skills). These blocks determine the substantive and structural side of learning. The observed conditions were reflected in the electronic tutorial aimed at reading skills’ developing (roughly-referential, assign-informative, produce-informative) to work with professional texts in the technical university. The effectiveness of the proposed method is clarified and evaluated in the consistent steps of education that supply and model every next stage. As the result, the illustrated methodology provides appropriate pedagogical conditions for efficient teaching and studying.

In this article the author analyses the problem of psychological concept of psychogenic-induced bronchial asthma. With the help of multivariate statistic analysis the discriminative traits (scales of MMPI, Cattell 16PF) of the given bronchial asthma are showed. A hypochondriac anxiety-depressive radical is found to be patients’ specific personal feature. Anxiety as a main feature is transformed through protective mechanisms into a definite somatic state. The idea of bodily pathological phenomena of breath as sign-symbolic function is discussed in the frame of Thostov’s conception.

The article is devoted to the analysis of cultural and genetic circuits of Neolithic and early metal (copper age) of the Upper Ob basin, presented in the national historiography of the second half of the 1970-ies – the beginnings of the 2010-ies. The work, as the second part of the synthesis of historiography research, includes a substantial characteristic of the third and fourth historical stages. The third stage (the second half of the 1970-ies and the first half of the 1980- ies) is linked to the research by V. I. Molodin. The fourth stage of the historiography of the second half of the 1980-ies – the beginning of 2010-ies) is represented by the works by V. I. Molodin, V. A. Zakh, J. F. Kirushin, V. V. Bobrov and N. Y. Kungurova. The genetic linkage of modern concepts with theoretical practices of the 1950-first half of the 1970-ies is considered. The conclusion concerning the existence of lines of scientific continuity, which caused a long coexistence of several mutually exclusive cultural-chronological schemes, is drawn.

The paper is focused on the cognitive peculiarities of the verbless (or nominal) imperative sentences in the modern English-speaking advertising discourse. It is reported in the text that the analyzed imperative constructions are reviewed in the field of conceptual grammar which researches grammatical concepts (or cognitive images) that lie behind the linguistic signs and are reflected in grammatical forms, categories and syntactic structures. The article deals with the syntactic concepts which are represented in the language by the means of the very syntactic structures. The study is aimed at identifying and describing the mental constructs of knowledge that are verbalized in verbless one-member sentences in the English-speaking advertising slogans. They help to summarise the main idea of the advertisement to the fullest extent possible. The use of verbless constructions in the advertising texts is connected with linguistic economy and with a special effect of a nominal structures on a reader. The relevance is determined not only by the growing interest in the study of advertising discourse but by the use of the methodology of the new research paradigms. In conclusion it is noted that the factual material allowed to set up five basic syntactic concepts, verbalized in verbless one-member sentences in advertising discourse, taking into account morphological characteristic of the head element of the sentence.

It was studied effect of activation of M-opioid receptor (OR) on the tolerance of isolated perfused rat heart to global 45 min ischemia and 30 min reperfusion. In vivo pretpeatment with selective M-opioid receptor agonist DAMGO (0,1mg/kg intravenously) increased tolerance of isolated perfused rat heart to ischemia and reperfusion. This effect was completely abolished by pretreatment with the M-antagonist CTAP. Addition of DAMGO and DALDA to the perfusion solution in a final concentration of 170 nМ before ischemia had no cardioprotective effect. However, addition of DALDA to the perfusion solution in a final concentration of 33 nM also decreased creatine kinase levels in the coronary sinus effluent.

The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission.

Eight objects of peat with 38-453 years after drainage on the territory of Belarus Polesye were selected. In article are presented data of estimation their water-physical and biochemical characteristics, as well as factious composition of organic matter and of soil nitrogen forms of the peat soils on different stages of agricultural use after drainage. Examination these objects have shown that in process of agricultural use of the dranned peat soils their full degradation does not occur. The most active phase of peat organic matter mineralization stopped approximately after 50 years of the use, but after 200 years approaches the stabilization of the biochemical processes. Under correct and rational carry out of farm production (sparing processing of soil, optimal combination organic, macro- and micro-fertilizes, selecting the forage cultures) these lands possible to use indefinitely long. As a result on place of the dranned peat shaping barren soils and forecasts does not occur, predicted in a short time formation of semidesert on place all achieving worn-out peat, as minimum, exaggeration.
