5201 | The article considers the material and technical support service of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army during the fighting near Lake Khasan from July 29 to August 11, 1938, in particular, the chronology of the transport service activities and the problems in organizing the delivery of ammunition, food, engineering materials and other materials necessary for combat operations. The problem of material support of troops is closely examined in the key of the Soviet-Finnish war and the Great Patriotic War. At the same time, little attention is paid to previous conflicts: the conflict on the Chinese Eastern railway, fighting at Lake Khasan and the conflict on the Khalkhin-Gol river, although they had a significant impact on the structure of the material support service. In 1939 the final Field Charter of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army was adopted, in which the main functions of combat and material support services were registered. The purpose of this article is to study the actions of the transport service from various points of view: from the organization of the delivery of ammunition to the organization of roads to the site of the fights. Before the start of the fighting, the only road reached Novo-Kievskoe village (since 1936, Kraskino), but it was also washed away by downpours going in the region at this time of the year. There was no land road from Novo-Kievskoye to Lake Khasan; it was built after the end of the fighting. The organization of material support in the area of Lake Khasan showed the resilience and readiness of Soviet people to resist foreign aggression, but at the same time it revealed significant shortcomings that existed in one form or another until the middle of the Great Patriotic War, which shows that despite the appearance of errors, nobody took proper measures to eliminate them. 5202 | Translators’ training in higher school is based on the competence approach. Sociolinguistic competence acquisition is of big importance among translators’ professional and personal requirements and skills in cross-cultural communication. Competence is considered to comprise a set of components and is regarded to be a personal skill in self-realization, self-regulation and self-esteem in the professional field. Thus, translators’ sociolinguistic competence is regarded to comprise five components: axiological, culture-linguistic, linguistic, situational-behavioral, assessment and motivational. The axiological component deals with tolerance to international cultures, traditions and value systems. The culture-linguistic component comprises sociocultural background of nations and cross-cultural communication skills. The linguistic component stands for speech clichés, dialects and fixed expressions vocabulary development. The situational-behavioral component deals with gesture, facial expression and speech peculiarities of interlocutors depending on their social status and communicative situation. The assessment and motivational component consists of self-regulation and self-esteem skills. The questionnaire poll of students showed the ways of sociolinguistic competence development and led to creating a technology of monitored independent students’ work in the translators’ sociolinguistic competence acquisition. The technology is regarded as an educational process containing principles and teaching methods which are necessary to achieve the highest results. The article highlights the three technologies of monitored independent students’ work such as multimedia book club, extracurricular activity, and discussion clubs. Each technology comprises three components: information resource (authentic and teaching authentic material), interactive (work algorithm) and diagnostic (principles of control). The thorough analysis of the students’ work results proved the fact that the regarded technology appeared to be fruitful in sociolinguistic competence acquisition and, moreover, in the development of all its components, which was also sustained by the feedback of the project participants. 5203 | The paper refers to the sphere of German studies, which is devoted to the language and culture of Russian Germans. The paper deals with anthroponymics – an understudied part of lexicon of the popular-spoken language of this ethnic community. The relevance of research topic is dictated by 1) urgent tasks of fixing, preserving and studying language and culture of Russian Germans as minority entities; 2) need to understand the linguo-cultural problems related to ethnoses and ethnic groups, with the use of still unused empirical materials, as well as testimony of metalanguage consciousness; 3) need for a detailed study of the nominal system of Russian Germans. The work was written due to the results of a fulltime audience survey of Russian Germans now living in Tomsk. It analyzes the names and demonstrations of metalanguage consciousness of representatives of this diasporic group. The names and demonstrations are represented in relation to proper names, which have German “color”. The aim of the paper is to determine whether Russian Germans’ proper names preserve the ethno-cultural connotation. The work results have both linguistic and historical-cultural significance. The combination of different ways of studying proper nouns of Russian Germans – revealing the procedural linguistic knowledge of subjects and referring to their declarative knowledge of German language allows to recreate links of anthroponymic system of this ethnic community. New lexical units,which clarify the notion of peculiarities of marks of Russian Germans are introduced into scientific usage. 5204 | The relevance of the article is determined by the need to develop environmental education and coordinate its various directions through creating the regional systems of continuous environmental education. Nowadays, despite a large number of works of such authors as A. N. Zakhlebny, E. N. Dzyatkovskaya, S. V. Alekseev, N. M. Mamedov and others devoted to the subject under study, an integral system of continuous environmental education has not yet been developed. The aim of our work is to specify this problem within the framework of environmental and chemical education and to single out its goals and objectives for various educational levels (school – institutions of additional education – technical college – advanced training courses). Certain elements of the continuous regional system of environmental and chemical education were first realized in the Republic of Bashkortostan. In particular, the ecological character of the school course of Chemistry within the regional component of education was obtained, the continuity of the Bachelor and Master degree programs in the technical university was achieved, the students’ project activities on various levels of environmental and chemical education were effectively integrated. It is shown that the interaction of higher educational institutions, schools and institutions of additional education for children, all in all make the objective results of schoolchildren better and contribute to their early professional orientation. The directions of the activities for school teachers’ refresher courses in the sphere of ecological and chemical education were determined; the functions of the scientific and educational ecological center that coordinates the environmental education in the Republic of Bashkortostan, were defined. The students of Philology Department are studying this problem at the seminar “The Russian linguistic and discursive pictures of the world”. This problem is complicated, because in the modern linguistics there are no specific methods of interpretation. The modern text space is polycode (in this function) and dynamic (in the interaction of the author and the addressee) system, which is conditioned by the discourse. 5210 | The article deals with the peculiarities of some specific structures which are characterized by the abnormality of lexical and grammatical agreement. The given structures referred to as ‘semimarked ones’ are widely used in the English language and, among other things, for expressing space measurements. To gain a better insight into the relations between the categories of space and measure the above-mentioned structures were included into the peripheral zone of the functional-semantic field representing the measures of length. 5211 | The article considers some questions of esthetics of Wallace Stevens, one of the leading American poetsmodernists of the XX century, whose work remains almost not studied by the Russian literary criticism. Russianspeaking reception of his work appears in some works of G. Kruzhkov. A. Genis today talks about the specifics of his poetry, the difficulties of translation, etc. Among other things, G. Kruzhkov is the author of a number of Russian translations of poems by Stevens. The identified reference points are there in the aesthetic program of the author, among which the particular importance is attached to understanding art and the determination of the place of the poet and poetry in the modern world. The origins of his creative method are based on the works of Russian researchers of the Steven’s poetry. This method synthesizes the searches of European poetry of the XIX–XX centuries. Conclusions are made about the complexity of the aesthetic concept of the American author, as well as about its value and relevance for contemporary art and science. The aim of this article is to clarify the question about the status of the Russian-speaking reception of the creative heritage of William Stevens, who played a very prominent role in the literary life of the United States in the first half of the twentieth century and to contribute a better understanding of the literary and cultural process which takes place in the United States of America, as well as deeper penetration into the specifics of Stevens’ work. 5212 | Formation of universal learning activities aimed at thoughtful reading and writing, critical comprehension of the available information and the creation of educational product among pupils in any subject area, including mathematics classes, is a major concern throughout modern general education. The article considers issues of perception, understanding, interpretation and generation of the learning text as a communicative sign system used in the training process. Authors have formulated theoretical foundations, based on which it is possible to analyze the cognitivesemantic content of educational texts, and the features of text designing in order to achieve understanding and improve the quality of education. Examples of mathematical educational texts are provided as an illustration of these foundations. The developed educational texts (research challenges, dialogues, methodical recommendations, applications, historical overviews, etc.) allow us to create context, suitable for each pupil. Also these texts help to individualize learning, to understand better varying levels of the reflection processes and the formation of personality during training, to carry out the educational process on designing new personal educational products and educational texts in the process of studying mathematics. 5213 | The article represents the morphosyntactic analysis of somonims of the Selkup language. The undertaken research corresponds to the relevant problems of modern linguistics consisting in the need of documentation and description of the languages which are under the threat of disappearance. In spite of the fact that the Selkup language has been an object of researches for many years and it has been studied in different aspects, the morphosyntactic structure of somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language has not been exposed to the system analysis yet. Somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language is represented by several types of morphosyntactic structures: simple words; compound words with coordinative and subordinative types of linking of stems; phrases. Simple somonims are frequently used in possessive form of the third person singular. It is attached possession. Simple somonims can rarely add other suffixes. In somatic vocabulary only one case of shifting of the simple somonim to another part of speech has been revealed. The components of compound words and phrases are mostly nouns and adjectives. The subordination is expressed either by the possessive form of the third person singular or by the genitive case. The second component can be represented by any other part of speech. An assessment of the quality of the implementation of master programs on example of Department of Television and Control of the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics was conducted. For the assessment, a questionnaire was conducted among subjects of the educational process. The main advantages and disadvantages of master programs on electromagnetic compatibility at the department of Television and Control are revealed. Factors influencing the decrease in the effectiveness of the educational process are revealed. The organization of a contact area of a teacher with students and the implementation of scientific work in the framework of training in the magistracy were considered. A set of measures to improve the implementation of master programs, related to the organization of the educational process, the revision of the formats of work with students, the conduct of research activities undergraduates is developed. The results of partial implementation of this complex were presented. Tests for verification of the residual knowledge of students and for internal monitoring of the quality assessment of the educational process were developed. The testing was conducted and it’s results were analyzed. The importance of conducting a systematic assessment of the educational process quality was shown. The article substantiates the relevance of addressing the problem of political education of military personnel under contract at the present stage of development of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Aim and objectives. The purpose of this research is to substantiate the ideas that serve as the basis for the development of the concept of military-political training of military personnel under contract as a discipline. Material and methods. The material of the research is normative legal documents on the organization of political education in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as materials of pedagogical research devoted to the development of concepts of educational disciplines in General and their content in particular. The analysis of these materials allowed us to formulate the main ideas of the concept of military-political training of military personnel under contract as a new academic discipline in the political education of military personnel, the organization of the process of its development. The concept reflects the conditionality of the political consciousness of military personnel under contract by the nature of their military professional activities, the form of participation in the system of relations inherent in their professional group. The research is based on the theoretical provisions of the activity approach to the construction of pedagogical processes, the subject-subject paradigm of building pedagogical interaction in professional teams, and the competence approach to the selection of the content of professional training. Results and discussion. According to the developed concept, the purpose of military-political training of military personnel under contract as a discipline is to form the military personnel’s competencies necessary to perform professional tasks with political content; subjective images (personal meanings, meanings and relationships) that form the cognitive basis of the political consciousness of military personnel. The concept assumes active inclusion of military personnel in the system of public relations and phenomena of state military policy. The selection of material is based on the General purpose of training a specialist, the system of cognitive goals and opportunities of the discipline. Carried out conceptualization focuses on the need for leading, core concepts (ideas) in the course content; definition of the basic (invariant) core and variant parts of the content of the training modules, to correlate this material with the level of cognitive activity of students; allocation of consolidated problems of professionally-oriented nature, the resolution of which requires knowledge and skills in the academic discipline; select content and determine the scope of a training module, selection of methods of cognitive activity. The use of «content nodes» of educational material (conceptual, worldview, subject-image, activity) allows us to specify the control and evaluation system aimed at checking the formation of military personnel’s competencies under the contract in solving a set of educational and professional tasks. Conclusion. The developed concept serves as an indicative basis for solving the problems of developing the political consciousness of a military serviceman under a contract. The results of the research allow us to clarify the ways and means of forming the political consciousness of conscripts during the period of changing ideological priorities in professional education and training of military personnel. 5220 | The article proves that it is necessary to assess the quality of higher education by revealing whether students are satisfied with teaching. It describes the findings obtained by monitoring medical students’ satisfaction with Latin teaching. The findings indicate that most students (77.3 % – 2014, 86 % – 2015) have an average level of satisfaction, which is not sufficient for university students. The Latin teaching, therefore, needs to be improved. 5221 | Introduction. Additional education has a high potential to influence the musical and creative development of children. One of the integrative forms of educational activity is the school theater, in which the versatile creative abilities of students are updated: musical (vocal, instrumental), dance, plastic, acting, verbal and dramatic, etc. The purpose of the article is to consider the theoretical and methodological grounds for the development of musical and creative abilities of children of primary school age in the process of theatrical activities carried out in the conditions of additional education. Material and methods. To identify the status of the problem of musical-creative development of children in terms of further education and its solution used the method of analysis of psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature and empirical methods, allowing to develop and test creative task for the participants of the musical-theatre group. Results and discussion. The study clarifies the content and structural components of the concept of “musical and creative abilities”, including General musical, special musical (cognitive, performing, creative) and individual creative abilities of children (empathy, artistry, emotionality, imaginative nature of thinking, etc.). Methodical recommendations for teachers describe the phased organization of classes in the school theater (motivational, content and procedural components), the most effective methods of musical and creative development of students, based on the age and individual characteristics of younger students, as well as consistent with the synthetic nature of the musical theater genre and the collective form of co-creation of the teacher and students. Conclusion. The development of musical and creative abilities of primary school students by means of school theater depends on the organization of the educational process, based on the complex application of creative tasks aimed at the formation of each structural component of these abilities separately, as well as their synthesis. An effective form of instruction in school theater from the point of view of additional education of children is rehearsal of musical and theatrical performances, in which not only the musical, creative and cultural development of the personality of students takes place, the formation of a group of like-minded people. 5231 | The verbs denoting independent movement on a firm surface in the Taz, central and southern dialects of the Selkup language are considered. In the dialects of the Selkup language the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion is represented by a significant amount of the verbs describing various ways of the movement, its nature, general orientation against the speaker, conditions in which this movement occurs, etc. There is a relatively little number of polysemantic verbs among the verbs of movement in the dialects of the Selkup language and the number of meanings of verbs is insignificant as well. Most Selkup verbs of motion (60 %) are monosemantic, about 60 % of meanings do not repeat, i.e. they are peculiar to one verb of motion. In the Selkup lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion the synonymic relations are poorly developed in comparison with Russian in spite of the fact that among the verbs of motion in the Selkup language the synonymy is more developed than in other lexico-semantic groups of the studied language. The verb qənqo is the central element of the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion in the Taz dialect of the Selkup language. The semantics of this verb does not include the description of conditions in which the movement occurs, its direction, way and mode. The verbs čāǯįgu and kwangu are the central elements of the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion in the southern and central dialects of the Selkup language. Description of the general direction of the movement (making nearer or farther) and orientation in space is the most essential thing for the Selkup verbs of motion. There are several specifics of the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion in the dialects of the Selkup language: existence of the space-oriented verbs; the verbs denoting movements in space made by means of certain devices / vehicles; almost full incompatibility of the verbs of motion with the abstract nouns and nouns denoting objects, incapable of the independent movement. The movement and the ability to the movement is a marker of animateness, on the basis of this marker representatives of the Selkup ethnos differentiate animated and inanimate, i.e. alive and dead. 5232 | The article deals with the results of the experiment and the interview which were directed at revealing the associative links of the Polish concept “śmierć” / “death”. A study of such kind of links can help in modeling the structure of the concept. The resulting verbal associations reflect the conceptual signs of the concept “śmierć” (‘end’, ‘departure’), indicate a deep rootedness in the consciousness of the Poles of cultural stereotypes which are a figurative representation of death (in the image of a woman with a scythe, skeleton). Words that call objects, realities connected with the rite of the burial (cemetery, funeral, etc.) are few in the associative line. The attitude toward death, its evaluation are found in the words-reactions, which call the feelings or conditions that a person experiences when faced with death. Most often these are heavy, unpleasant feelings or conditions (yearning, sadness, fear, etc.). Negative attitude towards death is represented in its associations with cold, darkness, ruins, etc. Individual associations which represent the personal experience of understanding death are diverse: from completely traditional (wieczny spokój / eternal peace) to very unexpected (śmietana / sour cream). The full spectrum of obtained associations allows to speak not only about the peculiarities of the structure of Polish concept “śmierć” (its signs), but also about the specifics of the conceptual connections in the consciousness of Polish-speakers. "Wild Animals Fairy Tales" at the same time focused on the tradition of social and domestic stories and tales about animals using functional elements anecdotes and fables. 5241 | One of the priority directions of the European Commission and the Council of Europe activity is considered: the policy on establishing the supra-national European identity of young people and development of the “European citizenship” concept. The available information on the problem in Russian social and humanitarian scientific discourse is defined; methodological grounds and a source base are described. The basic conceptual framework of the European Commission youth policy is revealed. The involvement of Germany into the formation processes, institutional structures and mechanisms of youth policy implementation in EU is demonstrated. The processes of establishing European self-consciousness of German youth are considered compared with the similar processes at the level of the European Union on the whole and the separate states-members of the EU. The key subjects for analysis are “European citizenship (citizenship of the European Union) and European identity”, “European Union and its perception”, “the future of the united Europe and perspectives of the young people”. Based on the statistical reports of “Eurobarometer” – public opinion research service of the European Union (2016–2017) the degree of establishing the European identity of German young people is analyzed and its substantive aspects are described. The correlation of various levels of identity of German youth is described: national and supra-national, European; as well as the affiliation to the European Union (the citizenship of EU), peculiarities of presenting European identity (studying the meanings and interpretations of the concept of general Europe), and the assessment of the future of united Europe by German and European youth is shown. The youth policy of the European Union and Germany on the establishing the supranational European identity is defined as effective. The conclusion on the high level of European civil consciousness and European identity of German youth is made (Germany takes the second place in the European Union after Ireland regarding the mentioned indicators); prevalence of positive perception of the European Union among the young people of Germany and relative trust to its institutes; and confidence of the young generation of Germany in perspectives of their staying and their country being in European Union. 5242 | Introduction. The content of school subjects is the most important factor in the intellectual development of students. Accordingly, the question arises about the requirements for a modern textbook in the framework of the psychodidactic approach. The aim of the article is to develop a typology of developing educational texts aimed at enriching various forms of mental experience of students. Material and methods. The study was based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of the intellectual education of students in the framework of the psychodidactic approach, based on the psychological and pedagogical substantiation of the polyfunctionality of modern educational mathematics materials. Results and discussion. The concept of developing educational text is introduced. The specificity of developing educational texts lies in the fact that they, being a projection of the structure of scientific mathematical knowledge, at the same time, firstly, ensure the formation of the main components of a student’s mental experience (including cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive and intentional experience) and, secondly, create conditions for the manifestation and formation of individual cognitive styles of students. Such an educational text should be built as some multidimensional semantic space (hypertext), its structure, along with its “core” (certain subject information), includes context and subtext. The typology of developing educational texts (the study of school mathematics) developed on the basis of the ontological theory of intelligence is presented. Examples of educational texts of different types in the course of mathematics of the basic school are given. Conclusion. The implementation of a complex of developing educational texts creates conditions for increasing the level of understanding of educational mathematical material and the growth of intellectual resources of students by enriching the main components of their mental (mental) experience – cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive, intentional (emotional-evaluative). 5244 | The functions of a mythological type of artistic convention and the ways of its developing in the novels “Scaffold” by Ch. Aitmatov and “Christ landed in Grodno” by V. Korotkevich are revealed in the given article. The research has been based on the comparative and typological levels that gains currency for determination of literary interconnections. The writers presented relate the logic of their creative works to biblical plots and refer to mythological convention. It helps to exceed the limits of the method of social realism in the last third of the XXth century and extends the philosophical, moral and ethical subject matters of the novels. The conventional concept of tandem learning is broadened and it does not necessary apply to leaning foreign languages by means of intercommunication between two speakers of different languages. The article provides a reflection on a tandem learning experience when organizing Master of Linguistics students’ internship. 5248 | The article is devoted to the research of methods of creation of art space in S.K. Danilov’s story fairy tale. The real space representing a corner under the ladder of the old wooden house is transformed in the character’s imagination into the special fantastic world, in which the fragments of memoirs and unsystematized data on the world around are weaved. Adventures of the character are connected with movement in space, overcoming barriers, that is characteristic of the folklore fairy tale. The character seeks to order the surrounding chaos of the spatial objects which resist ordering: fantastic space is imitative, and its structurization is impossible by the principles of the real world. The space is directly connected with the character creating by means of her imagination of the whole world inhabited by magic beings and having recognizable fantastic topoi (kissel swamps, dairy rivers), realities of the modern world (an old shed, Tverskaya Street). In consciousness of the child they are allocated with fantastic functions. The space of the Country corresponds to archetypical models: the open space is opposed to the closed one. An important role in the spatial model carries out the opposition “top-bottom”. The plot of the magic fairy tale connected with an initiation ceremony receives reconsideration in S. K. Danilov’s fairy tale. Having found the sacral knowledge in a “dark-dark” corner under the ladder connecting different spatial levels, having in parallel experienced imaginary death – initiation in the Ragman’s shed, having received sacral knowledge in an underground cave of kigol, the character breaks a spatial impasse and cheerfully runs up, overcoming the hopelessness of the “lost” place. 5249 | The article based on the material of the German language deals with the meaning of the lexeme “Arbeit”. Material for the study was provided by various monolingual dictionaries of German. The problem of studying of the basic lexemes of the concept “Arbeit” was studied by the author during the dissertation research on the material of proverbs of unrelated languages. In this research a comprehensive study of the basic lexeme “Arbeit” was carried out within the framework of the description of the linguocultural concept “work”. The study was conducted in accordance with the meanings of the word “Arbeit” which are represented in the dictionary entries in the form of synonymic series for each component of the words under analysis. Certain symbols verbalize the meaning “work as a profession, position” are grouped thematically and marked by territorial identity. The derivational structure of these lexemes was determined as well as frequency of their manufacturing bases of the derivatives. The semantics of the components of compound words was analyzed. The author identifies the usage labels reflecting the connotative coloring of the lexemes verbalizing the meaning of the word “Arbeit”. For more results the analysis involves data from synonymous and etymological dictionaries. The results of the study can be used in practical classes, in the seminars in lexicology of the German language.
