INSTITUTIONAL APPROACH TO THE REFORM OF NON-COMPETITIVE MARKETS WITH STATE PARTICIPATION
This article deals with the problem of the necessary reforms for noncompetitive markets with a high degree of state involvement. Factual material is based on the study of the gas industry. The paper applies the methods of the new institutional economics in the analysis of the current position of the gas industry, as well as the method of modeling the process of the industry reform. The article examines the relationship of the gas industry with the external economic, political, social and technological environment.
