The goal of this article is to reveal language formulas in the Khanty folklore on the basis of text analysis, to investigate the theory of formulas’ classification and to apply it to the described Khanty language formulas. The formulas may be considered a speech unit which is repeated in the same text or several different texts. In comparison with the fabulous formulas, the language formulas don’t depend on the folklore genre and can be found in different folklore texts. The investigation of these formulas allows obtaining the view of the language picture of the world and the archaic features of the Khanty mythology and religion preserved to the present.

The establishment of an information society led to the massive use of modern gadgets and led to the fact that children have difficulty in direct communication, adaptation, especially in an unfamiliar environment, as well as contributes to the deterioration of children’s health, due to sedentary lifestyles. The leading role in the process of formation of the valuable relation to the world, to himself and to other people belongs to a secondary school. In the modern educational space to solve these problems optimally is possible not separately within the institution, but in the form of networking. Stakeholders create social and educational environment for a more successful social adaptation of the individual student. One of the effective means that children get from tourism and regional studies is the socialization and preservation of health. The authors present the mechanism of leading educational institutions’ networking: Municipal autonomous educational institution of secondary school number 28 in Tomsk and municipal budgetary educational institution of additional education of childhood and youth house “Our harbor” Tomsk. As part of the networking was created an innovative platform of municipal tourist and regional studies, which is being implemented under the conditions of socio-pedagogical project “Formation of socially-adapted person taught with the help of the tourist and local lore activity in conditions of an integrated socio-educational developing environment of general and supplementary education”. We present two authors’ models: the model of socio-educational developing environment for the formation of socially-adapted person enrolled in the secondary school № 28 and childhood and youth house “Our Harbour” and the model of formation of socially-adapted person in the conditions of socio-educational developing environment. The article also puts forward a system of monitoring research.

The article presents a discussion analysis of the project of the Concept of school philological education and the Concepts of teaching the Russian language and literature. Analyzes accentual positions of scientists, methodologists, practitioners, teachers, highlights critical points. The documents are presented through the prism of goal-setting of the values of education in general and arts education in particular. Describes the declared approaches, the didactic unit and vectors of development. Discusses academic aspects of school literary education, questions of succession, cultural and interdisciplinary integration. Presentes and describes the structural components of documents in a comparative manner and characterizes in discussional form. There is strengthening of the actual science, not peculiar to the documents of this kind before (in particular the concept of «linguistic personality in the cultural-linguistic field of the nation», «the language of the aesthetic ideal», «intuitive assimilation of the laws of language», etc.). Considers the basic vectors of the сoncept of teaching the Russian language and literature, including the concept of the school philological education (among them: working with the linguistic deformations, the knowledge of language as a symbolic system and a social phenomenon, the regulatory formats and the variety of speech activity recorded by the correlates between the existing legal, regulatory and instructional materials, and conceptual directions of the development).

The article examines the feasibility of applying the project method in institutions of the municipal social services, based on the characteristics of the various population groups in need of social services, analyzes the problems of organizational, personnel, methodological and material support of project activities, presents the positive aspects of using the project method in the work of institutions of social service of the population with individuals and families in difficult life situations. Describes the work of the specialists of municipal institutions of social service with children and families to solve their socialization problems, which is carried out through socio-pedagogical support of concerned citizens and providing them with socio-educational services. Presents the definition of municipal social services, which is understood as the network of state and municipal institutions located in the territory of the municipality and are engaged in social service of citizens in accordance with applicable law. Presents characteristics of socialpedagogical activity of the specialists of municipal institutions of social service as one of the main tools of interaction with minors and families in difficult life situations. Specifies the main contradiction of using this tool in practice: elimination of the institute of social pedagogues in institutions of social protection in accordance with applicable legislation on social services for citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as the lack of normative embodied technologies of socio-pedagogical work in the area. Shows the expediency of the use of the method of sociopedagogical design in solving problems of socially vulnerable layers of the population. The main object of this work is the development and implementation of preventive work in the sphere of ill-treatment of children and violations of their rights, all forms of violence against the person, bad habits and socially dangerous diseases and the development of the overall outlook, the organization of leisure and health activities that will lead to a significant increase in the number of professional ideas and public initiatives to improve the activities of municipal institutions of social service to provide social services to the interested persons.

Introduction. The oxymoron in the title of the paper expresses the evidence of the trichotomy proposed in the work and its obscurity to a wide range of poststructuralists who in one way or another touch upon questions of glottogenesis. The dominance in the world linguistics of the intracorporal vectors of language search from the middle of the past century led only to the mystification of this field of knowledge. However, the turn of research at the change of millennia towards extralinguistics is capable of dispelling the myth rooted in a wide audience about the intracorporal (cognitive, psychological, mental, etc.) origin of the language and leading the extralinguistic determinism of glottogony and language evolution processes to the first positions in linguistics. Nevertheless, contrary to the repeatedly verified data of interdisciplinary research, at present, one can still observe the confrontation of the sophistic tradition of idealism, defending the idea of intracorporal origin of the language, and the completely forgotten in linguistic circles theory of socially determined genesis of language, that had solitary status still in the middle of the last century. Post-structuralism, which has thoroughly entered into a “cognitive dead end”, has condemned itself to deserved criticism, to which a fair amount of this work is devoted. The aim of the paper is to propose a new trichotomy of structural systemic linguistics “language system – grammar – speech”. Material and methods. Structural-systemic and semiotic approaches form the epistemological framework of the study, during which the methods of logic (analysis, synthesis, comparison, etc.) were used, as well as the general scientific method of triangulation, that allows to single out a common third for two objects of observation. Results and discussion. The proposed trichotomy of the structural-system linguistics “language system – grammar – speech”, where grammar is understood as a set of rules, and speech – as a result of combinations of system elements, deepens understanding of the functioning of sign communication systems in the language community, as well as co-evolution of language and society. The language is designed so that the minimum of speech combinatorics can contribute to the assimilation of the rule, and the learned rule, in turn, is the key to mastering the maximum of the system itself. The rule, as an additional third and transitional link between the system and the function, acts simultaneously as an extra-linguistic binding of the virtual system of signs, invisible to a person, and the speaker. The sign nature of a language is understood through the semiotic conditionality of glottogony, in which logic plays a leading role not in the Aristotelian sense, but as a system of principles, laws, and operations for performing a certain activity — in this case, communicative. The participation of logic in the processes of speech-generation refutes the existing ideas about grammar as part of a language construct and prompts to consider it an additional third (instruction) in relation to the language system and individual speech repertoires. Conclusion. Glottogony is not a cognitive, but a logical-semiotic process. The sign, which lies at the base of all three elements of trichotomy, precedes both the processes of understanding (awareness) and the production of speech. In addi tion, through the sign and logical (non-mental or speculative) rule of its use, the speaking population becomes itself: the sign and rule unites users of the language, realizing its main function in the environment – the integrative one.

In this article we apply BRST approach to Lagrangian construction for massive fermionic fields in d-dimensional anti de Sitter space. The obtained Lagrangian theory is a reducible gauge model containing, besides the basic field, a number of auxiliary (Stuckelberg) fields and the order of reducibility grows with the value of the rank of the antisymmetric field. We show that one can get rid of all the auxiliary fields and the final Lagrangian for fermionic antisymmetric field is formulated only in terms of basic field.

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the components of adaptive pedagogy and inclusive education. The authors draw attention to the fact that the proven model of adaptive pedagogy in municipal education system as implementing the principle of accessibility for children with special educational needs is not universal. The implementation of the adaptive model of pedagogy in practice, as well as an analysis of its components shows that inclusive education is a broader concept and phenomenon. The article provides practical examples of using an interdisciplinary approach to solving typical tasks in biology and new algorithmic approaches to determining the kinetic parameters of simple reactions in chemistry. It examines the appropriate methods to use the most common MS Excel toolkit to obtain more exact solutions of the considered tasks for the extended type values of the type of mathematical models of the desired parameters. Presents the teaching methods and practical examples of solving problems in the field of biology and chemistry which were implemented in the framework of an interdisciplinary approach, as well as their study of mathematics and computer science. The importance of interdisciplinary study with mathematical modeling of the processes that predict a change of state in biological and chemical systems is shown. These considerations contribute to the enhancement of knowledge and research, including when solving the problems by replacing numerical data with mathematical expressions. At the same time, problem analysis, solution methods, adequate assessment, visualization and interpretation of results are required. The presented practical approach effectively contributes to the implementation of the educational standard with the formation of graduates’ competencies, focused on the willingness to independently solve the research problems and self-development throughout the life.

A mathematical model of the institute of higher education activities is presented in the article. On the basis of this model a program system, so-called institute administration simulator, is built. The simulator is designed to be applied in education and management training. The paper defends the thesis that phenomenological reconstruction of transformation in culture of philosophical images of science allows to reveal basic mechanisms of modification of science representations. Modifications of representations depend on 1) orientations to historical mutations of bases of understanding of the worldview orientations forming semantic structure of scientific knowledge; 2) necessity of correlation of actions of scientists with versions of periodically reproduced informative ideal (original wisdom).
