In the article the author shows the interpretation of the meaning of “teacher’s professional self-concept”. The necessity of formation and development of teacher’s professional self-concept during the course of high school preparation is established. The results of the analysis, interpretation and understanding of the empirical data relating to the study of the features of the future teachers’ professional self-concept are given. Article’s submissions are based on the use of the method of analysis of the products of activity (reflective essay) obtained by identifying first-year students’ concepts about “professional”. The research work was organized at the Pedagogical Department of Tomsk State Pedagogical University.

The phraseological meaning is a specific semantic category, characterized by an integral transference of meaning based fully or partially on the meanings of the components of the unit. This results in its complex structure which is of special scientific interest. The article focuses on the components of the phraseological meaning, states their specific features and correlation and offers the methodology of semantic analysis. It is a multistep process that considers all the constituents of the phraseological meaning: motivation, imagery component, inner form, denotative component, connotation and cultural component (studied by A. V. Kunin, V. N. Teliya, N. F. Alefirenko and others). The inner form reveals the way the phraseological meaning is formed and creates phraseological imagery. Motivation is a means of expressing the inner form. Metaphorical, metonymical or metaphtonymical transference of meaning forms the inner form of the unit. Phraseological semantics includes the grammatical meaning and the phraseological meaning proper. We single out several structural models of the latter, based on a number of combinations of the denotative macrocomponent (its identifying and characterizing parts) and stylistic, intensive, emotional and/or evaluative components of connotation. The cultural component can be a part of either denotation or connotation or both. The results can be applied in studying semantic peculiarities of different groups of phraseological units, with reference to their national specificity.

This paper analyzes the information on resettlement of eushtinian tatars in XVII–XVIII centuries. The main sources are public documents. Available data describe the resettlement area of eushtinians on Tomsk Ob region in this period. Eushtinians are first mentioned in the book of Herberstein in 1526 under the name “Grustintzi”. According to sources, the main inhabitation area of eushtinians in XVII – XVIII centuries was the area adjacent to Tom river from Tomsk to the mouth of Shegarka river. Territory of eushtinian landholding reached the Ob river. Eushtinian tatar can be divided into different groups, each of which occupies its territory, differs from others in antropological type, employment and social status. It identified archaeological sites of the late medieval which created by eushtinians.

Interrelation between Tajik proverbial corpus and peculiarities of national mentality, not discussed earlier, is considered in the article. Key features of Tajik/Persian mentality have been distinguished and highlighted by scoping literary review on the problem. The strata of 950 Tajik and Persian proverbs was searched to find characteristic features of national psychology and analyze them to discover specific peculiarities of world outlook and national ideology. Features of national mentality, verbally fixed in folk phraseology, specify psychological portrait of Tajik ethnicity and discover possibilities of national language to add important details to understanding of national culture and historical development.

The present paper is devoted to the comparison of A. S. Pushkin’s tragedy “Boris Godunov” with “History of Russian State” by Karamzin. Apprehending by Pushkin the artistic originality of Karamzin’s “History of the Russian State” appeared not only in real corresponding, idea community, but in the artistically – aesthetic influence of “History” by Karamzin to the Pushkin’s tragedy. Analyzing the organization of artistic time and space around the images of Boris Godunov and the False Demetrius it’s possible to see the definite rhythmic drawing which is similar very much with Karamzin’s presentation of the 10th –12th centuries events of “History of the Russian State.”

Available data allow to map the area of settlement of Selkup-speaking population in the middle part of the Trans-Ob region in the mid 18th century and make observations on this population’s localization in the watersheds of the main local rivers of Tym, Ket’, Parabel’, Chaja, and Chulym.

The author argues that in the concepts of scientifi c-technical creativity elements are borrowed from an archaic understanding of how new biological birth. He attributes these elements as heritability, properties responsible for the creation of the creator, the impact of sociality and the periodicity of the creative process.

The article raises the problems of legal computerization in the conditions of forming common legal information space in Russia, which provides all sections of society and each individual citizen with legal information. It is noted that legal computerization opens new possibilities for improving the organization of legal activity. The data of sociological research done by the author, show that the new information technologies based on the use of personal computers and telecommunication means are not applied in modern legal practice in time. It is also noted that the solution of these problems can be achieved on the basis of information orientation of higher law education, multilevel and multicomponent system of training specialists according to information culture model. This model reveals the role of the disciplines “Computer Science” and “Law Computer Science” due to which new forms of training are developed and trends to forming open education, using new technical devices and improving methods of teaching are secured.

The article deals with the questions how to develop students’ motivation to learn foreign languages. Its main purpose is to find the most appropriate and effective ways out. The paper presents the analytical review of research on the problems concerning building and development of educational motivation, describes its types and highlights varieties that are specific to foreign language learning. Particular attention is paid to the close relationship between “feedback” and the level of students’ subject motivation development. The article presents the results of the survey conducted among students and graduates from Novosibirsk universities. The survey participants were asked to point out the most encouraging and disappointing moments they experienced while getting feedback related to results of their work, and describe their emotions. Respondents’ replies were based on their own experience of communication with the teaching staff of the educational institution, and proved the idea, that the feedback given in the foreign language classroom environment greatly affected students’ level of motivation. Moreover, the article defines the functions of “feedback”, characterizes its subtypes, that are commonly used in foreign language teaching and include implicit feedback, explicit and metalinguistic correction. The paper offers examples how to use them effectively while teaching foreign languages. Finally, it determines the level of feedback influence produced on the subject motivation development.

The article deals with the phenomenon of the Russian language abroad. As the title implies the article describes general research context of the phenomenon and focuses on the research of the Russian-language emigrant newspapers. In general research the context of the phenomenon of the Russian language abroad, basic approaches and research aspects are analyzed. The analysis of approaches and aspects is based on research works published in Russia since 1990s. The author refers to sociolinguistic, lingvocultural and intergrated methods of the research to basic approaches. Research aspects of the phenomenon are presented as branches, waves and generations of the Russian emigration. The article provides in detail two branches of the Russian emigration which are differentiated to the geographical principle – the West and the East Russian emigration. It is also reported about the diachronic aspect of the phenomenon of the Russian language abroad – waves of the Russian emigration and the sociolinguistic and language description of their typical representatives are given. In addition to this the synchronic aspect is described – the Russian language of generations within the scope of waves. In the general context of the research phenomenon of the Russian language abroad the author gives much attention to the Russian language of ethnic Germans who emigrated from Russia to Germany in 1990s. The object of the research is modern Russian-language newspapers of Russian Germans who live in Germany. The author analyses the structure of the Russian-language printed emigrant newspaper market in Germany and points out modern tendencies in the Russian language of newspapers of Russian Germans in Germany.

In today’s social interaction it is widely represented the sphere of conflict communication, which is a reflection of the existence in the society of a stable tendency to understanding the aggression as the permissible norms of hostile demonstrations, potentially punishable act inappropriately interpreted the notions of freedom and personal responsibility. Careful attention of scientists focused on the study of network communication in various forms of embodiment of its genre, in particular, - the correspondence of many social network users. The article presents an analysis of the characteristics of communicative behavior of linguistic identity focused on the implementation of hostile manipulative strategies in relation to others in the network correspondence. Such linguistic identity is defined as the conflict on the basis of a number of parameters, of which the key factor is in favor of communicative intention. In particular, it comes to speech and means to achieve them in a communicative activity of a troll as a carrier of the type of conflict. The essence of trolling - communicative actions of a troll - consists in placing provocative messages on the network in order to create conflict situations. Trolling can have different manifestations, from a «harmless» for the participants in the communication of a verbal clash about certain events and / or individuals, to «hard» forms associated with causing moral harm to the interaction of participants. A motivating base of actions in the network can be the troll’s desire for emotional satisfaction from spilling out negative emotions against other communicators, aggressive and hostile manipulations, shocks. Troll promotes creation of provocation incitement in the communicative field by moving from discussion of social issues to personality of interaction participants. Such course of action, of course, entails a response. Troll can be seen in groups, discussing a variety of topics and issues and contemporary life. However, this discussion speaks only about the reason for a troll to «catch» and then, from the replica to the replica to deploy negative-emotional «onslaught» on the interlocutors. A natural result of becoming a failure in communication or its complete cessation. The specificity of the troll’s network behavior allows us to talk about its potential responsibility in the field of ethical and legal relations. This is facilitated by the factors: firstly, the deployment of manipulative trolling actions for specific network participants’ correspondence; secondly, active use in speech of stylistically reduced and obscene words, performing the function of invective. The article is devoted to the research of the system of Dostoyevsky’s pedagogical ideas realized in the text of “A Writer`s Diary”. As a statement of the problem, the writer’s pedagogical ideas are analyzed in the context of artistic, aesthetic, moral, philosophical and social problems which are comprehended in the monomagazine and have distinct focus to activization of a value position of the reader. The complex of the pedagogical ideas of Dostoyevsky in the context of insufficient study of “The diary of the writer” acquire the status of a current scientific and methodological problem, to the study of which the science of Dostoyevsky in a format of integral monologic research did not apply. In the system of pedagogical dominants of Dostoyevsky, the following are distinguished: family, public education (environment, school, teacher’s image) and spirituality. Considering a person as a spiritual-corporal creature, the writer shows the importance of creation of conditions of the personal value choice which should be provided by the concerned involvement of adults, creation of the “soil” in the form of family space, spiritual imperatives of the Russian culture and traditions of the Russian people. Education in Dostoyevsky’s concept represents dialogical process of spiritual communication of the persons-subjects, capable of understanding and acceptance, mutual moral perfection. The analysis of the pedagogical ideas of Dostoyevsky is also significant for the national educational policy not only in the field of teaching Russian and literature, but also for the practical solution of questions of spiritual and moral upbringing and education.
