It is shown that in broadband transistor amplifiers with minimum-phase two-port compensation networks, a non-minimum-phase shift of transistor does not signifi¬cantly influences phase and transient responses. Thus, the design of amplifiers with desired phase and transient responses can be reduced to providing a suitable ampli¬tude-frequency characteristic, as in the case of mini¬mum-phase circuits. The design examples of ultra-wideband amplifiers with prescribed phase and transient responses are presented.

The different concepts of the connection between the social hierarchy and the language are viewed and analysed in the article. The given theoretical statements and the results of the reseach confirm the credibility of the concept of the ideological origin of the connection. The research of the changes of such an anthropo-centred category as “nationality” within the ideological technologies exemplifies the way how the language can be used by the political elite as a power means – a method for constructing or maintaining some social conventions towards the social groups.

This article analyzes the process of formation of the Russian scientific and pedagogical school at Professorial Institute of Dorpat. A special attention is paid to research activities of students of Professorial Institute, development of their skills of independent work and organization forms of practical training with students. The content of this training included both mastering the basics of research activities under the guidance of experienced mentor-professors, diving into it, and mastering effective forms of teaching their science, methods of initiation of students to it and developing their interest to scientific and pedagogical activities, desire to be engaged in it. This article introduces the information about the absolute age of the relict bog, situated in the poligonal bogs zone (in the south of Gydan peninsula). It is established that this bog isn’t «relic», because it was formed in Holocene. The comparison of peat accumulation of this bog and of oligotrophic bogs was organized and some particular qualities of peat accumulation in the evolution of «relict» peatlands were identified. Also the article presents the botanical composition of the peat deposit of the object of study. The comparison of the Holocene climatic variations on Russian Plane and in Western Siberia for the oligotrophic bogs zone is considered. It is proved that for the reconstruction of climatic variations for the «relict» peat deposit in the Far North regions it’s necessary to consider the inertness of cryogenic processes.

But being indifferent to the objective cause and effect relationships of the phenomena, he reveals particular attentiveness to manifested and hidden mystical links between phenomena, the basis of which is the law of mystical contiguity of cause and effect. As a result of domination of such law a man of traditional society makes his behavior in the culture. This explains the duality of mentality of a man of traditional culture of Siberia and the North, whose empirical intuition is subjected to the «supreme collective notions*.

Peat deposit of marsh ecosystem «Tagan» is characterized by presence of mani groups of soil microorganisms, which are able to convert different peat compounds. In upper lay of native soil of ecosystem ammonificative microorganisms with domination nonsporiferous forms are the most abundant, and in bottom lay organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen are plentiful (that is coordinated with distribution N-NH3 on deep is deposits). Nitrifiers and cellulosedestroyers developing in nutrient medium are less active. Content of microorganisms in native soil is constant. Cultivation of permanent grasses during 18-20 years stimulated development of microflora on deep of relict peat. Content of all groups microorganisms including organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen, bacillus, actinomycete, denitrifiers, nitrifiers was essentially increased. Increase in the number of these (and others) microorganisms can point out probability of destruction amplification of organic matter in recultivated part of soil

The paper presents the results of the analysis of the morphosyntactic components expressing the Path semantic component in the translational motion event which are referred to as directional verbal satellites following L. Talmy’s typology. The attempt has been made to characterize the Ket language using Talmy’s typologies of lexicalization patterns, as well as D. Slobin’s typology of the expression of motion events. The conclusion has been drawn that Ket belongs to satellite-framed languages (in L. Talmy’s typology), and to high-path-salient but low-manner-salient languages (in D. Slobin’s typology); the verb root characteristically does not confl ate the semantic components, but expresses only the Motion component.

The article considers the issues of education for children aged 12–16 to basics of robotics. The value of knowledge of basics in physics, mathematics, computer science and technology in the course of robot creation are shown. It reveals the need for linkage, when designing a robot, for students between mechanical, electronic and software components on the construction of various types of robots. It defines the knowledge and skills to be acquired by the student for a qualitative studying of basics of robotics.

It is reflected in the Law on Education of the Russian Federation, which specifies that the state policy in the sphere of education is based on mutual respect and nurturing humanistic nature of education. The result of the use of the principle of dialogic identity is dialogic personality developing in a dialogic educational environment.

The activity of peptidyl-dipeptidazy A in the brain of rats following single fold action piracetam, рhenotropil, noopept after 0.5 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours, 72 ca-meat after injection. In terms of short-term mode of administration used nootropics general trends identified changes in the activity peptidyl-dipeptidazy A: the highest activity was observed in the pituitary gland at 72 hours after injection рhenotropil and the striatum 4 hours after injection of piracetam and noopept. Marker-tion measurable activity of the enzyme studied in rats after a single dose pre-nootropic preparations in the dynamics of observation can serve as one of the key biochemical characterized-tics possible neurochemical mechanism of action.

This paper is about the necessity of forming multilingual competence of student during the internalization of Universities. To possess multilingual competence means to be familiar with two or more foreign languages, know national and cultural differences, peculiarities of countries and their industrial features. Because of different forms of internalization a lot of students from different countries have the opportunity to come for studying to Universities. In this case not only the knowledge of foreign languages facilitates the most comfortable adaptation of foreign students in new environment, but also the activity of regional ethnic organizations, contributing to the development of tolerance and empathy towards representatives of foreign states. In Republic of Tatarstan Assembly of Foreign Students works successfully, directing activities of studentsʹ groups, organizing different kinds of events of interest, positively influencing multicultural and multilingual interaction and communication. Good knowledge of foreign languages, understanding of the linguistic features of a foreign culture, and also psychological readiness for intercultural dialogue, these are key components of multilingual and multicultural competence of students, which directly affects the level formation of common cultural competencies of students. Multilingual simplifies the process of Universities internalization because of the activities of its internal resource when the staff and students can take part in different international scientific and practical conferences, apply to various grants and become participants of numerous academic mobility programs. It is very good not only for the University status in educational top list, but also for person, developing sociological, cognitive and psychological knowledge and skills.

The article considers the questions of activization of educational and cognitive activity of students of a military higher education institution as a condition for the formation of an innovative type of thinking for a young specialist. The necessity of introduction of interactive educational cognitive activity of students with the inclusion of information technologies in the educational process is proved. The characteristics and peculiarities of using information technologies for interactive training of military university students are disclosed, as well as the effectiveness of this process. The analysis carries out the content and the need to receive information and technological applications by the educational institution as the most effective way of improvement of training of future military specialist to professional activity for the purpose of providing them with the necessary knowledge, practical abilities, and faultless skills. The significance and functions of using information technologies in the process of professional training of future specialists are described. The definition of interac tive forms of teaching as a methodically directed interaction between the participants of the pedagogical process that allows developing creative and critical thinking of students of a military educational institution in the mode of dialogue, the ability of an analytical solution of problem situations in the professional sphere, is concretized.

Introduction. This article deals with the theoretic issues of the Kazakh linguistics. In spite of short history of studying the Kazakh language (it began to be studied since only the second part of the 19th century), this time was enough to the Kazakh linguistic tradition to form and to develop. However, the work characterizing the main features of the formation of this tradition has not been carried out until today. The aim of the article is to describe peculiarities of formation of the Kazakh linguistic tradition. Material and methods. The work being carried out is based on the results of a theoretical analysis of the characteristics of other linguistic traditions. Since the object of study is not the language itself, but the methods of its research, structural contrastive analysis is given to the main place among other methods. Results and discussion. Conducted analysis has demonstrated that the Arabic writing system which was used for the Kazakh texts at the 19th century made some linguists to analyze some spheres of the Kazakh language (for example, its system of consonants) in terms of the Arabic linguistic tradition. However, the main part of the theory of the Kazakh linguistics is formed under the influence of the European linguistic tradition because its researchers were educated according to the last one. The principles and approaches of the European linguistic tradition were transferred to the Kazakh language, thanks to which the Kazakh linguistic tradition was able to quickly and qualitatively develop in a relatively short period of time. However, applying of the European linguistics approaches to analyzing some of the language elements has led to forming erratic concepts conflicting with the language nature. Some of the modern linguists claim that some of the existing concepts need to be reviewed according to the peculiarities of an exploring language. Conclusion. This article contains a unique analysis of the main peculiarities of the Kazakh linguistic tradition including the level of its independence, reasons of its formation, its language basis, inherent approach to exploring language, ways of understanding the standard, the way of language description, the scope of the language system exploration, the type of description and ways of phonetics, morphology and syntax descriptions. In this article, the results of research in various spheres of Kazakh linguistics are united in a single tradition. The results of the study are useful for lectures on comparative typology and Turkology.

The subject of this article is the problem of «point of view» in Dostoevskij’s novel «Brother Karamazovs». The term «point of view» is understood according to Uspenskij-Schmid as a component of a text’s structure, which refers either to a narrator, or to different characters in the text and which finds expression on different levels such as time, space, ideology, perception and language. The author of the article suggests advancing the concept of different positions of the narrator’s perspective in the text and considers the problem of point of view in connection with the concept of «a semantic field» (Lotman). The degree of possibility for understanding of an opposition between semantic fields is defined as a degree of authoritarian viewpoint.
