The present article reviews the role of opioid receptors and their endogenous and synthetic agonists in the formation of resistance to the action of condition of acute hypoxia. It shows that stimulation of opioid receptors is accompanied by a neuroprotective effect in acute hypoxia. It examines the role of different types of opioid receptors in the implementation of the protective effect of adaptation to hypoxia. The authors analyzed the results on the mechanisms of action of opioids, the role of cAMP, cGMP, nitric oxide, inositol triphosphate, K+- and Ca2+-channels in realization of the effects of agonists of opioid receptors. It discussed opioidergic mechanisms of the reactions that increase the resistance to hypoxia.

In the process of training primary school teachers for innovative activity it was revealed that the success was not great enough in view of the fact that they experienced a great number of difficulties. We cleared up these difficulties and the ways of overcoming them and worked out the con¬ception of training teachers for innovative activity. Analyzing the character of teachers successful education¬al work in the process of training by innovative technologies (IT) the author pays attention to studying teachers', didactic difficulties (DD), which reduce teachers', progress during their further training at innovative technologies refresher courses. Studying the character of didactic difficulties (DD) and the ways of overcoming them by means of special training becomes the basis of the author's conception of raising the effectiveness of educational process. Numerical methods allow to circumvent the difficulties associated with lack of mathematical knowledge among the college students who are required to study physics. Using elementary numerical methods the models of various oscillating systems are built. A pendulum, a piston moving in a cylinder under the effect of pressure difference in a cylinder and a material point oscillating around the circumference under the action of elastic force, show a qualitatively different dependence between the amplitude and period of oscillations. Through the numerical solution of differential equations of the mathematical package MathCAD studied the motion of Kapitsa pendulum with a non-trivial restoring force. Construction of two - and three-dimensional graphs in MathCAD is applied to combine mutually perpendicular oscillations and obtaining Lissajous’s figures. Self-oscillating systems are presented in the form of models of the RC- oscillator with three-tier phase-shifting circuit negative feedback and the Wine’s oscillator. An example of relaxation oscillator is the model of the multivibrator on the dynistors. At the heart of a computer model of the generator on the tunnel diode is the use of current-voltage characteristics of N-type containing a section with negative resistance. The material may be used in the process of teaching physics at advanced level in secondary schools and junior courses of higher educational institutions.

The excitation of luminescence of phosphors by UV radiation of the sun does not change spectral content of luminescence radiation. For number of photophosphors on the basis of ocsysulfide of yttrium, activated with europium watches change of intensity of minor bands in luminescent spectrum concerning the principal band, that it is necessary to allow for consideration of photophysical characteristics of corrective light films with their components. The obtained data allow to conduct calculation of intensity of luminescence radiation under corrective light films with allowance for its spectral content

In the Randall-Sundrum scenario we consider exact 5-dimensional solutions with localized gravity which are associated with a well defined class of conformal bulk fields. We analyze tneir behaviour under radion field perturbations. We show that it the Randall-Sundrum exponential warp is the localizing metric function and the equation of state of the conformal fields is not changed by the radion perturbation then the 5-dimensional solutions are unstable. The article presents the results of research of recognition of emotions in children with impaired hearing. Peculiarities of recognition of emotions in adults and children on the basis of pictures with mimic images. In addition there was investigated the ability of the correlation of emotions and situations, as well as the ability to verbalization of emotions in children with impaired hearing.

Results of research of personal characteristics of psychological readiness for research activity at beginning scientists are shown. The qualities that are a reference point for professional and personal development of beginning scientists are revealed. The importance of distinctions between respondents with various degree of an involvement into research activities for such personal characteristics, as responsibility, accuracy, self-checking, persistence, foresight, sociability and emotional stability is empirically proved.

The article is based on the fact that lexicographic materials reflect the features of concept both in diachrony and in synchrony. The dictionaries with the initial capacity of lexicographic materials provide people with the opportunities to see the semantic and derivational efficiency of the concept and its segments in full, because the lexical meanings fixed in the dictionary for a long period are what people have in mind when they use the word to communicate in a wide variety of circumstances. Happiness is one of the most important categories of consciousness, through which a national conceptual picture of the world is built, recognized and widely spread. In this article, we use the comparative analysis method to disclose different concepts of happiness from the root in the Chinese language and the Russian language. It is concluded that such values as, for example, predestination and inevitability, out of control and volatility, success, high degree of happiness, pleasure, and satisfaction are characteristic of both languages, while the definitions of „a part of life”, „get out of trouble”, „be saved from trouble (calamity)”, „pray for happiness”, and „perfect expectations” are peculiar only to the Chinese language, and the „fate”, „prosperity” „earthly bliss”, „share” and „good fortune” – exclusively to the Russian language.
