4851 | The article gives a description and assessment of non-normative linguistic facts (misprints, typo errors, violations of the lexical rules) operating in the street space of Omsk and collected as part of a student project designed to improve the ecology of the city speech. On the basis of numerical calculations were obtained the data on three unstable sites of modern spelling rules. Revealed a wide range of blunders. It was concluded that the culture of street speech communication, which is media for the type of recipient, is being formed by native speakers with low literacy. Presented and commented on the results of the survey, the purpose of which was to study the perception of texts with a misprint, a typo error, a slang term by residents of Omsk and the Omsk region. Results of the survey show that norm violations were fixed by informants in proportion to the degree of how gross the mistakes are and give them the desire to correct the text. The latter point supports the position of the normative view of the language. In modern society the intensification of communicative processes demands considerable resources from a person to govern the impression. The development of mass communications and political technologies increases the importance of governing the impression and constructing one’s own image that is not only a mean for various kinds of manipulation, but is a necessary element of self-realization for every person. Most researchers of self-presentation note the man’s aspiration to create a positive image is formed by tactics of emphasizing positive information. The implementation of the tactics in the “star” interview suggests the demonstration of positive characteristics, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to overcome difficulties, the source of creative inspiration. The texts of the “star” interview are analyzed from the various ways of verbalizing the tactics of emphasizing positive information. The spectrum of lexical-semantic and syntactical means, conducive to positive selfpresentation of the public person is carefully analyzed. The practical value of the work is determined by the possibility to use its provisions and conclusions for preparing training courses and special seminars on communication, cognitive linguistics, pragmalinguistics, and image. 4868 | Introduction. The digital platform for the organization of modern broadcasting significantly transforms the principles of information and communication with the addressee. Material and methods. The subject of discussion in this article is the communicative ways of implementing personal radio discourse. Results and discussion. The focus is on the image of the radio host, which is formed at the intersection of the strategies of self-presentation and advertising of the radio site as an information resource. The functional potential of the interaction of communicative strategies is manifested in how the author identifies himself through a set of roles of professional and personal orientation. The specificity of the author’s role realization is examined through the description of the macrotext structure – the sociocultural and genre features of the Internet blog, which serves as a precedent form of broadcasting organization. The social network principle of radio functioning determines the basic parameter of its picture of the world – the individualization of the process of interaction with the addressee, the organization of the psycho-emotional environment of identity formation. Conclusion. The complex of interacting communicative strategies becomes the discursive mechanism that determines the variability of the author’s role-playing behavior – a discursive personality that manifests itself in the process of interactive communication, in the process of forming a discursive picture of the world as a world shared with the addressee, a comfortable psycho-emotional interaction environment. 4882 | The article deals with topical for up-to-date media communication tertiary texts, named so by the author. These texts are reactions to primary and secondary media texts. According to regulative theory as one of the trends of communicative stylistics of text it analyses the regulative potential of tertiary media texts, including typical and more spread regulative means, regulative structures, means of regulativity and regulative strategies, which determine pragmatics of media communication members; reveales the factors, which influence efficiency of this process. Comments to primary and secondary texts from the site of radio station “Echo of Moscow” to the interview of K. Kosachev in April 2017 are the material of the research. It was determined that there is a dependence of regulative potential of tertiary media texts not only on individual peculiarities of its authors (level of their speech and common culture, specificity of world’s view, psychological and cognitive qualities), but also on such factors as informational area (site, in which the text is placed); subjects of primary media text; informational field of author’s and journalist’s language personalities including their value orientation; genre peculiarity of tertiary media text; media channel of connection owing to which efficient reaction on opinions of other Internet users is realised. It was revealed that value modality of tertiary media texts of comments genre is connected with dominating of emotional and valuation vocabulary including invectives, usage of different means of influence, including tropes, phraseological units, aphorisms. Among the regulative structures means of repetition (with citing of opponent’s statements or a primary text’s author) and a contrast for an opposing your own opinion to others is rather spread. The typical for tertiary media texts means of regulativity are the principles of simultaneity and vectors in the text activity of communicants. 4883 | The article considers the material and technical support service of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army during the fighting near Lake Khasan from July 29 to August 11, 1938, in particular, the chronology of the transport service activities and the problems in organizing the delivery of ammunition, food, engineering materials and other materials necessary for combat operations. The problem of material support of troops is closely examined in the key of the Soviet-Finnish war and the Great Patriotic War. At the same time, little attention is paid to previous conflicts: the conflict on the Chinese Eastern railway, fighting at Lake Khasan and the conflict on the Khalkhin-Gol river, although they had a significant impact on the structure of the material support service. In 1939 the final Field Charter of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army was adopted, in which the main functions of combat and material support services were registered. The purpose of this article is to study the actions of the transport service from various points of view: from the organization of the delivery of ammunition to the organization of roads to the site of the fights. Before the start of the fighting, the only road reached Novo-Kievskoe village (since 1936, Kraskino), but it was also washed away by downpours going in the region at this time of the year. There was no land road from Novo-Kievskoye to Lake Khasan; it was built after the end of the fighting. The organization of material support in the area of Lake Khasan showed the resilience and readiness of Soviet people to resist foreign aggression, but at the same time it revealed significant shortcomings that existed in one form or another until the middle of the Great Patriotic War, which shows that despite the appearance of errors, nobody took proper measures to eliminate them.
