Churkin, generally ac¬cepting the thesis of the predominant role of the re¬gular legal grounds in the mentality of peasants, still believes that the measures taken in the post-refor¬mation period couldn't help influencing legal mentali¬ty of the peasants of European Russia. New ideas of law predominance in the social and economical life (mainly in agriculture) were transferred by the Rus¬sian settlers in 70* - 90th of the 19th century and at the beginning of 20th century to the colonized regions of Siberia. 4708 | We study a one-dimensional large-N U(N) gauge theory on a circle as a toy model of higher dimensional Yang-Mills theories. We nd a new class of saddle point solutions in this theory. These solutions are characterized by the expectation values of the Polyakov loop operators, which wind the circle different times. We nd two evidences that these solutions appear as intermediate states in certain dynamical processes. One is from a numerical calculation and another is from the dual gravity. The similar solutions exist in a wide class of SU(N) and U(N) gauge theories on S1 including QCD and pure Yang-Mills theories in various dimensions if N >= 3. 4709 | In QCD a non-perturbative effect is essential in low energy phenomena. A usual perturbative procedure loses its validity. A four-fermion interaction model is used to evaluate the low energy phenomena for quarks and gluons. Since the four-fermion interaction is nonrenormalizable, the results depend on the regularization parameter in four spacetime dimensions. There were analyzed 4420 events of heavy rains, 1833 events of thunderstorms, 18 events of hail and 2 events of tornado. Investigates thermodynamic and kinematic parameters calculated from the radiosounding at 12:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) at 12 stations during 2000–2012. 4716 | The article is focused on the methods of compounds’ distinguishing in the English language. The notions of grammatical continuity and semantic integrity of a lexical combination are analysed. Various criteria of differentiating compounds from phrases are observed: phonetic, orthographic, morphologic, syntactic and semantic. Special emphasis in laid on the practical application of each criterion. It is shown that none of them can be used alone for making precise differentiation between compounds and phrases. Each of them should be supported by approximately two other criteria. Therefore, the author gives examples of the most effective ways of using the methods described in the article. It is an active influence on the general population, in particular young people. There was no sufficient research in this area. This article presents the results of a study of movies as a means of development of the viewer’s personality. We consider the value-semantic sphere of the person, the problem of formation of value-semantic sphere of personality of the high schoolchildren as a whole. 4718 | The relevance of studying the translation heritage of N. M. Karamzin consists in his inseparability from the whole work of the great figure of Russian culture. The task of the proposed article is an attempt to generalize the presentation of all translations of Karamzin as a cultural cosmos, which contains dozens of authors, countries and the main continents. He was engaged in translation for over twenty years (he translated about 300 texts), constantly referring not only to European literature, but also to Asian, African and American cultures. The «world-wide responsiveness» of Karamzin as a writer and an interpreter was formed already in the «Moscow Journal» (1791-1792), the edition of a new type taking into consideration the experience of European periodicals. To carry out the novelty Karamzin used the translations thoroughly picked up and correlating with the original pieces. Thanks to the ambivalent role of a writer and a translator Karamzin was able to create an author journal aimed at the maintaining sentimentalism. In the «Messenger of Europe» (1802–1803) by N. M. Karamzin the translations helped to form not only a literary part, but also a section of Politics. Long before the genesis of the concept of «globalism», Karamzin had made an attempt to perceive the world in its unity. He was encouraged by his trip to Europe, personal acquaintance and contacts with the eminent representatives of European culture as well as by his intense translation activity. 4719 | Based on archival materials the process of preparation and celebration in the Far East of the USSR in the 1930s of one of the main Soviet holidays - the Great October Socialist Revolution is considered. The Soviet authorities actively used the traditions of holidays and festive rites as one of the important aspects of political, ideological and psychological treatment of the population. In the 1930s. this holiday in its political and ideological aspect was aimed not so much to revive the events of the recent past, as to draw public attention to the pressing state tasks and to stimulate labor and patriotic impulses of the masses in both central regions of the country and in the provinces. The Far East did not stay away from the all-Union festive tradition. The local party and economic authorities through the creation of festive commissions conducted a broad political and ideological (talks, newspaper readings, meetings with participants in revolutionary events, the publications of the festive issues of newspapers, festive broadcasts on radio, etc.), mass organizational and preparatory (cleaning and decoration of streets, squares, buildings of settlements, decoration of columns of demonstrations, replenishment of stores with goods and products, timely payment of salaries, bonuses of the best workers) work on the eve of and during the holiday. Reporting documentation of the Soviet economic authorities clearly demonstrates the successes and omissions in the celebration of the Great October Revolution in the region in the 1930s. 4720 | The article deals with approaches to the definition of the essence of foreign communicative competence and its structural components. The author pays special attention to the study of language competence in the structure of the foreign communicative competence. The paper presents two components of the language competence: readiness and ability to apply linguistic knowledge (orthographic, phonetic, grammatical and lexical ones) and skills of operating this knowledge in accordance with the spheres, situations and themes of communication intended for learning at the secondary school. The author of the article developed and implemented the «Sound-letter train» evaluative method in order to determine the level formation of above-mentioned knowledge and skills. The article presents the method passport: a detailed description of an application procedure, the necessary tools for implementation, and also the introduction (instruction) for students. It demonstrates one full-text version of the method, which had been implemented in the group of students. While describing the technique, the author points out the variability of time and contingent of people on whom the method may be implemented. The author proposes the topics and ways of modifying the method for students depending on the contingent and the training level. The author comes to the conclusion that the method is a way of assessing the formation of orthographic and phonetic knowledge and skills of operating them in the context of the system-activity approach. This method takes into account the requirements of the federal state educational standard for the growing role of the students’ independence while detecting themselves knowledge gaps, expression by them of self-regulation and self-esteem. Active learning is an essential part of the syllabus, which is supposed to engage students directly in thinking and problem solving activities. It defines the problem of using professional vocabulary in speech in solving problems and cases. The article gives the definition of a lexical skill; its significant features both situational correlation and communicativeness are necessary in formation and development. It discloses the specifics of professional lexical skill formation, presents the examples of phrases important for engineering students to master speaking. As a result, it suggests implementing exercises based on a widening rhythmic group, which is a short phrase – a thought consisting of some logically connected phrases where a key phrase is repeated in every sentence. A widening rhythmic group possesses all the qualities as any other statement. It means it has the aim to explain, to persuade, to give arguments. Exercises based on a widening rhythmic group can be used in different activities: speaking, reading, listening, and writing. 4746 | Recent explanation [1] of high-velocity features in type Ia supernovae (SNIa) requires signicant mass of circumstellar material (CSM) in SNIa progenitor system. If correct, it provides means of determining the mass of CSM along the line of sight. We study the distribution of mass in accretion disk, a natural candidate for the needed CSM. Accurate equation of state and Rosseland-mean opacities are used; several models for the latter are compared. We conclude that the standard model of accretion disks in SNIa progenitors does not yield the needed mass distribution to agree with observations. In the article we suggest the logistic model, where a bank is considered as a micro-logistic system and bank activity is considered as a set of different flows of useful resources (a material flow (vec_M); a financial flow (vec_F); an informational flow (vec_I); an energetic flow (vec_E); a flow of transport vehicles (vec_T); a manpower flow (vec_W); a service flow (vec_U); a flow of innovations (vec_N)), which interact, influence each other, depend upon the present market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the changes of inner and outer conditions. In the article, we do the research of these flows’ structure, using the logistical approach. In the research we represent a flow as a certain function, having two components: the scalar one (P0 – a concrete kind of useful resources) and the vector one (vec_P0 (t, z) – the orientation of the flow in space and time). Thus, a flow is: vec_P = P0*vec_P0 (t, z) v r . A special attention is paid to the financial flow, its structure and process of forming. We represent, that the necessary condition of forming any kind of a flow is presence of other flows. Then, in order to provide a normal functioning of the cash flow in a bank we need the following vector components, which could assure its forming and circulation: financial, informational, energetic, manpower (personnel), innovational and service components. The mathematical expressions are worked out to describe this process and to give us the opportunity to define the source of costs and to optimize the cumulative expenses in order to minimize them.
