4557 | The article deals with the peculiarities of formation of linguistic competence (degree of native language) of students with disabilities. Children with disabilities have special educational opportunities and needs identified by psycho-pedagogical characteristics of this group of students. The characteristics of inclusive teaching space, including the risks potentially associated with formation of linguistic competence of students with disabilities. The process of formation of the linguistic competence of students of all categories, including the disabilities is based on the formation of their complex knowledge of the language as a system consisting of certain levels and corresponding to these unit-level representation of how language system develops and functions, what are the factors conditional on the national specifics of the language. Specificity of finding children with disabilities linguistic competence and its further improvement is determined by a complex of factors. First, of course, are affected by some of the internal contradictions inherent in the phenomenon of inclusion having a medico-social ontological essence. Secondly, the situation with the education of children with disabilities may present certain psychological risks. Thirdly, the inclusive approach in education can be restricted by inadequate resourcing: personnel, logistics, software methodical and finally financial. The urgency of the issues raised in the study is caused by a sharp decline in cognitive and motivational interest of students in general to the problems of language culture, as well as the problems associated with the organization and implementation of the educational process in an integrated (inclusive) basis. 4558 | The topic of tourism development in Russian regions is very relevant today, since it is related to regional economy development. Hence, problems and prospects of the tourism industry development more and more attract researchers’ and public attention. The article revealed the problems of mass tourism formation in Western and Eastern Siberia regions through exposing forms and directions of tourism industry development in those regions in 1960s–1970s. The problem of tourism in certain Siberian regions is considered by the researches in their works, some aspects of tourism development in Siberian regions are touched on many conferences, devoted to the problems of tourism development in various Russian regions. This gives the right to claim that the aspect of reconstructing forms and directions of regional tourism development in Siberia is discovered insufficiently. Therefore, the author addresses primary sources, namely, archive documentation. The main base draws up previously unpublished archival sources. Materials of the State Archive Fund of Novosibirsk and Kemerovo oblasts contain information about the volume of transportation showing mass tourism development in the given period. Materials from the Russian Federation State Archive contain statistical data on travel volumes and the number of tourists in the analyzed period. Experience in the tourism industry development in Siberian region would help to reveal the preconditions and to present the trend of mass tourism development in the country during this period. The change to a five-day working week with 2 days off prompted the demand for recreation, which was increasing among the soviet population. Along with the expansion of organized tourist trips, the mass initiative tourist movement was getting the increasing popularity. The different forms of initiative tourism worked: trips “Auto stop”, alpinist tours, walking local and regional tours, week-end trips, etc. By the end of the 1960s, tourism was converted into a single-union system demanding comprehensive centralized management with material and technical base, established only on the basis of a unified system approach. Central Tourism Department put the plans that have been successfully carried out by regional councils on tourism, implementing the decisions of the Central Committee of the Party and the decisions of the Soviet Government. The effective management of administrative practices on the one hand stimulated the mass tourism and excursion industry development, but on the other hand hindered its effective control in the regions. 4559 | The paper studies the composition of aspect forms of the verb in Nizhnekolymskiy dialect, which does not have a systematic description and and refers to the western dialect of the Even language according to preliminary data. The types of the verb expressing the nature of action, according to the semantic and grammatical characteristics, are differentiated into six aspect groups. Formation and use of type categories and methods of verbal actions in Nizhnekolymsky dialect are revealed with some features, unlike the eastern dialects of the Even language. The composition and use of categories of the verbal species has similar features to the western dialects of the Even language. However, distinct differences are in the formation of the type of imitation of action in the dialect in question. The absence of some forms of multiplicity of actions aspectuality groups, the direction of action and the intensity of action is revealed in the analysis of the functioning of species of verb forms in Nizhnekolymsky dialect. The usage of not previously mentioned in the grammatical descriptions of the four aspect forms in groups of multiplicity of action and intensity of action is fixed. The material for this article served the field data collected during field expeditions in the Lower Kolyma region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2013–2015. In the West, particularly in Germany, studying of the intercultural communication’s theory is carried out on an equal basis with capture of practical components of intercultural education and mentoring, providing development of intercultural skills. The practical aspect of intercultural education and mentoring can also be widely adopted in Russia, mainly within educational process of future specialists in the field of linguistics and translation. 4561 | Modern society of most countries is not socially homogenous yet composed of a variety of social and ethnic groups. Education in such multicultural state as Russia must take into consideration all components of a society. One of a perspective strategy for successful communication is ethno-pedagogical element in education. The complex of ethno-pedagogic means of formation of cross-cultural competence is aimed to minimize the psychological barriers of communication. It develops communication skills during educational process of foreign students. The ethno-cultural technology in teaching Russian as a foreign language solves three important tasks: transmission of personal culture; synthesis of personal culture with the culture of other ethnic groups; integration into global culture. The elements of ethno-pedagogic methods of education were applied in different historical epochs in places where two different languages and cultures came into contact. One example was presented from the period of Russian colony in Alaska, 1732-1867. In Aleut philosophy, the teacher is more a facilitator of those activities that are known as learning. The learner was engaged in learning activity not in the classroom, as in western societies, but in the different locations of each activity. It was always seasonal; for instance, during sea lion hunting it was at the beach. Instead of teaching by lecturing and talking, the boys were taken out to observe the hunting process conducted by the adult male who was proficient in hunting. The education during Russian period in Alaska was bilingual and bicultural: Russian and Aleut were taught through content on alternative base. Folklore of the indigenous people of Siberia (Selkup, Khanty, Ket) demonstrates examples of ethno-pedagogic strategies. Semantics of folklore discourse reveals the rules of accurate behavior and principles of indigenous worldview. 4569 | The article presents the first experience of scientific interpretation of the poem “Monument” by Russian literary figure of the first half of the XX century Boris Aleksandrovich Sadovskoy (1881–1952). This work, being a part of the last created poetic book of B. A. Sadovskoy “Abode of Death” (1917), is analyzed in the context of the genre tradition of the poem “Monument”, which began with the world literature Horace’s ode “To Melpomene”. It is reported that the latest author reinterprets polemically thematic and stylistic elements typical of the mentioned tradition (ekphrasis, the motives of the immortality of poetry and fame of the poet in the memory of future generations, the “national geography” theme of distribution poetic glory), reflected in the translation and poetic setting of Horace’s odes by M. V. Lomonosov, G. R. Derzhavin, A. A. Fet, G. S. Baten'kov. Special attention is paid to polemic dialogue between Sadovskoy’s “Monument” and a poem by A. S. Pushkin “I have erected a monument for myself...”, which largely determines the structure and meaning of the work of the newest poet. The conclusion is that the B. A. Sadovskoy’s work preserving the main features of the genre traditions of the poem “Monument”: thematic and stylistic elements of epitaph (antapite), ekphrasis, poems-wills, “the last poem” has undoubted potential to rethink this tradition which appear in the poetic practice of later authors (V. Mayakovsky, V. Hodasevich, I. Brodsky, Vladimir Vysotsky, V. Shenderovich and others) in three modes of the attitude to it – polemical, ironic and gaming. 4572 | The article dwells on the essence of the problem of the pedagogical activity formationin in the preparation of students in the pedagogical institution. The most essential factor of the pedagogical activity formation is educational events. The influence is defined as the process, and the mechanisms of influence as its device, structural characteristics and conditions of its realization. The following mechanisms of influence of educational events were singled out: spatio-temporal, informative, and procedural. Characteristics of the mechanisms of influence were also presented. A spatio-temporal mechanism of influence gives an “alive” spatio-temporal continuum in which an educational event takes place. An informative mechanism of influence of educational events consists in changing the idea of pedagogical institution students about the subjectivity of pedagogical activity, production of value-semantic relationship, discovery of a pedagogical activity personal sense. The procedural mechanism presupposes the ways to realize the influence of educational events. Educational designing and personal student’s operation in mutual activity are presented as means. The basic condition of educational events’ influence on the pedagogical activity formation – involving students of the pedagogical institution into educational events – is singled out. Qualitative changes in students’ preparation are considered as the basic results of the mechanisms of the influence of educational events on the formation of pedagogical activity: disclosing personal senses of pedagogical activity and personal experience of the student in joint activities. First, the languages of the indigenous peoples of Siberia belong to the category of endangered languages lacking an ancient written tradition, thus enhancing the value of the folklore of these peoples as a primary resource allowing us to obtain important linguistic data, as well as to draw significant conclusions regarding the specific features of the genesis of the linguistic and cultural processes of the respective ethnic groups. Secondly, there has emerged a recent particular increase in the interest of researchers in the study of lexical systems of aboriginal languages of Siberia in connection with typological problems. On the material of prosaic folklore texts, as well as lexicographical works on the Taz dialect, an attempt was made to describe the semantic zone “white”. With the aim of studying folklore and lexicographic materials from the point of view of the semantic features of color markings in the context of modern priorities of linguistic research, a set of lexemes with the value of “white” in a corresponding dialect is defined as a result of the work. Their semantic structure is described. A strategy for their representation in lexicographic material is proposed. 4585 | In the last years in linguistics the problem of speech genres is actively studied by many researchers. Despite the intensive development of genres studies, the question of definition of genre is still open. Following Mikhail Bakhtin, who introduced the concept of “speech genre” the linguistics continues the development of the theory of speech genres. Based on the proposed by Tatyana Shmeleva profile speech genre, which includes seven genre characteristics (communicative purpose, author's image, the addressee’s image, communicative factor of the past, communicative factor of the future, linguistic incarnation), we consider imperative speech genres in the A. P. Chekhov’s 125 letters written by him in the period in the 1890 year. In order to express the imperative mood Chekhov uses specialized and unspecialized forms. The most typical forms of expression are presented in the tables that show the features of imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters. There is also given amplifying speech accompanying components the imperative form of expression. In the group of specialized forms of expression of the imperative (the form of the 2nd person singular and plural; first person plural; 3rd person singular and plural) the second person singular and plural forms occupy the leading position. The unspecialized forms of the imperative of expression observed in the construction of a performative ask. It was also noted that the imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters, expressed in the first place, a request (direct and indirect), advice, and suggestion. Anton Chekhov prefers the description form of expression of a direct request. 4586 | The increase in the number of disabled children requires from specialists new methods, technologies and means of correction at the current stage of development of education. The article discusses the possibilities of the genre of the musical training of future teachers for working in conditions of inclusion. The search for alternative forms of training of future specialists determines the relevance of the article. The presented method of the interactive musical was considered from different positions within the framework of the realization of the formation of the inclusive competences of the students of the pedagogical faculty. The experience of staging a musical on the basis of higher educational institutions as a form of practice-oriented training of future professionals working with children with disabilities (HIA), and implementation of interactive musical institutions as a gradual and complementary work demonstrates positive results. The first stage is devoted to the formation of a new pedagogical consciousness, underlying the adoption of different children and their development, a tolerant acceptance of children with various pathologies. The second stage is directly devoted to the study of new techniques that allow to create independently for a child the conditions for inclusion in the educational process, taking into account his characteristics and needs. The authors also propose to use it in working with children with disabilities. These areas are recommended as nontraditional forms of work with students of higher educational institutions. We consider for Amalthea J5 the question if the PN components of orbital precession can be isolated from the far larger Newtonian precession.
