In such a context it is a matter of introducing a psychological component to the educational process to be aimed at optimization of foreign training at any stage of continuous education system as well as the improvement of communication teaching level. Application of up-to-date psychotechnologies in the process of foreign training seems to be within the capacity of the foreign lan¬guage teacher, as it does not require special psychothera-peutic knowledge. The present paper appears to be an ef¬fort to observe the opportunities of using neurolinguistics programming (NLP) strategics in practice of teaching the foreign languages at a non-linguistic higher educational in¬stitution which allow the teacher to reveal the students' style and apply the methods to be the most suitable for the present student or the given group. In this interpretation the NLP approach should be consid¬ered as one of the innovatory forms of educational and out-of-lecture teacher's activities within the bounds of possible spending of time, as a stimulus to the creative potential devel¬opment of students and, first of all, not as a principal method of teaching the foreign languages but as an additional technology to improve the foreign language educational process and make it more effective, easy and pleasurable for mastering. 1928 | The article deals with the existing definitions of fluvioglacial deposits that are chiefly developed in the mountain lands. It also points out the main contradictions in field and laboratory diagnostics of fluvioglacial deposits contained in the fact that lithologic criteria for such diagnostics do not exist in the nature. It refers to all the facies of fluvioglacial deposits in the pre-glacial zone. The absence of lithologic criteria of distinguishing between the so-called fluvioglacial and mountainous alluvium is explained by the structure of all these deposits. It is conditioned by hydrodynamic peculiarities of the floods in which they are developed. Pre-glacial fluvial sediments undergo the process of laying many times both immediately by the glacier margin and under the glacier itself. Thus, it means that according to the well-spread classifications all the melt-water deposits (except pre-glacial lake deposits) should be called «alluvium». Besides, it often happens that some forms of a principally different genesis-diluvial origin-would be taken for the deposits of melt glacier water. The former it their turn have been formed by cataclysmic (i.e. - temporary) floods from ice-dammed lakes which outburst. Unclear diagnostics of water deposits leads to the difficulties in defining criteria to seek alluvial placers. The article shows the place of diluvial deposits in the row of other genetic types of loose sediments. The second part of the article deals with the energy essence of the diluvial morpholithogenesis from the points of natural risks. | 992

Results of definition of number of microorganisms methods of direct consideration under a microscope and crops on nutrient mediums have the alternative character, confirming opinion that number of microorganisms not always reflects their activity. Higher indicators of biological activity in residual peat under grown up cereal grasses, in comparison with a native soil, testify to an intensification in it of destructive processes Keywords: biological activity, low-lying marsh ecosystem, microorganisms, assimilating organic forms of nitrogen, assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen, cellulose-decomposing, defined to straight microscoping, dynamics СО2, mineralization of organic substance | 992
