Discusses the issues of transition from children’s music schools, which are an integral part of the system of additional education, pre-professional programs in the field of art education, to further professional self-determination of graduates of art schools. Unfortunately, the ranks of graduates of art schools, in recent years, rarely fill up the number of students wanting to get an art education. After graduation many of the graduates, educated in a certain field continue professional training, and to act in the educational institutions of other profiles. This is due to the fact that the prestige of education in the sphere of culture and arts is not high. Among parents and children standing on the threshold of the school and are ready to choose a future profession, there is an unspoken ranking of “necessary and important” professions according to their prestige, “fashion” and material security. Low wages in the sphere of culture and arts does not allow it to rise to the same level as the more prestigious, according to parents and high school graduates, professions. The results of the analysis of the pre-professional programs are presented and the issues of their implementation are identified. The most significant were the increased physical and temporal workload, and a lack of motivation on the part of parents and children. The requirements for training in additional pre-professional programs are given, and the areas of responsibility of all parties in the educational process are selected. The conditions necessary for the formation of positive motivation and successful development, additional preprofessional programs are revealed. Among them are the following: the ability of the teacher to build the learning process so that heavy physical exertion associated with the development of choreographic disciplines, was seen as a requirement to achieve the learning outcomes; the interest of parents and their involvement in the learning process; the formation of students ‘interest in subjects of pre-professional programs.

Introduction. Additional education in Russia involves ensuring openness and a high level of accessibility, which is reflected in national project «Education». However, the development of strategies and programs to ensure a high level of accessibility of additional education is impossible without studying the opinions of beneficiaries of educational services living in different regions. The investigation purpose is to identify the differences in assessing the additional education accessibility by beneficiaries depending on their residence region. At the same time, the state system of additional education is oriented towards two key target audiences: parents and children. Since the parents have the final decision about what kind of educational program the child will go to, an important task is to establish correlations between parents and children preferences in the additional education. Material and methods. The study was conducted using an online poll. Respondent answers analysis was carried out according to 5 criteria, that are related to evaluation of accessibility, motivation determination of receiving additional education, substantive-thematic definition and organizational preferences of children and parents, as well as regional ranking by accessibility indicators. Results and discussion. 371068 completed questionnaires were received from 85 subjects of the Russian Federation, completed by parents and 59018 completed by children aged 11 to 17 years. The statistical error of the data does not exceed 0.3%. The answers demonstrate that satisfaction with various options for the provision of additional education depends on the respondents’ residence region. Furthermore, differences in the preferences of parents and children are observed regarding the content, format and duration of complemented education programs. Regions which may be as a source of positive experience especially distinguish in matters of building an affordable supplementary education system for children. Conclusion. The obtained results indicate necessity to take into account the regional context and dependence of beneficiaries assessment while building available complementary education programs. An adverse ecological hygienic situation in Tomsk region is reflected in the dynamics of the incidence and disability indicators within 1991-2003 years. The common disease incidence is increased by 31,8 %. The number of people with a chronic pathology is increased by 54,2 %. The medical examination in 2002 revealed that 60,3 % of children at the age of 0 – 18 years have deviations in the state of health. An increase in the number of consumptive children by 30 % causes a particular alarm. In early 2004, 53 371 invalids were registered in the region. Among them, 62,3 % of townsmen and 37,7 % of villagers. An increase in the number of invalids of 1 and 2 groups is indicative of the worsening of the population health. The main reason of the disability is the group “systemic disease”. The cardiovascular diseases take first place, cancer diseases take second place, trauma and poisoning consequences take third place, diseases of bones and muscles take fourth place, and tuberculosis takes fifth place. The level of the children disability is increased by 24,6 %. The congenital anomalies take first place in the city, whereas the children mental disorders are in the lead in the village.

This article discusses the factors that affect the efficiency of the process of teaching foreign students. Analized the educational process on specialties in Chinese universities for Russian students. Analysis of the learning process shows that the important role is played by the university educational system, where Russian students are trained in intercultural communication. The results show that the motivation of students and the process of adaptation in higher school play an important role in the effectiveness of the learning process. The main factors of Russian adaptation of students in Chinese universities are educational communication, educational and psychological and personalitycommunicative components. Based on the results of the study, the advantages and disadvantages of the educational process in Chinese universities were identified and the ways of solving the problems to improve the organization of the educational process were formulated. The current trend in the development of international educational space allows you to highlight the most important ways of improving the educational process. The article formulates solutions to improve the educational process. In the development of educational programs and the organization of the learning process for Russian students, administration and faculty must take into account the mentality of Russian students. Intercultural communication in the organization and in the process of teaching Russian students played a huge and one of the most important roles. For many Russian students the process of adaptation is difficult, there is the influence of both climatic conditions, and educational and communication factors. Successful adaptation depends on many factors of the environment and on the man himself. The more complex is the new environment, the more it differs from the usual environment for the student, the more difficult is the process of adaptation.

A new chemical-biological method of preventing soil erosion using cryogel in combination with perennial grasses is proposed. The cryogel proved no negative impact on aboriginal soil microflora. On the one hand the cryogel polymer matrix in the soil is strong enough to withstand the effects of erosion but on the other hand it is quite elastic, so it will not hinder plant growth. The seeds germinated through the cryogel layer form a stable green cover. Cryogels are harmless to humans and environmentally friendly.

The ichtyofauna of Lake Taimyr includes two forms of the Siberian whitefish Coregonus lavaretuspidschian, a lake species with a higher body shape and a river-lake species with a lower body shape, both as described by Mikhin in 1955. Mikhin found that these forms are not only in Lake Taimyr, but also in its influxes. These species differ in nutrition preferences. The lake whitefish is a bottom-feeder while the river-lake whitefish is a predator. Study of the morphology of these species revealed considerable differences in number of vertebrae and a majority of other plastic indices. Based on body height, length of pectoral fin, and length of the upper jaw, the differences between the two species exceed the subspecies level of Meier's CR criteria chart.
