The article discusses two little-known plays by the Russian modernist prose writer Sigizmund Krzhizhanovsky (1887–1950), “The Embroidered Feedbag” (written 1929–30) and “The Third One” (written 1937), published only in 2010. In his own lifetime, S. Krzhizhanovsky was known primarily as a stage adaptor and specialist in the history of drama, as a writer on Shakespeare and Bernard Shaw, and as lecturer on philosophy and aesthetics of theater at the Actors’ Studio of the Moscow Chamber Theater.

The article proves education modernization on the basis of constantly developing information and communication technologies (ICTs) influencing modern education environment formation. The purpose of the article is to reveal and prove the innovative pedagogical searches in the field of constantly improving ICTs in global education. It presents the results of studying the new sources of the educational environment. It establishes that the new educational environment sources which are distance education, learning centers, workplace learning by the means of modern ICTs, home learning with the Internet are actively forming and developing in modern education. It describes the co-evolution development manifestation of education system as the objective process which consists in that from all the possible transformations of these or those elements of an education system remain only mutually compatible (mutual combination of traditional education, electronic learning and distance education technologies). The article gives the examples of ICTs use in the process of knowledge acquisition both in the educational institutions, and in the new educational environment sources (learning centers, workplace learning by means of modern ICTs, home learning with the Internet). The author comes to the conclusion about synergetic effect manifestation in a new shape which gets the education focused on the lifelong learning. Modern education assumes the active use of Internet and the digital technologies (for example, electronic learning and distance education technologies) in teaching and learning, change of teaching and learning model and knowledge preservation model, management of the students of their own educational trajectory and learning activity. ICTs get the teaching process ahead for a framework of traditional educational institutions, and cause the emergence of the new sources of knowledge acquisition.

The various types of water basins, i. e. river, accessory, marsh and continental ones, are considered as biotopes for fresh-water mollusks of North-Siberia. For each of the above basin types the qualitative and qualitative composition of mollusks is reported and the most widely spread species are indicated. Regarding the biotopes and environmental factors involved, rheo-, stagno- and eurybionts are found to predominate among the fresh-water mollusks of Northern Siberia. The adaptation of mollusks to certain environmental factors of the water basins and their distribution in the biotopes because of these factors are considered.

Productivity of Lactuca sativa, variety Moskovsky parnikovy growing in protected cultivation under fluorescent film luminescent with maximum of 615 nanometers is studied in dynamics. Change of conditions of plant cultivation by fluorescent film promotes accelerated growth, development and productivity improvement of Lactuca sativa relative to plants growing under unmodified film. Increase in productivity of Lactuca sativa in 1.5 times under fluorescent films is determined by increase in ratio IAA/ABA and decrease in content of АA in plants, and also conjugated with change of enzymatic activity of aboriginal soil microflora.

The paper defends the thesis that the philosophy of film allows to realize the analysis of the basic mechanism of transfer of ideological intentions in modern society. It is revealed that images which were presented at movies of a genre “horror” (in particular images of zombie) propose metaphorical ways of introduction an encryption and ideology interpretation (in particular ideologies of pleasure and consumption). It is maintained that philosophical reflection of films allow to transform ideology from means of manipulation with behavior of the person to the tool of awakening of his consciousness. As a result in Russia the ideology which allows the person to act freely can be developed, relying not on the blind desires, but on the conscious purposes and ideals.

The article analyzes the German historical literature devoted to various aspects of social policy realized by Otto von Bismarck. The first Chancellor of Germany created the world's first welfare state in the 1880s. He worked closely with large industry and aimed to stimulate German economic growth by giving workers greater social security. Following that works of German researchers are mostly devoted to problems of internal policy realized by O. Bismarck, such as “an exclusive law against socialists”, “Kulturkampf”, social legislation of 1880-ies, the author makes a conclusion about the necessity to study in complex the historiography of a social policy implemented in the second half of XIX century by O. The article is focused on the separated syntactic constructions as a productive syntactic model which is used in the headlines of online quality press. The headlines from online archives of The Telegraph and The Independent dated back to 2015 and 2017 are used as the material for the study. The article is aimed at explaining the reasons for the use of the separated syntactic constructions in the headlines and singling out the main types of the separated syntactic constructions which are used in the headlines of online quality press. They are segmented constructions (binary separated constructions in which the segment (the first part) represents the main notion and the base (the second part) represents an utterance about the notion); joining constructions (syntactic complex containing two semantically connected utterances which are joining part and joined carrying some additional information); parcelled syntactic constructions (constructions containing the main part and parcelled part(s) which is (are) the rema of the headline separated by a punctuation mark); constructions with parenthesis (when structures of different syntactic levels (words, word combinations, predicate constructions or sentences) are included in the text of the headline to give a particular detail or to emphasize something); and separated syntactic constructions of mixed type (constructions of special type containing all above mentioned separated syntactic constructions as means of syntactic convergence). The article concludes that the separated syntactic constructions help to increase information content of the headline taking into consideration the peculiarities of online media and making the headline more expressive and attractive to the reader.

This paper is aimed to outline the semantic principles of classification of abstract nouns and point out the major groups of nouns within this class. In linguistic literature the problem of taxonomy of nouns is still under discussion. The criteria of assigning nouns to either abstract or concrete are not well-defined and theoretically grounded. Most classifications of nouns are not satisfactory in the case of Khanty. Those concepts that are not represented in language by means of nouns have specific objectifications which are contrasted in this article with those ones in Navajo.

It should be noted that in practice of the Russian university' adult education and professional-oriented communication in English, there is some kind of underestimation of the capabilities of information technology training, including multimedia. A rare and ineffective use of multimedia in the Universities is also due to non-linguistic reality of modern higher education in Russia: the creation of computer databases in the universities is not accompanied by suffi ciently studying the problems of application of new teaching materials for educational purposes. In theory, teaching practice and university systems of the teacher training multimedia application is given insuffi cient attention. At the same time, the results of foreign and domestic studies are contradictory and don't always favor the use of computer technology in the learning process.

Our task in this paper is to point out some stages in the development of narrativist turn in philosophy of history. We argue that the narrativist theme now moved away from what were formerly dominant perspectives focused primarily on literary texts and moved towards analysis of narratives as our primary way of organizing our experience of time and life. In philosophy of history that turn was formulated in agonistic relationship to Hempelian covering-law models. W.H. Dray has written that one of the best means of explaining a change is to trace the course of events by which it came about. The new step was realized by L. Mink. Mink criticized concept of following a story elaborated by W. B. Gallie and asserted configurational character of narrative activity. White concluded that historians draw on the «plot-structure» identified by N. Frye as Romance, Comedy, Tragedy and Satire. D. Carr says that it is an «escape» from reality. He stresses continuity between narrative and everyday life and recon-figurational character of historical and fictional narrative. We account for productivity of this displacement of theme in philosophy of history.

The author’s approach to definition of the notion «a model» is considered, in which we refuse from the requirement of analogy between a prototype and its image. Only structure of a model as a pair «interface component – prototyping object» is fixed.
