The article considers intercultural interaction as the order of modern communities, and the goal of the professional educational space - to develop highly efficient tools and techniques that contribute to their development - is relevant and in demand. The role of the foreign language as a means of intercultural communication is undeniable. But it is not sufficient to have just speaking skills on household topics in foreign language for successful communication on professional issues. The key point in the preparation of a professional is the formation of vocabulary system in a certain area in the target language. The article covers the widespread ways of automating the development and use of terminological dictionaries in future engineers foreign language teaching. Creating automated electronic dictionaries and terminology data banks allows you to receive the necessary information about the terms and concepts referred to them with the help of computers, in other words certain specific areas or activities are displayed in a systematic form that helps extracting accurate and adequate information from comprehension of the actual information through the reading of original texts in the professional field. The analysis of literature on the creation of educational terminological dictionaries has identified features which could have pedagogical value in the future engineers foreign language teaching, for example, dictionary creator’s collective activity, the aim and the result (training trilingual glossary of terms), and it can be used as a means of students’ reading skills verification.

The research of features of fluorescence of dispersed photosphors in conducted on the basis of organic and inorganic connections of a europium and polymer films with their components at excitation of solar radiation. The excitation of luminescence of phosphors by UV radiation of the sun does not change spectral content of luminescence radiation. For number of photophosphors on the basis of ocsysulfide of yttrium, activated with europium watches change of intensity of minor bands in luminescent spectrum concerning the principal band, that it is necessary to allow for consideration of photophysical characteristics of corrective light films with their components. The article considers the didactic essence of mobile teaching aids in foreign language education. Despite a number of impressive studies on the use of mobile technologies for foreign language teaching, there are few questions and problems that require detailed study for more effective implementation of these tools in the practice of language education. The term «mobile technologies» should be understood as portable devices with mobile applications and the ability to access the Internet. The didactic essence of these teaching aids application is the creation of multi-sensory learning systems complexes that are aimed at the interactive nature of learning, taking into account the personal characteristics of the students. Mobile learning is very closely related to the electronic and distance education, which is connected with any portable device, so that training does not have a rigid binding to the location of the trainee. In other words, mobile learning technologies reduce the restrictions of education. Using specialized capabilities of Pads and mobile phones will allow not only to increase the students’ interest in learning languages, but also significantly expand the technical possibilities of disciplines teaching in the field of information technology. So mobile devices contain a huge didactic potential for their application in teaching a foreign language in the university educational process, which undoubtedly requires further study, including the development of software and methodological support.

Translation is not only a speech act but also an act of cross-cultural communication. Translation is determined by the system and norm at least of two languages and two cultures. The conflict between the cultures in translation is overcome by making the strategy based on principles and rules, background knowledge, skills and habits. These knowledge and skills are taught in creative linguasociocultural environment which maximum is near by the natural foreign environment. Thus, the author’s main attention has been focussed on working out in greater detail the system of skills. The article considers one of the actual problems of modern school education – the formation of a graphic culture of teachers, which in modern conditions is the process of mastering the graphic language, the skills of operating graphic information and the ability to use graphic culture in different areas of educational activity. The paper treats the problems of development of such teacher’s quality as competence. The situations which help to identify a competent math teacher are described. Only highly efficient teachers took part in the experiment: teachers, who have won Soros stipend; teachers engaged in intellect-consuming models of teaching; teachers with the highest level of qualification; teachers, engaged in research activity and the like. The experiment showed that an open cognitive position is the leading feature of a competent math teacher who works on the basis of psychologically oriented models of education. It is possible to form an open cognitive position of a would- be math teacher within the frames of a discipline «Psychodidactics » on the basis of integrative project tasks.
