The correlations between the literary system of Chekhov’s story and the image system of “Eugene Onegin” are defined in this article. The textual coincidences, which emphasize the “connection” and difference between Pushkin’s and Chekhov’s characters, are analyzed. The originality of the Chekhov’s view of the typical “literary” situation “The Russian on a rendez-vous” is disclosed.

This article introduces the information about the absolute age of the relict bog, situated in the poligonal bogs zone (in the south of Gydan peninsula). It is established that this bog isn’t «relic», because it was formed in Holocene. The comparison of peat accumulation of this bog and of oligotrophic bogs was organized and some particular qualities of peat accumulation in the evolution of «relict» peatlands were identified. Also the article presents the botanical composition of the peat deposit of the object of study. The comparison of the Holocene climatic variations on Russian Plane and in Western Siberia for the oligotrophic bogs zone is considered. It is proved that for the reconstruction of climatic variations for the «relict» peat deposit in the Far North regions it’s necessary to consider the inertness of cryogenic processes.

One of the major problems that currently acquires great importance is the aging of the population. The prevalence of mental disorders among persons aged 60 years, on average, is higher than in the general population. Universally accepted definition of mental aging is considered as a process of age-related changes of higher mental functions, characterizing the final period of human life. With age, there are significant structural and functional changes in the body naturally, having individual differences, in turn changing the mark on the functioning of the individual. Age factors impose a significant imprint on the occurrence, dynamics and correction of neurotic disorders. Non-psychotic mental disorders in elderly age have their specifics differ from those occurring in other age periods and therefore require a different approach to therapy. This article discusses the possibility of psychological assistance to elderly patients with non-psychotic mental disorders.

The article contains the analysis of English sport snowboard terms the selection of which is made from English terminological dictionaries and thematic Internet resources in the English language. The results of the research show that more than half of the English sport snowboard lexicon consists structurally of two-component, three-component and four-component phrases. Semantically two thirds of the English sport snowboard terms denote different types of the board for snowboard, body armour for snowboard, binding and its parts. One third of the English snowboard terminology comprises terms that express parts of the board for snowboard, clothes and boots for snowboard as well as their parts.

The largest static exchange capacity belongs to the fiber obtaind by treating it with a sulfic acid of 93% concentration under temperature of 100-105 grad.C. The acheived purification coeffitient for Cz-137 is near to that acheived on ion-exchanging material of КУ-2-10 type.

It is shown that in broadband transistor amplifiers with minimum-phase two-port compensation networks, a non-minimum-phase shift of transistor does not signifi¬cantly influences phase and transient responses. Thus, the design of amplifiers with desired phase and transient responses can be reduced to providing a suitable ampli¬tude-frequency characteristic, as in the case of mini¬mum-phase circuits. The activity of peptidyl-dipeptidazy A in the brain of rats following single fold action piracetam, рhenotropil, noopept after 0.5 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours, 72 ca-meat after injection. In terms of short-term mode of administration used nootropics general trends identified changes in the activity peptidyl-dipeptidazy A: the highest activity was observed in the pituitary gland at 72 hours after injection рhenotropil and the striatum 4 hours after injection of piracetam and noopept. Marker-tion measurable activity of the enzyme studied in rats after a single dose pre-nootropic preparations in the dynamics of observation can serve as one of the key biochemical characterized-tics possible neurochemical mechanism of action.

The subject of this article is the problem of «point of view» in Dostoevskij’s novel «Brother Karamazovs». The term «point of view» is understood according to Uspenskij-Schmid as a component of a text’s structure, which refers either to a narrator, or to different characters in the text and which finds expression on different levels such as time, space, ideology, perception and language. The author of the article suggests advancing the concept of different positions of the narrator’s perspective in the text and considers the problem of point of view in connection with the concept of «a semantic field» (Lotman). The degree of possibility for understanding of an opposition between semantic fields is defined as a degree of authoritarian viewpoint.

Peat deposit of marsh ecosystem «Tagan» is characterized by presence of mani groups of soil microorganisms, which are able to convert different peat compounds. In upper lay of native soil of ecosystem ammonificative microorganisms with domination nonsporiferous forms are the most abundant, and in bottom lay organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen are plentiful (that is coordinated with distribution N-NH3 on deep is deposits). Nitrifiers and cellulosedestroyers developing in nutrient medium are less active. Content of microorganisms in native soil is constant. Cultivation of permanent grasses during 18-20 years stimulated development of microflora on deep of relict peat. Content of all groups microorganisms including organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen, bacillus, actinomycete, denitrifiers, nitrifiers was essentially increased. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of strategies of emotional regulation in infants with structural disorders of the brain at 3 and 6 months, describes the features of behavioral repertoire of mothers. In 2006–2011 in water bodies of the tundra, forest tundra, forest and forest steppe belts of the West Siberian Plain, the species and coenotic composition of the hydrophilic coenoses involving 15 Zygnematales species were studied. The Zygnematales species were found to form seasonal synusiae and be a dynamic component of aquatic macrophyte vegetation of the region.

The given article is devoted to the issues of teaching the scientific style of oral speech at a technical university. Based on many years of experience of working with student, graduate students, postgraduate students of Tomsk Polytechnic University, the authors propose the universal (independent of the scientific direction of students) content and form of teaching the scientific style of oral speech at the university. It is recommended to include the following topics to the course content of oral scientific speech: “The report as a genre of oral scientific speech”, “Elocution”, “The structure of the presentation of a scientific report”, “Presentation of a scientific report”, “Rules for scientific debate”. An “advanced lecture”, training and game are offered as the forms of classroom work, which allow to form the necessary knowledge basis of the principles of scientific oral communication; to develop skills; to stimulate students’ activity; to give students the opportunity to gain experience. This article contains examples of the use of the given forms of classroom work with the selected content.

This paper is about the necessity of forming multilingual competence of student during the internalization of Universities. To possess multilingual competence means to be familiar with two or more foreign languages, know national and cultural differences, peculiarities of countries and their industrial features. Because of different forms of internalization a lot of students from different countries have the opportunity to come for studying to Universities. In this case not only the knowledge of foreign languages facilitates the most comfortable adaptation of foreign students in new environment, but also the activity of regional ethnic organizations, contributing to the development of tolerance and empathy towards representatives of foreign states. In Republic of Tatarstan Assembly of Foreign Students works successfully, directing activities of studentsʹ groups, organizing different kinds of events of interest, positively influencing multicultural and multilingual interaction and communication. Good knowledge of foreign languages, understanding of the linguistic features of a foreign culture, and also psychological readiness for intercultural dialogue, these are key components of multilingual and multicultural competence of students, which directly affects the level formation of common cultural competencies of students. Multilingual simplifies the process of Universities internalization because of the activities of its internal resource when the staff and students can take part in different international scientific and practical conferences, apply to various grants and become participants of numerous academic mobility programs. It is very good not only for the University status in educational top list, but also for person, developing sociological, cognitive and psychological knowledge and skills.
