The paper defends the thesis that phenomenological reconstruction of transformation in culture of philosophical images of science allows to reveal basic mechanisms of modification of science representations. Karpukhina Tamara Petrovna EKPHRASIS AND ITS INTERPRETATION IN TED HUGHES’S POEM “PORTRAITS” // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 10 (151). P. 16-23

The article is focused on ekphrasis serving as a term to designate verbal representation of a work of fine arts in literature. Ekphrasis is analysed as presented in the poem “Portraits” written by the famous English poet Ted Hughes. Specific features of ekphrasis and various linguistic means of its manifestation are subjected to analysis. A dialogic form of ekphrasis is employed in the poem. The main features embedded in the archetypal scheme of an ekphrastic dialogue are revealed in the poem under analysis. The mysterious message sent by the portrait of the heroine with the doppelganger in the background is deciphered not by the artist as the connoisseur and the interpreter, but by the poet whose role is that of a naпve listener.

The state and private initiatives directed to the increase of financial literacy of citizens are being solved in different ways in many countries. For Russia an appeal to the international experience in improving financial literacy is very topical. The greatest interest represents foreign experience of those countries in which programs on financial literacy have proved the efficiency. The information-educational products directed to the increase of financial literacy of the population, are considered on an example of the USA and Poland, having interesting approaches and methodical materials. In the USA the projects and programs directed to increase of level of financial literacy of the population, are financed basically by a private sector with support of the state and public initiatives. Financial education in the USA is based on partnership of the organisations of all patterns of ownership and all levels of the power. In Poland state financing of such programs prevails. And the Central bank of the country is their initiator. Educational programs are constructed on the private-state partnership with consolidated financing of events for financial literacy. World experience is useful to Russia from the point of view of the organizational aspects, use of various techniques and educational resources.

The paper presents the results of involvement of future mathematics and physics teachers in independent scientific research activity in conditions of realization of competence approach. In the case of such approach the competence is a general capability which is checked and created in activities. It is based on knowledge and allows the person to establish connection between the system of actions for successful problem solution. During the educational process, the formation of elements of competencies at implementation of curriculum is carried out by means of maintenance of the studied subject. The course of the differential equations has great opportunities for forming of professional competencies of future teachers of mathematics and physics, however the existing education guidance, according to the theory of differential equations, are obviously not oriented to form the competencies. Besides modern development of technology, chemistry, biology, ecology, geography, economics and other sciences is impossible without the use of differential equations. The solutions of Clairaut-type equations with a special right-hand part found in the paper are a new result in the theory of partial differential equations. In turn the organization of independent scientific research in the framework of the course of differential equations promotes the main goal of professional competencies of future mathematics and physics teachers, namely forming the professional competencies being ready to use theoretical and practical knowledge in science and education.

The article deals with the analysis of Chinese proverbs and sayings found in the periodicals of the Russian Far East. Geopolitical location of the Russian Far East and recent growth of trans-border contacts with neighboring Asian countries make considerable influence on people’s minds and people’s perception of life. This makes the research timely and appropriate. Methodology of the research is based on the interdisciplinary approach to the analysis of ethnic proverbs and sayings which circulate in a different culture or a different language. The authors provide cross-cultural analysis of Chinese proverbs and the ways of their presentation in the Russian mass media. The pragmatics of citation of a Chinese proverb/saying in the Russian discourse proved to be determined by intelligibility of the proverb/saying to Russian readers. In some cases authentic ethnic imagery of the Chinese proverb/saying is pragmatically preserved. It makes reference to the wisdom of the Chinese ancient civilization more evident, and serves as an effective way of reasoning in a newspaper article. Special attention is drawn to cultural factors influencing the form and the semantics of Chinese proverbs in the Russian discourse. Parables and myths which stand behind almost all Chinese proverbs and sayings are lost in the Russian discourse, and Chinese proverbs are sometimes substituted with a Russian analogue. The authors of the article describe functions and pragmatics of Chinese proverb usage in a new cultural environment. In mass media of the Russian Far East Chinese proverbs realize a wide range of functions, among which the most relevant are informative, argumentative, phatic and appellative functions. Implementation of the above mentioned functions depends on cross-cultural pragmatics.

The most successful methodological approach to solving this problem, the author believes praxiological, and one of the most important mechanisms visualization. These reserves were used by the author to develop and test educational course for master’s programs “Design and assessment of educational systems”. Visualization, a relatively new pedagogy methodology used in teaching undergraduates, allowed to achieve high performance training and trainees’ satisfaction. This methodological approach and visualization techniques can be used for other training courses.

In the modern educational space to solve these problems optimally is possible not separately within the institution, but in the form of networking. Stakeholders create social and educational environment for a more successful social adaptation of the individual student. One of the effective means that children get from tourism and regional studies is the socialization and preservation of health. The authors present the mechanism of leading educational institutions’ networking: Municipal autonomous educational institution of secondary school number 28 in Tomsk and municipal budgetary educational institution of additional education of childhood and youth house “Our harbor” Tomsk. As part of the networking was created an innovative platform of municipal tourist and regional studies, which is being implemented under the conditions of socio-pedagogical project “Formation of socially-adapted person taught with the help of the tourist and local lore activity in conditions of an integrated socio-educational developing environment of general and supplementary education”. We present two authors’ models: the model of socio-educational developing environment for the formation of socially-adapted person enrolled in the secondary school № 28 and childhood and youth house “Our Harbour” and the model of formation of socially-adapted person in the conditions of socio-educational developing environment. The faculty of Culture and Arts of Tomsk State Pedagogical University in the professional training of bachelor in the direction of “pedagogical education” with two profiles of preparation as “Visual art” and “World art culture” presented the innovative educational project. The project is designed for the whole five-year course and is called to raise the professional education of future teachers in the visual arts to a qualitatively new level on the basis of a competence approach. The innovativeness of the project consists in output on a meta-subject level - a necessary requirement for new education standards, and also in covering by it the whole student course in the University and the integration of theoretical and practical training. The stages and content of the project are consistently disclosed, as well as its profound content aspects related to the activities of the student in the process of working on an artwork (with the help of its art criticism analysis and copying). The main result of the project is to master the competencies of the future teacher on the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge, got by a student in the process of mastering disciplines of culturological, pedagogical and artistic-creative directions that eventually must be demonstrated in final qualifying work. The student’s attitude to the work in progress, his abilities, knowledge level are monitored during the implementation of the project, that helps a teacher to adjust the work - either to complicate the research or creative task, or to give more difficult, but feasible tasks. Thus, during the educational process the student is developing and improving, personally disclosing under the supervision of teachers. Thereby, the project is actual for modern higher education associated with learning in creative directions.

Kabanova T. A. Is it Possible to Formalize the Ket Language? // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2002. Issue 1 (29). P. 58-62

The paper represents critical notes concerning the paper of K.Y. Reshetnikov and G.S. Starostin «The Structure of Ket Verbal Word-form» in the book «Ket Collection. Linguistics». M., 1995, in which the authors try to build the structure of the Ket verb according to the types of conjugation. Analysing the materials of A. P. Dulson in his book «The Ket Language», Tomsk, 1968, T.A. Kabanova proves the impossibility to interprete the morphemes of the Ket verb unambiguous'v because all of them are polysemantic. The author confirms that by numerous examples. T.A. Kabanova adduces the models proposed by the authors above and analyses them, on the bases of the data represented in the book of A.Р. Dulson. She makes critical notes to some word - forms, to actant system, to the category of time, to the voice and aspect forms in the paper of K.Y. Reshetnikov and G.S. Starostin.

A combined model where the vertical impurity dis¬persal was calculated by means of a set of differential equations, such as equations of motion, turbulent dif¬fusion and heat conduction, while the horizontal dis¬persal was computed by a Gaussian model was used. The proposed model is complemented with as¬signed semi-empirical dependences for altitude varia¬tions of wind velocity, turbulent exchange coefficient, atmospheric temperature and turbulence statistics. The calculations done allowed us to estimate the pollution level for different meteorological conditions and pollu¬tion sources and provide recommendations as to how to reduce its disastrous effect on the environment.

In the article on the material of early stories by V.T. Narezhny included in the cycle «Slavic evenings» (1809–1826) the formation of the romantic concept of the person in Russian prose of the beginning of the XIX century is considered. The special attention is paid to transformation in the context of pre-romantic systems of values of educational Narezhny’s representation about human nature. In the work it is traced, as the new attitude of charcters (feeling of spiritual independence and aspiration to assert it) changes traditional norms of plot’s composition and brings to the forefront the social-psychological conflicts connected with the problem of alienation of the charceter.

Ryskina Liliya Leonidovna Lagrangian Formulation of Massive Fermionic Antisymm etric Field in Anti de Sitter Space // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 5 (107). P. 23-30

In this article we apply BRST approach to Lagrangian construction for massive fermionic fields in d-dimensional anti de Sitter space. The obtained Lagrangian theory is a reducible gauge model containing, besides the basic field, a number of auxiliary (Stuckelberg) fields and the order of reducibility grows with the value of the rank of the antisymmetric field. We show that one can get rid of all the auxiliary fields and the final Lagrangian for fermionic antisymmetric field is formulated only in terms of basic field.
