Productivity of Lactuca sativa, variety Moskovsky parnikovy growing in protected cultivation under fluorescent film luminescent with maximum of 615 nanometers is studied in dynamics. Change of conditions of plant cultivation by fluorescent film promotes accelerated growth, development and productivity improvement of Lactuca sativa relative to plants growing under unmodified film. Increase in productivity of Lactuca sativa in 1.5 times under fluorescent films is determined by increase in ratio IAA/ABA and decrease in content of АA in plants, and also conjugated with change of enzymatic activity of aboriginal soil microflora.

The article covers the issues of working group formation in the modern preschool education system. The relevance of the study is determined by the clear interest of the pedagogues in implementing the main requirements to training the students of higher education institutions. The need for studying the problem of developing cross-cultural competence in the context of higher education is covered. The theoretical aspects of developing cross-cultural competence in view of currently important values and aims of training in higher education system are discussed. The main methodological approaches to developing cross-cultural communication within the framework of professionally-oriented foreign language teaching – system based, activity and competence based, cross-cultural approaches are revealed. Based on the presented approaches the essence and the key concept of “cross-cultural competence” of the students are clarified. The structural components of cross-cultural competence are determined and described in detail. The structure of the cross-cultural competence is comprised of motivational, cognitive, personal and activity, axiological, reflective components. The concept of cross-cultural competence has made it possible to point out and reveal the basic principles of organizing and implementing the process of developing the cross-cultural competence in the framework of professional oriented foreign language teaching such as the principles of humanistic teaching, dialogic communication, learning professionally oriented thesaurus, openness to foreign cultures and ideas, integration into a different culture, critical appraisal of situation in cross-cultural communication. Special attention is paid to the importance of the pedagogical potential of the e-Learning environment in the teaching and learning process, it has been explained that the e-Learning environment has a positive impact on the developing the structural components of cross-cultural competence in training the students in higher education institutions.

For each of the above basin types the qualitative and qualitative composition of mollusks is reported and the most widely spread species are indicated. Regarding the biotopes and environmental factors involved, rheo-, stagno- and eurybionts are found to predominate among the fresh-water mollusks of Northern Siberia. The adaptation of mollusks to certain environmental factors of the water basins and their distribution in the biotopes because of these factors are considered.

Resemblance of the speech and music, proximity of speech function and musical intonation gives transmission possibility of speaking experience to perceive musical compositions. It should be noted that in practice of the Russian university' adult education and professional-oriented communication in English, there is some kind of underestimation of the capabilities of information technology training, including multimedia. A rare and ineffective use of multimedia in the Universities is also due to non-linguistic reality of modern higher education in Russia: the creation of computer databases in the universities is not accompanied by suffi ciently studying the problems of application of new teaching materials for educational purposes. In theory, teaching practice and university systems of the teacher training multimedia application is given insuffi cient attention. At the same time, the results of foreign and domestic studies are contradictory and don't always favor the use of computer technology in the learning process.

The paper defends the thesis that the philosophy of film allows to realize the analysis of the basic mechanism of transfer of ideological intentions in modern society. It is revealed that images which were presented at movies of a genre “horror” (in particular images of zombie) propose metaphorical ways of introduction an encryption and ideology interpretation (in particular ideologies of pleasure and consumption). It is maintained that philosophical reflection of films allow to transform ideology from means of manipulation with behavior of the person to the tool of awakening of his consciousness. As a result in Russia the ideology which allows the person to act freely can be developed, relying not on the blind desires, but on the conscious purposes and ideals.

The article proves education modernization on the basis of constantly developing information and communication technologies (ICTs) influencing modern education environment formation. The purpose of the article is to reveal and prove the innovative pedagogical searches in the field of constantly improving ICTs in global education. It presents the results of studying the new sources of the educational environment. It establishes that the new educational environment sources which are distance education, learning centers, workplace learning by the means of modern ICTs, home learning with the Internet are actively forming and developing in modern education. It describes the co-evolution development manifestation of education system as the objective process which consists in that from all the possible transformations of these or those elements of an education system remain only mutually compatible (mutual combination of traditional education, electronic learning and distance education technologies). The article gives the examples of ICTs use in the process of knowledge acquisition both in the educational institutions, and in the new educational environment sources (learning centers, workplace learning by means of modern ICTs, home learning with the Internet). The author comes to the conclusion about synergetic effect manifestation in a new shape which gets the education focused on the lifelong learning. Modern education assumes the active use of Internet and the digital technologies (for example, electronic learning and distance education technologies) in teaching and learning, change of teaching and learning model and knowledge preservation model, management of the students of their own educational trajectory and learning activity. ICTs get the teaching process ahead for a framework of traditional educational institutions, and cause the emergence of the new sources of knowledge acquisition.

While analyzing was founded the role of ecologist consciousness in forming of ecocentric and bio-centric type of personality. Our task in this paper is to point out some stages in the development of narrativist turn in philosophy of history. We argue that the narrativist theme now moved away from what were formerly dominant perspectives focused primarily on literary texts and moved towards analysis of narratives as our primary way of organizing our experience of time and life. In philosophy of history that turn was formulated in agonistic relationship to Hempelian covering-law models. W.H. Dray has written that one of the best means of explaining a change is to trace the course of events by which it came about. The new step was realized by L. Mink. Mink criticized concept of following a story elaborated by W. B. Gallie and asserted configurational character of narrative activity. He says that the author derives the structure from telling the story itself, not from the events it relates. And developing this idea H. White concluded that historians draw on the «plot-structure» identified by N. Frye as Romance, Comedy, Tragedy and Satire. D. Carr says that it is an «escape» from reality. He stresses continuity between narrative and everyday life and recon-figurational character of historical and fictional narrative. We account for productivity of this displacement of theme in philosophy of history.

It is considered in the psychological anthropology that a person passes consecutively through a number of degrees of the development of the subjectivity, each of them expresses the corresponding mode of the subjective reality: the individual, the subject, the personality, the universum. The analysis of the inner structure and the contextual side of the games, consecutively changing each other during the period of preschool age – elementary producing, mode-roling, plot-roling, a game with rules and producing game in details – allows to suppose that every kind of game, being the leading at the definite stage of the age development, initially supposes the satiation of the leading form of existing of a child. The other forms of existing are not leveled, but harmonically co-exist with the generalized modus, and they are in a special subordinational relations, fulfilling the accompanying function.

One of the most important factors defining reliability of radio engineering devices, the temperature is, thus, is the most frequent for calculations of thermal modes mathematical models with the concentrated parameters, possessing low accuracy are used. The purpose of the given work is the analysis of reliability of elements of radio engineering devices with application of the modern device of the theory of reliability and methods of multi¬variate mathematical modelling of temperature fields. In the given work comparison of parameters of reliability of the typical electroradioproducts received on the basis of spatial temperature fields and averages on volume of temperatures of electroradioproducts is made.
