857 | Introduction. Virtual discourse is in constant motion and development, the discursive parameters have undergone significant changes over the past 10 years. The composition of internet genres is also unstable: the functions of genres change, the process of integration of different genres takes place, as well as differentiation – it is when we highlight many subtypes in the limits of one genre. In this article we are going to explore the genre of news meme, which is one of the varieties of Internet memes. The aim of this article is to describe the specifics of news meme as an Internet genre in comparison to the news genre. Materials and methods. During the analysis of material we used general scientific and proper linguistic methods of research, such as: descriptive method, comparative method, methods of interpretation and classification, method of continuous and differentiated sampling. The material for the study was the publications posted on the social network VKontakte (61 news memes). Results and discussion. The news meme was analyzed according to the model proposed by T. V. Shmeleva, a comparative analysis was conducted with the “news” genre: 1. The communicative aim of news meme is, as a rule, of negative kind, while the news genre is usually of informative kind. 2. The author of the news is a journalist and a professional. The author of the news meme is stylized as an ordinary person and a public opinion holder. There is no distance between the author of the news meme and the addressee. 3. The factor of the past for news is an event, which we have to report to the addressee. For a meme, the factor of the past is the text of the news. 4. The factor of the future is an optional element for news. News is an all-sufficient text. For a news meme, the future factor is a required element, presented in the form of comments. 5. Dictum for news genre is an event which happened in real world. Dictum for a news meme is social, economic and other problems associated with this event. As a rule, this connection is formal. 6. Formal organization. The structure of news meme has four parts: announcement of main news, link to the source, illustration and comments. The carnival beginning of the meme is realized in the illustration, where in an unexpected way it reveals what was stated in the announcement. Conclusion. After systemazing and generalizing the described parameters we can give the definition to the genre. News meme is a secondary Internet genre, which we base on the news text and which raises the acute social, political, ethical problems in an ironical form and which we stylize to the opinion of the masses of people. 862 | The sculpture of the ancient inhabitants of Western Siberia was studied in order to identify the origins of the iconography of the image of bear in the cultic repoussage of the Kulai community of the early Iron Age. It was established that the figurines of a bear standing on four paws, and the image of the beast’s head are genetically related to similar types of the sculpture that appeared in the Neolithic Era. The images of a bear standing on its hind paws became popular on the eve of the Iron Age under the influence of the forest-steppe ethnocultural impacts. The partial images are undergoing the process of rearchaization and form compositions known as a bear in the «sacrificial posture». The importance of this topic is conditioned by the need to develop verbal-logic thinking of junior schoolchild, which is impossible without a sufficient amount of words - operators of cognitive processes. The authors point to the factors affecting the formation of skills of work with dictionaries, namely: teachers do not form the conditions under which a child should use a dictionary; teachers do not have sufficient preparation for such work; There are no reasonable technologies for working with dictionaries. Meanwhile, the ability to use reference books is a universal educational action, every student should have this ability. The ratio of the dictionary and the information contained in it to the value, knowledge of dictionaries of various types, and how each of them can be considered is a manifestation of this ability. 877 | The history of the Edinoverie parish, discovered in the Elanskaya volost of Tyukalinsky district of the Tobolsk province at the beginning of the 20th century, is analyzed. The previously unknown archival documents, stored in the State archives of the Omsk region, revealing features of the inner life of the youngest in Western Siberia Edinoverie Parish. In the historical period under review, its territory was located at the junction of the Tobolsk and Tomsk provinces and dioceses, in the conditions of an ethno-confessional intersection. Relations between Orthodox, cobelievers and old believers are considered. The theoretical significance of studying this problem is important in the conditions of the revival of the Old Believer parishes within the framework of the Russian Orthodox Church. The practical importance of the study is determined by the high interest of Russians and residents of other countries to identify their ancestors, compile genealogical trees and family histories. The main attention in the work is given to the analysis of the metric books of this parish, comparison of the tasks of the existence of the same faith and real practice on the example of particular parish. As examples the paper considers the concepts of the content of general education by V. V. Krayevsky and I. Ya. Lerner, V. S. Lednev and M. S. The article discusses the definitions of the terms «competence» (as a combination of the person’s knowledge, skills and experience in a certain sphere, which provides the ability to perform certain functions) and «competency» (a person’s possession of a complex of such combinations, which provide a wider sphere and abilities of functioning for the person). 895 | The use of situational problems in the study of methods of teaching chemistry at a pedagogical university is described, and their significance in training of students for professional activity is characterized. The definition and the structure of the situational task is given, its components are singled out. Specific features of differentiated questions to the texts of situational tasks and their use in the training process is described, the character of the cognitive activity of the students when performing different tasks are singled out, specific examples of tasks are given. The availability of the content of the tasks for students, the features of the choice of differentiated tasks, the conditions for their fulfillment, as well as the students’ interest in creative cognitive activity are revealed on the basis of the questionnaire. The tasks of the first level are aimed at reproduction of theoretical knowledge, in the process of their implementation, the reproductive nature of students’ activity prevails.. These tasks are used to repeat theoretical material in practical exercises, seminars or remotely. They contribute to the formation of practical skills and the skills in drawing up summaries of lessons and didactic materials. Tasks of the second level of complexity allow you to integrate materials from different educational areas, which are necessary to solve certain situations. When performing such tasks, the partial search character of students’ cognitive activity predominates and practical skills and skills in developing and compiling methodological materials are improved. Tasks of the third level of complexity develop the ability to analyze information, generalize and systematize it, draw conclusions based on the initial data and justify them. At the same time, there is a deepening and further development of the skills in developing didactic materials, taking into account modern requirements for school chemical education. When performing such tasks, the search activity, creative and authorial approach dominates and the originality in their solution is manifested.
