The authors of the article see the solution of a debatable question in the detailed characteristic of the concept “universal educational actions” which is based on a complex of scientific and pedagogical judgements of an etiology of this term, its close connection with other concepts, influence of age features of school students on the process of formation and development of universal educational actions. The main goal of realization of Fedaral State Educational Standard is the achievement of the planned educational results expressed by the concept of universal educational actions. As this term is key, the authors of the publication carry out a complex analysis of its contents, including historical aspects which are the cornerstone of emergence of the phenomena, and also open the field of its application. The analysis of pedagogical literature has shown that many domestic and foreign scientists-researchers in the field of pedagogics were engaged in studying of the concepts “activity”, “educational activity”, “educational actions”, “doctrine”, “educational culture” in the 30th years of the 20th century. Actively have dealt with the issues of the developing training in the 60th years of the last century. Along with variety of the existing definitions, the authors of the article reveal the contradiction which mentions the accuracy and definiteness of use of the concept “educational actions” in practice. The term “universal educational actions” is used at different stages of general education (primary, basic) generally for the characteristic of metasubject educational results though a set of these results at each step is different and is characterized by psychological and age features of students. According to the authors of the article, “universal educational actions” is a complex of educational methods of behavior of the pupils consisting of planning of a trajectory of achievement of educational results, the analysis of their parameters, the choice of the ways of achievement, monitoring the gained experience and its comparison with the expected result answering the educational purpose, diagnostics of the reasons of a discrepancy with “standard” and also correction and designing of new knowledge. 528 | The paper deals with the history of Palestine over the period of the British mandate from 1922 till 1948, analysis of the relationship between Palestinian Arabs and Zionists, description of the socio-political and economic situation in the country, revelation of the role of the mandate-holder (Britain), contributed to a great extent to the partition of Palestine and the formation of Israel as a separate state. The object of research is Palestine during the creation of the post-colonial system of international relations after the First World War; the subject is the political and economic situation in Palestine in the period of the British mandate. The theoretical significance of the research is that it reveals the origins of the continuing Arab-Jewish conflict which has a destabilizing effect on the situation in the region and touches the geopolitical interests of leading political players. The analysis of the political and economic situation allows to identify the following causes contributing to the still ongoing Arab-Israeli conflict: (1) the dual character of the policies of the mandate-holder who is not interested in the creation of an independent Arab state in Palestine; (2) the growing economic dependence and impoverishment of Palestinian Arabs against the background of unlimited buying up the agricultural lands by the Zionist funds; (3) political disorganization and disunity of the Arab population, the absence of formed political forces able to defend the interests of the Arab people of Palestine; (4) the increasing influence of Zionists and of their organizations in Palestine; (5) a growing number of Jewish immigrants and the intensive erection of Jewish settlements in the territories belonging to the Palestinian Arabs. 548 | The problem of deviation as a deviation from the social norm has been significantly studied in psychiatry and sociology. In the case when this kind of behavior is manifested in speech (it is explicated mainly by means of speech units), it can also be designated as deviant. The analysis of factors of discursive conditionality and forms of manifestation of the speech behavior of users of Internet correspondence deviating from social norms is relevant both in terms of compliance with the problems of a number of areas of modern linguistics (in particular, linguoperersonology), аnd from the point of view of the development of practical recommendations concerning interaction with «difficult» people in the space of network interaction. In the list of discourse-forming factors that determine the appearance in Internet communication of different forms of representation of deviant speech behavior (spam, trolling, elfing, cyberbullying, etc.), such features of network interaction are distinguished, аs anonymity, mediation, distance, freedom of self-expression, the difficulty of personal identification of a user and verification of his potential unlawful actions. Real communication prescribes to the individual appropriate behavior, which must be built within existing social norms. Communication in the network turns compliance with norms into a convention, the user is freed from demonstrating socially desirable behavior. Texts received via e-mail and correspondence of users of the social network «Facebook» are used as a research material. The relevance of electronic epistolary texts and their relevance in the field of modern communication is due, on the one hand, to their genre properties (polythematism, clichedness, reproducibility of form, style syncretism, full and polydiscursivnostyu), оn the other, an existing sociohistorical «order». In the case of demonstration by the user of deviant speech behavior, there is a violation of his moral and ethical norms of behavior in society, due to the presence of the sender installation for the implementation of a manipulative scenario, аs a result, electron-epistolary texts can be considered a form mediating manifestations of deviant speech behavior of users within the framework of network correspondence.
