It is completely reversible, in the classical case, possessing a most natural cloning operation counterpart. We call this deleting procedure R-deletion since, in a way, it can be viewed as a 'randomization' of the standard C-not operator. It has the remarkable property of by¬passing in a simple manner the 'impossibility of deletion of a quantum state' principle, put forward by Pati and Braunstein [1].

The article is devoted to variation of network terminology in Russian internet discourse. The research is based on data collected from the sources of internet communication devoted to network technologies. The following variation types are being described: syntactical, semantic, functional and stylistic as well as their varieties. The article describes the main reasons for network terminology variation on formal, semantic, functional and stylistic levels as well as the relationship of different variation types to the problem of word equality. As a result, the main reason for variation of professional items in computer network sublanguage was defined. It lies in the very process of borrowing specialized lexis into the Russian language as a result of professional international communication intensification. Inside the Internet discourse the variation of network terminology is one of the ways to change communication registers and showing the dynamics of this discourse.

The paper describes a theoretical study on the introduction of electronic educational resources in the learning process. The article deals with long-term tendencies in the development of world education. A key focus of development prospects is the implementation of new technologies emerging in global educational community. Productive use of interactive technologies is defined by the research model “Cone of learning” on the effectiveness of obtaining knowledge methods by Edgar Dale. The studied aspects of teaching get reflected in the real activity on the basis of the electron-didactic support, in particular, students being in the role of a teacher through the creation of thematic tasks. By way of illustration an open educational resource is demonstrated in order to define the significance of the content created for peer-correction. The teacher acts as the administrator of online groups and provides information support for working with the site. As a result, a step by step guide to the open educational resource application in the educational process is developed. Detailed steps of teachers and students activities on the creation of electron content within the selected Internet resource are given. The results of the study imply the need to expand blended learning knowledge paradigm in the pedagogical practice of higher educational institutions.

The article presents the experience of comparative analysis of phraseological units in the Russian and Chinese languages with the somatic component of the “tooth”. The research analyzed the position of the classic and modern linguistic studies, actualizing the cultural semantization of phraseological units. Analytically described the semantic nests of the collected fund of phraseological units with somatism “tooth” in the Chinese and Russian languages. Carried out a comparison of the shared and unique values of phraseological units. In the Chinese language there are idioms connected with speech activity, with the appearance and facial expressions of a person, reflecting the relationship between people, with a person describing the action of speaking, as well as the unique meanings associated with a book, an article, with durability. The following meanings are established in the Russian language: strength, food, experience, reflection of the person’s negative emotions (resentment, wrath, anger, hatred), the symbolic expression of aggression. It is found that somatism “tooth” in Chinese and Russian phraseological units symbolically replaces the individual elements of the surrounding reality, conditioned by the history of peoples, their religions, customs and traditions, the natural conditions and value systems of the people, and therefore can not be considered identically, which must be taken into account in the process of mastering the language, and in the process of translation.

The article analyzes the place and role of leisure in the life of the speakers of the Russian language and modern national culture from the standpoint of the linguistic conceptual approach: it examines the structural and informative characteristics and lexical means the of the concept LEISURE expressing, which represents a significant fragment of the worldview for the modern Russian society. Leisure plays an important role in the self-realization of the individual and the regulation of its relationship with the outside world. Leisure is a space for personal improvement. The linguistic-culturological characteristic of the LEISURE concept is emphasized, since the value perception and understanding of leisure by the Russian people is fixed in the language. Proverbs, sayings, aphorisms, which include the lexeme leisure, its wide representation in Russian texts of various genres and styles, the interpretation of the features in dictionaries indicate the extreme importance of this concept in the Russian linguistic culture. Currently in Russia there is a multi-layered leisure space permeating the social being. The following informative components of the concept LEISURE are marked: “rest”, “free space”, “freedom”, “the opportunity to do your favorite hobby”, “soul celebration”, “the chance to show your creative abilities”. The increase in the amount of free time, scientific and technical progress, the national diversity of cultures contributes to the complication of the structure of leisure and the creation of many forms and types of leisure activity. In particular, this article deals with such leisure areas as leisure, organized by means of computer technologies, art and sports. The end of XX - the beginning of the XXI centuries is characterized by the flourishing of consumer culture in Russia and the replenishment of new types of leisure activities. The article substantiates the thesis that the specificity of modern leisure activities is determined by such property of consumer culture as creative consumerism. From this point of view, consumption is viewed as a process of creatively constructing an identity with the help of acquired goods and services. Martseva Tatyana Aleksandrovna, Kobenko Yuriy Viktorovich THE QUESTION OF ETYMOLOGY OF LEXICAL UNIT “PARALYMPICS” IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 5 (182). P. 174-177

The article analyses etymology of the lexical unit “Paralympics” in the English language over a period of 1950–2017 years. The analyzed lexical unit initially meant sports competitions for athletes affected by paralysis but since 1950-s its meaning has undergone substantial changes due to the extended program of the Paralympic Games. Currently “Paralympics” does not only mean an athletic event for sportspeople with various disabilities, this lexical item is also used to designate the movement uniting able-bodied and disabled athletes, politicians, journalists, etc. It is directed at creating comfortable and friendly environment for people with impairments, helping them realize their potential, involving them in various not necessarily sports activities. The authors have identified new potential for using the productive prefix para- , which was originally a Greek preposition, to designate Paralympic events and disabled athletes, redefined the meaning of the prefix throughout the evolution of the designator (from the idea of an impairment to revealing impressive abilities of para-athletes sometimes exceeding those of able-bodied sportspeople), provided the data on distribution regulations of using the prefix in modern English language and forecast probable expansion of its intensional meaning conformable to expanding content level of the lexical unit “Paralympics” designator.
