In the process of training primary school teachers for innovative activity it was revealed that the success was not great enough in view of the fact that they experienced a great number of difficulties. We cleared up these difficulties and the ways of overcoming them and worked out the con¬ception of training teachers for innovative activity. Analyzing the character of teachers successful education¬al work in the process of training by innovative technologies (IT) the author pays attention to studying teachers', didactic difficulties (DD), which reduce teachers', progress during their further training at innovative technologies refresher courses. Studying the character of didactic difficulties (DD) and the ways of overcoming them by means of special training becomes the basis of the author's conception of raising the effectiveness of educational process. Considering these actions to be the preliminary stage of any courses, raising the level of professional skills opens wide opportunities for raising the effectiveness in teaching new educational tech¬nologies. The author suggests a system of organizing de¬veloping studies based on methodical devices and recom¬mendations how to use them while overcoming didactic dif¬ficulties (DD), which were worked out by the author.

In general the article is devoted to the study of financial budget structure, peculiarities of spreading the budget resources in the most difficult moment of Russian history. In 1921 Narkompros handed the school financing to the local budgets which were very poor and satisfied only the essential needs of education. There weren’t any means for school expenses, school building and redecoration, books and implements. Local budget had to find out off-budget means for school expenses. The research of features of fluorescence of dispersed photosphors in conducted on the basis of organic and inorganic connections of a europium and polymer films with their components at excitation of solar radiation. The excitation of luminescence of phosphors by UV radiation of the sun does not change spectral content of luminescence radiation. For number of photophosphors on the basis of ocsysulfide of yttrium, activated with europium watches change of intensity of minor bands in luminescent spectrum concerning the principal band, that it is necessary to allow for consideration of photophysical characteristics of corrective light films with their components. The article discusses common approaches in the poetics of the comedies by Alexander Griboyedov and Nikolay Erdman, who innovatively use folklore. Both authors refer to the aphorism as a way to extend the stage space, establish new links between the plot of comedy and reality. Griboyedov for this uses aphorisms created by analogy with the Russian proverb, connecting with the Polish and Georgian realities. Erdman parodies oral “new language” of Soviet times.

There are satirical trials in myth poetical systems of Vladimir Solovyev and Danill Andreev known as philosopherwriter. Facetious works of Russian religious philosopher are made within the scope of aesthetics of nonsense; they correspond with D. Andreev’s “The latest Plutarch”. The poetics of nonsense is inseparably linked with the general philosophical conception of thinkers; its central arguments are parodied in the artistic trial. In the article parody and autoparody, transformation of poetics of nonsense and its connection with absurdity, black humour phenomenon are analyzed.

The present article reviews the role of opioid receptors and their endogenous and synthetic agonists in the formation of resistance to the action of condition of acute hypoxia. It shows that stimulation of opioid receptors is accompanied by a neuroprotective effect in acute hypoxia. It examines the role of different types of opioid receptors in the implementation of the protective effect of adaptation to hypoxia. The authors analyzed the results on the mechanisms of action of opioids, the role of cAMP, cGMP, nitric oxide, inositol triphosphate, K+- and Ca2+-channels in realization of the effects of agonists of opioid receptors. It discussed opioidergic mechanisms of the reactions that increase the resistance to hypoxia.

The article is devoted to the perspectives for the application of speech act theory in the sphere of translation studies. The material of analysis comprises the authentic juridical texts and their Russian translations. The equivalent translation of the juridical texts is based upon the principle which presupposes saving the illocutionary force of the original speech act. The illocutionary force is treated as the legal force of a document, producing the the equivalent target perlocutionary effect both on the primary text recipient and on the secondary text recipient (who is not a native speaker).

This is meant to be a continuation to a series of the author’s publications devoted to the problems of teaching English as a second foreign language in a linguistic university (after German). The basic message which comes across from them is that there is a high correlation between the two foreign languages, what makes third language acquisition different in all aspects of teaching and learning processes. Here, we also briefly summarize the findings of a few studies that we have carried out, and take them a step further. This time we look at a fundamental problem for language pedagogy – principles that are applied in teaching a second foreign language. Hence, we refer to other writing on this subject, i.e. the existing classifications of basic principles viewed though through the component structure of professional competence of the linguist-teacher. So in surveying the factors determining the process of teaching and learning English after German (the peculiarities of the linguistic and ethnographic material; the peculiarities of the target group; the conditions of teaching and learning a second foreign language) we have tried to work out some principles that are supposed to be specific for the analyzed conditions: the principle of foundation and complementary connection with the first foreign language; the principle of constructive cooperation of the teacher and students; the principle of the spiral progression that implements the idea of intensification and extensification of third language acquisition.

It allows posing the question of basis and nature of social phenomena in a new manner, and also defining problems of the central categories of social humanitarian cognition, which are connected with traditional oppositions: society – personality, rational – sensual, real - visible. There is a methodological model, which can facilitate interdisciplinary communication of social humanitarian sciences; and there are heuristic possibilities and conditions of creating a relevant methodological project, proposed in the work.

Hydrosphere is the most ancient part of biosphere the further development of which is directed to the settling of aerial surroundings and lithosphere cover by organisms. This main track was assumed as a basis of partition of development history into three periods such as hydrozemic, atmozemic and lithozemic ones. Each period is accompanied by respective trend of soil formation, for example hydrozemic period corresponds with underwater soil formation and atmozemic and lithozemic ones to swamp and land respectively. Were measured spec1f1c methane fluxes that are representative for some peatland landscapes of Western S1beria forest-steppe. Spec1fic methane fluxes of forest-steppe eutroph1c m1res are very close to the same fluxes 1n subta1ga. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux has following parameters: 1st quart1le/med1an/3rd quartile = 0.53/1.99/ 6.03 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Methane fluxes from bog lakes are close too, as in subta1ga they are estimated at tens and first hundreds of mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux in riam: 0.00 / 0.09 / 0.21 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Annual methane em1ss1on from Western S1ber1a forest-steppe (estimated on the model Bc5) 1s 0.36 MtСH4/year that form 5 % reg1onal em1ss1on.

Funtova Irina Leonidovna INNOVATIONS IN THE INTONATION OF THE MODERN RUSSIAN LITERARY LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 17-24

The article deals with the intonation of emphatic (highly emotional) speech of the modern Russian literary language with the purpose of revealing innovations in the intonation. The research is carried out on the performances staged in the State Academic Maly Theatre. We have analyzed 15 hours of sounding speech which allowed us to discover all the variety of the intonation patterns in the modern Russian language. As a result of the carried out research, we have revealed the following changes in the intonation of the modern Russian language: a great number of the occurrence of the mid-level ending in final sense-groups and the use of the high-narrow rise at the end of declarative and exclamatory sentences. We give a detailed consideration to the occurrence and meanings of these intonation endings combined with various scales. In addition to that, we first observe the use of the fall-rise in emphatic speech of the modern Russian language, as well as the use of the gradually ascending stepping scale, the descending scandent and sliding scales. Thus, the present research shows that the intonation of emphatic speech of the modern Russian language is much more colourful than it has been described before. The obtained results make a contribution to the suprasegmental phonetics and can be applied by the Russian teachers in practice, and they can also be of great use for foreign students learning the Russian intonation.

Liu Chaojie, Liu Zhen COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPT “HAPPINESS” IN RUSSIAN AND CHINESE LINGUOCULTURE (BASED ON THE DEFINITIONS IN CHINESE AND RUSSIAN DICTIONARIES) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 6 (195). P. 73-76

The article is based on the fact that lexicographic materials reflect the features of concept both in diachrony and in synchrony. The dictionaries with the initial capacity of lexicographic materials provide people with the opportunities to see the semantic and derivational efficiency of the concept and its segments in full, because the lexical meanings fixed in the dictionary for a long period are what people have in mind when they use the word to communicate in a wide variety of circumstances. Happiness is one of the most important categories of consciousness, through which a national conceptual picture of the world is built, recognized and widely spread. In this article, we use the comparative analysis method to disclose different concepts of happiness from the root in the Chinese language and the Russian language. It is concluded that such values as, for example, predestination and inevitability, out of control and volatility, success, high degree of happiness, pleasure, and satisfaction are characteristic of both languages, while the definitions of „a part of life”, „get out of trouble”, „be saved from trouble (calamity)”, „pray for happiness”, and „perfect expectations” are peculiar only to the Chinese language, and the „fate”, „prosperity” „earthly bliss”, „share” and „good fortune” – exclusively to the Russian language.
