The author of article considers an urgency of the organisation of educational system on the basis of student's self-management. In article the short description of modern concepts of education is given. Contradictions in the organisation of nonlearning activity in professional educational institutions are revealed, and also concepts of nonlearning activity, self-actualisation, socialisation of students, student's self-management are formulated. The model of the organisation of nonlearning activity on the basis of student's self-management on an example of Prokopevsky industrially-economic technical school - the winner of the All-Russia competitions «Models of student's self-management» in 2006, «On the best organisation of activity of bodies of student's self-management» in 2007 is considered. Results of research of efficiency of introduction of model of nonlearning activity on the basis of student's self-management in the given educational institution are resulted.

The article reflects the ideas of development of creative potential of students‘ personality in the process of their professional training. The state of the studied problem in pedagogical theory and practice is studied, perspective approaches to its solution are defined, the conceptual apparatus of research is specified. The state of the problem of students’ creative potential is analyzed. In the process of its development, we have identified the stages in the logic of the main trends. Ideas about creative potential of students’ personality are developed. The aspects of development of creative potential of personality of students are considered, pedagogical conditions of its formation, creation of the creative environment, inducements of reflexive activity, dialogization of educational process are allocated. There was conducted the survey and testing of students of Altai State Technical University and Altai Economics and Law Institute. The results of the study of the creative potential of students in the process of training in public and private universities are presented. These surveys and tests allowed the author to conclude that the type of educational institution does not significantly affect the proportion of students with explicit and empirically fixed creative potential. A survey of students of different courses, as well as a repeated survey of the same panel with minor sample losses showed that the number of students with the author’s analyzed criteria of creative potential varies between 25–35 percent. No more than 10–12 percent of respondents in both universities have all the necessary qualities. Half of respondents express these qualities poorly or asymmetrically, the fifth part of the surveyed students focused on noncreative study and professional career, shows obvious conformism. The grounds for the conclusion about the development of the creative potential of students in General is not enough, as evidenced by the specific weight of creative personalities in different courses. The author sees the reasons in the fact that, firstly, the basis for such development is laid earlier, before entering the University, and secondly, some students with creative potential are eliminated from the educational process for various reasons: lack of money for education, conflicts with the administration, etc. in a private University, despite the action of various circumstances, the proportion of students with creative potential remains quite stable, and in a state University there is a tendency to reduce the number of such students.The article reflects the ideas of development of creative potential of students‘ personality in the process of their professional training. With the help of questionnaire DOTS of A.Tomas at the big number of respondents (more than 3000) different age (from 16 till 75 years) the degree of display of 13 features of temperament (general activity, approach, mood, sensitivity, intensity, отвлекаемость, a rhythm of dream, a rhythm of meal, a rhythm of habits, persistence and flexibility of behaviour) has been investigated. Four types of age dynamics of features of temperament are described: 1) progressing increase in a degree of display of this or that feature; 2) progressing decrease in the corresponding size; 3) increase in a parameter at mature age and decrease in an old age; and 4) change of a parameter only at older persons. The opinion expresses, that these features are determined, natural morfo-functional changes in a brain and in an organism as a whole, connected to processes of the general ageing an organism.

The article deals with the problem of reconstructing the reception of fairy tales by Brothers Grimm, E.T.A. Hoffmann and W. Hauff in the Russian literature of the 19th–20th c. The research is concentrated on literary and translation aspects as well as on ‘secondary’ texts, remakes. The choice of the authors is determined by their role in the formation of German tales comprehension outside Germany, particularly, in Russia. The research is based on 58 translations of 5 tales by Hauff, 38 translations of 4 tales by Brothers Grimm, 38 translations of 4 tales by Hoffmann. Preliminary results show that there is a great number of genre varieties of translation: from translation proper to liberal translation, retelling, literary adaptation and remake. A vast majority of Russian authors were either influenced by Brothers Grimm’s, Hoffman’s and Hauff’s tales or used German images and motifs. There are also some remakes of the German tales in which the authors suggest an alternative way of plot development.

Introduction. The article discusses the technology of blended learning, combining the advantages of traditional classroom and e-learning, ensuring the development of the student as a subject of self-educational activity and shaping his readiness for self-development in the future. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to review and analyze the features and key characteristics of “blended learning” technology, to study the models for its implementation in the educational process, as well as to describe the experience of using blended learning in the process of teaching Foreign Language. Material and methods. The methods of theoretical analysis were used: the study and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature and the Internet resources on the problem of research, the study of foreign experience in the use of blended learning in the educational process, as well as the reflection of the educational activities of the author of this article. Results and discussion. The models and approaches of introducing blended learning into the educational process are described. Key characteristics of blended learning are highlighted: individualization of the educational process, productive independent work, the rational use of class time, the active use of modern information and communication technologies, etc. The characteristics of the interaction of subjects (teacher, students, and electronic educational resources) and the roles they implement in the blended learning model are given. Electronic resources for the introduction of blended learning in educational practice (learning management systems, massive open online courses, Google for Education cloud services) are considered. The experience of using blended learning technology in the teaching of the discipline “Foreign Language” is described. The educational process was built in accordance with the Flipped Classroom technology, which is implemented in the form of a three-stage educational model - independent pre-class work (watching video lectures in order to familiarize yourself with the educational information before the lesson, completing tasks to verify understanding of the material watched), class work (active / creative types of educational activity) and post-graduate work (independent generalization of the studied educational material). Conclusion. It is concluded that the use of the blended learning model results in an increase in the quality of students’ knowledge and the development of their ability to learn independently.

The author of the article is analyzing images and motives of «The Poem without a Hero» and «The Prose about the Poem» by Anna Akhmatova. They trace to shaman myths and notions which underlie the legend about the mission of a singer, his poetical inspiration. They can be seen in the composition of the first part of «The Poem without a Hero» in traveling of the memory into the world of the dead, the presence of the images of dances, the motive of conjuring. It is known that Akhmatova had an idea of changing the poem into a kind of «dancing action with singing from behind the scene. All these made it possible for Anna Akhmatova to call her poem «shamanics».

In the work that is devoted to the study of human body semantics the heterogeneity of corporality is considered through the notion of body boundaries. The material for analysis is Eastern-Slavic mythological tradition diversified in folklore, literary texts; language system bearing culturally significant typifications; peculiarities of ceremonial practice. The topic of boundary, which rises from the fundamental perceptions of consciousness about heterogeneity of space, is projected on the microcosm of a human body. In symbolic anatomy it is possible to outline the inner boundaries that structure a body from inside, and external ones that fix the boundaries of structures that go outside.

Honesty, Openness, Unselfishness, Love, – at the individual, interpersonal and international levels – are the principles, which allow to establish peaceful inter-group communication and to resolve the conflicts, which are making a significant impact on peoples’ lives. The morals is the ground for all kind of human activities, and there must be little doubt that our future itself depends on the level of each person’s adherence to moral principles. As numerous historical examples show, an armed solution to the conflict can only put an end to the violent phase of conflicts but not to resolve them. This is especially clear when we examine the cases of ethnic and gender conflicts. The cardinal change of psychological and moral atmosphere, the formation of principles of global ethics in the system of interstate and interpersonal relations should facilitate the achievement of the final goal of the elimination of such conflicts. The global ethics are based on the idea that our future safety depends on the changes in human culture. However, the modern state of human culture can be determined as one in a deep crisis, and this crisis is first of all a moral one. This observation is of the major global ethics’ humanitarian value.

It is shown that use of correctly picked over means of restoration, such as pedagogical, medical-biological and psychological ones, promote authentic improvement of indicators of all functional tests used as the control of efficiency. In the article two types of rating systems are introduced: integral and differential one. The integral system is based on the summing of the points of all subjects in the semester, while according to the differential one, the final rating is defined as arithmetical average of intermediary ratings for every topic. Also the opportunity is discussed of applying various differential models when system of activities is developed within the ranking system. The comparative analysis has been carried out and the role of rating system in the educational process of teaching Mathematics in the Medical university is analyzed.

In this article we study traditional costume of the native peoples in Siberia on the basis of the analysis of some empirical element in the human mentality typical of traditional culture. The production of costumes is conditioned by the climate and some natural peculiarities of the area; it is also characterized by a rational approach to the choice of materials. In the process of our investigation we found out some similarity in the constructions of costumes. The costume represents an adaptive way of transformation of some existing forms of costume. This transformation is possible due to some natural cultural conditions as a result of cultural diffusion and the development of new cultural forms. The rational element s in the costume construction performs some practical functions and is conditioned by some naturals in the life of the ethnos.

One distinguishes two types of syntactic construction in the Khanty language: the active and the passive ones. In this article we study the peculiarities of their formation and use in the dialects of the Khanty language. This work is also concerned with the use of a noun (the agent) in the form of the locative in the “passive” construction, which can be explained by the influence of the category of definitiness/ indefinitiness typical of the Uralic languages. The results of the analysis of the “passive” prove its outstanding status in the Uralic languages.

The paper outlines the relativization strategies employed by Eastern Khanty, an endangered underdescribed Finno-Ugric language spoken in Western Siberia. The notion of subordination employed here is confined mainly to morphosyntactic criteria such as clausal embedding and the use of non-finite verb-forms. The approach involves a synchronic analysis of structural patterns and functional-semantic features of relative clauses in the general functional theoretical framework. These syntactic constructions are also considered diachronically revealing the paratactic character of the Khanty complex sentences. The analysis is based on the Khanty narrative corpus, reference-grammars and dictionaries. The paper includes the analysis of morphosyntactic structures coding relative relations and other cases having different morphosyntactic manifestations, but the same underlying cognitive structure.

The ancient Indo-European system of noun declension was based on the division of substantives into groups according to the stem-building suffix. The ancient division of all objects of reality into two big classes (animated vs. inanimated) was reflected in the system of noun declension in the ancient Indo-European. The ground for grouping nouns into different types of declension was the common semantic principle of the ancient stem-building suffixes. Ancient substantives were semantically united on the basis of their treatment by the ancient people according to their role and place in the surrounding reality.
