9 | The article actualizes the problem of speech development of children at the stage of preschool education. It is noted that the standard of preschool education focuses on the new content of the educational field – speech development and outlines the tasks associated primarily with the need to form the desire of the child to communicate with peers and adults, the formation of communication skills. The author examines the reasons for reducing the overall level of language development of preschool children, which creates difficulties not only for the formation of coherent, grammatically correct speech, but also for their successful communication and socialization in the society of peers and adults. For full development, it is important to include every child in a confiding informal communication. It is noted that the methods for activation and development of preschoolers’ speech should be circumspect and carefully selected only those that are based on the children’s game. Only in this case they may be of interest, and most importantly not to cause harm to physical or mental health of the children. It is concluded that the construction of the educational process in preschool education should be based on age-appropriate methods and forms of work with children, focusing not only on the selection of appropriate techniques for the speech development of the child, but also on creation of comfortable environment for the child not be afraid to commit errors. 10 | Consideres quasiprofessional activities organized in the framework of contextual learning, as the possibility of formation of professional pedagogical competence of students. Shows the place of quasiprofessional activities in gradual professional training of future specialists. Points out the tasks of the Cabinet of quasiprofessional activities for pre-school children. 11 | Despite the considerable number of works devoted to studying of problems of preschool education, the question of value-semantic content of the concept, its specificity and peculiarities of formation to date is poorly understood. Many scientists, researchers for a detailed description of the specifics, typical characteristics and indicate the semantic content of scientific concepts use the term «discourse». Based on the understanding that preschool education is one of the links in the structure of General education can be considered the preschool discourse as an integral part of the educational discourse. Indicated that participants in the contemporary process of preschool education of children with diverse social experience, can broadcast a meaningful value-semantic component of the pedagogical concept of «preschool education». As a result of communication the subject of communication can distort the meaning of scientific concepts. This provision defines the principle position of the author about the need to design pedagogical discourse of future specialists. The inclusion of students – future teachers in practical communicative environment of the subjects of preschool education with the help of quasiprofessional activity will help them identify value-semantic content of preschool education. 12 | The article considers the specificity of the organization of mentoring activities with students involved in quasiprofessional activities. The peculiarities of polysubjective interaction of a mentor with future teachers at the stage of their entry into professional activity are described. It is noted that polysubjectivity requires orientation toward cooperation, co-creation in joint pedagogical activity at a qualitatively high level of a mentor’s professionalism. Mentoring is understood as a permanent dialogue and interpersonal communication that is aimed at professional adaptation of a young specialist. This provision serves as the basis for detailing different types of relations between an experienced university teacher and young specialists. It is concluded that the given vector of relationships in the context of polysubject interaction in preschool education will help solve the problems of successful professionalization of future teachers already on the student bench. The author proves that the cooperation based on the polysubject approach is more effective in organizing the mentor’s activities. This approach provides the development of professional competencies for future teachers and educators and their motivation for communication with children, parents and colleagues. The author suggests that the organization of mentoring activities at pedagogical university is actual for all profiles of future teacher training and not only in preschool education.
