The article is devoted to revealing the peculiarities of toponyms functioning in Selkup folklore and everyday life stories. The paper investigates different types of folklore texts, e. g. heroic folk tales, fairy tales, tales about sacred places. Every fairy tale is a complex folklore work that contains all plot constituent parts, characters with their speech peculiarities, philosophic or instructive conclusions. Many aspects of fairy tales discourse are not thoroughly investigated and need detailed linguistic study. The analysis of toponyms and its kinds (hydronyms, oronyms, oikonyms) involved in plot building of folklore stories is given. The special attention is paid to the stylistic device metamorphosis which is a characteristic feature of Selkup fairy tale discourse. Analyzing folk and mythological plots the author determines ways, reasons, character and motivation of metamorphoses that happened with people or objects involved in the narration.

The article considers manipulation of mass audience with the help of discredit speech strategy, which is being used in headlines of British printed mass media by adversarial parties during the EU Referendum campaign. The article claims, that discredit strategy is implemented in the following speech tactics: accusation, offence, intimidation and derision. This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. Author’s experience of teaching disciplines for the students studying in the direction of training «Applied informatics» is generalized. Some questions of techniques of teaching discipline «Document science and documentary ensuring management» are considered. The main directions of further research are considered. They consist in highlighting the activation of interdisciplinary links between disciplines aimed at forming the professional competencies of students. It is planned to continue modernization of the developed materials of the electronic courses intended for support of independent work of students in the study of disciplines. It is important to develop tasks for independent work which would promote increase in interest of students in studying of materials of the discipline. In addition, we are developing the funds of evaluation tools in the form of test questions, questions for credit. It is concluded that the use of e-course materials contributes to the formation of professional competence of future graduates. Further goals on educational system development are also discussed. We are going to continue developing electronic educational materials, reference books and seminars. These materials will be used for the formation of professional competence of students who are training in the direction of «Applied Informatics». The article presents the results of using the developed methodological materials. Besides, the results of testing of students in the section «Document and System of Documentation» are analized.

In the given work the method of calculation for equili-brum sub-transsonic flows is offered and the results of its application are given. It is based on the method of approached factorization for the solution of the complete speed potential equation, which has been written down in the conservative form on orthogonal grid, connected with a contour of a nozzle. This method allows calculating flows in nozzles, having the complex form of combustion chamber, particularly the flush-mounted nozzle. The method gives the best correlation with the experiment in comparison with a usual approached factorization method. Such results are explained by using of an orthogonal grid, which improves the approximation of the initial differential equation.

The article analyzes the degree of scrutiny of issues related to education management of Tartars of Russia in the second half of the XIX century on the example of Astrakhan province. There are the features of the study of the question in the pre-revolutionary (to 1917), Soviet (1917–1991) and contemporary (from 1991) periods. Despite the rich actual material this problem was not the subject of independent research. The authors of the available studies were limited to the study of certain aspects, and the subject remains little developed, moreover, some of these works are the compilation character, so at the moment the main goal is the study of archival materials. Kiselev from the point of view of communicative strategies and tactics, the use of tropes, rhetorical figures, as well as various methods of communication impact was analysed. Paralinguistic characteristics of individual media discourse of the author and presenter of the program “News of the Week” (phonational and kinetic) were described.

The use of the case-technologies in the study of discipline “Methods of teaching chemistry” has been studied in a competence-based approach in higher school. Definition of case-situations on methods of teaching chemistry, distinctive features of training and control cases have been proposed. Differences between these cases to the destination and purpose of use in the learning process, the nature of the questions and answers to them, the estimation, the use of additional information about your answers have been identified. Educational cases are designed to develop skills of students to solve the problems unconventionally, the answers to them require a search for additional information, these cases do not have a rigid system of evaluation. The control case studies provide unequivocal answers, different approaches to evaluation. When answering the questions to cases, the student uses only existing knowledge. The examples of case-situations on how to conduct laboratory work at school and the answers to them were given.

In the article we discuss the problem of formation and evaluation of pedagogical competences in the field of preschool foreign language education. Modern educational companies are in need of flexible and constantly developing teachers. The technology of portfolio is shown as one of the effective technologies which allows us to collect and structure all the information about the development of pedagogical competences. The teacher’s portfolio consists of a teacher questionnaire, English placement test, individual plan, project, teacher’s characteristics and selfreflection. It also helps to evaluate a teacher at any period of her or his professional development. The sources of evaluation are supervisors’ feedback, parents’ feedback and self-reflection. We distinguish four main pedagogical competences in the field of preschool foreign language education. They are communicative competences, informative competences, organizational competences and creative activity. We also formulate the requirements according to the three-level system of formation of the main pedagogical competences and the criteria of evaluation for each of three levels. The level «I know» means teachers understand the importance of self-development and they learn new skills. The level «I can» means teachers practice new skills at their lessons. The level «I can teach» means teachers can share their experience with colleagues.

Poleva Elena Aleksandrovna GENRE OF THE AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL MINIATURE STORY ABOUT CHILDHOOD: ANGELIKA SUMBAYEVA’S PROSE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 2 (179). P. 87-92

The article is devoted to the research of autobiographical miniature stories of the modern writer Angelika Sumbayeva. Classical works (M. Bakhtin, L. Ginzburg etc.) give the ideas of typological signs of poetics of autobiographical prose of the childhood which are observed in A. Sumbayeva’s prose: psychologism, retrospective view, lyrical modality of the narration caused by the attitude of the storyteller towards the hero. At the same time the volume of a miniature causes features of A. Sumbayeva’s prose: laconicism of descriptions, accuracy in selection of details; transfer of psychological state through nuance, details. The article alalyses in detail the cycle of the stories published in 2010 in the magazine for children “A Yellow Caterpillar” and built according to calendar chronology (winter, spring, summer). In miniature stories the features of art space come to light (including, the use of attributive features of the Siberian region, its climatic originality), functions of gesture, nuance, phrases in the transfer of a psychological portrait of characters, narrative techniques which form the author’s attitude towards the autobiographical character (for example, use of the narration in third person, but transfer of attitude of the child associating reality with the fantastic world through the direct speech). In miniatures there is an image of the natural world of Siberia in general, and the autobiographical image appears as typical, given in circumstances, recognizable, familiar to the Siberian reader. Miniatures of Angelica Sumbayeva recreate the world of childhood as a harmonious, open to the new, capable to take a miracle to transform the ordinary into the world of fairy tales.

Pushkareva Yuliya Evgenyevna ITALIAN PAINTING IN THE CREATIVITY OF V. F. ODOEVSKY: THE IMAGE OF MADONNA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 134-139

The article examines the issue of Italian painting reception in the creativity of V.F. Odoevsky at the levels of images, motives, allusions. This issue is associated with pictorial art as a challenge for Odoevsky. Italian art in his prose is connected with a creator’s destiny: his …, insanity, unrealized … Art and creativity express chaotic and irrational part of the human nature, forming opposition with philosophy. The image of Italian Madonna is interpreted as an aesthetic and etic ideal of beauty. Odoevsky’s perception in this aspect corresponds with perception of the Lubomudry in general. This idea of perfection reflected in the images of wise and beautiful women playing the role of Muse. In aesthetic conception of Vackenroder the same image creates ties between art and religion. Madonna is identified in short stories “Vicenzio and Cecilia”, “The improvisator”, in stories “Silphide” and “Black glove”. Odoevsky uses ideas of German romanticists and Zhukovsky, but reconsiders them. For example, Cecilia embodies not only beauty, but also spiritual independence. The picture with Madonna in “The improvisator” expresses motive of beauty damaged by analysis and rationality. In the image of Siphide Odoevsky combines features of Venus, the divine of love and beauty painted by Botticelli, and Cristian Madonna. “Black glove” demonstrates absence of Madonna (line of Maria) in modern world. In conclusion, interpretation of Madonna’s image is included in Italian text system of the Lubomudry. However, Odoevsky adds to this text individual features typical of his philosophical prose.

Podkina Yuliya Vladimirovna FEATURES OF THE LITERARY VOCABULARY USE IN NEWSPAPER TEXTS ON THE ECONOMIC THEME // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 2 (199). P. 56-62

Aim and objectives. This issue is relevant for modern print journalism, which publishes materials on the economic theme. Since the book vocabulary is an effective means of expression and a tool for the implementation of the author’s plan, the use of book words in such texts goes far beyond highly specialized terminology. Among this kind of vocabulary can be called terms from other areas of scientific knowledge, used mainly in a figurative sense, outdated and old vocabulary, words of poetic speech, etc. The aim of the work is to consider the main functions of the book vocabulary in the journalistic economic text, as well as to identify the main tasks that it performs in publications on the economic theme. Material and methods. The work is done mainly by the method of comparative analysis of the language means of journalistic texts on the economic theme of the daily newspaper “Moskovsky Komsomolets” and the business newspaper “RBK”, because they cover important economic topics, publish materials in different genres and present readers with different points of view. Results. The first of these tasks, which performs book vocabulary in the text of economic publication, is the transfer of the author’s assessment, the journalist’s attitude to the subject of speech. In addition, book words can be a means of creating irony. The second task is explained by the desire of the author of the published material to draw the reader’s attention to the text as a whole or to individual problems addressed in it. To do this, journalists often resort to noneconomic terms used in a figurative sense, and to Patriotic vocabulary, inscribing it in a variety of contexts. Note that book words can become a kind of stylistic frame of the text. Conclusion. According to the results of the work, it is concluded that book vocabulary is one of the most effective tools of journalistic creativity. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that at the moment there are no scientific papers on the use of language tools in the texts of economic journalism. The results obtained in the course of the work can be used to train future journalists.
