The article studied the influence of luminiscent radiation of photoluminescent films on augmentation of productivity of plants in a greenhouses, and also the reflected, absorbed and dissipated solar light photoluminophore particles in films. It is experimentally erected, that the basic contribution to augmentation of productivity of plants to a greenhouses under photoluminescent films imports the luminescent radiance generated by films. Productivity also is spotted by a relation getting on a plant direct and a diffused light.

Event-related brain potentials (ERPs) were explored in task of production of time intervals. Subjects were presented with digits (1, 3, 4, 5) of different colours on the monitor. On the first series (A) all digits corresponded to time intervals, which were to be produced by double pressing a key «space». On the second series (B) red digits corresponded to time intervals, which subject should produce by double pressing a key «space». Blue digits corresponded to number of key presses, which subject should make. Digits of other colours must be ignored. We found early differences of ERPs to stimuli of different colours only when colour of stimulus had signal significance. The found differences between the ERPs on production of time intervals and those on performance of the competing task in the piece of 350–500 ms from the visual stimulus onset, are related to the analysis of signal significance of stimulus and the choice of a motor program. The most probable correlate of accessing long-term memory for extraction of the subjective standard of time in the presence of the competing task of similar complexity is the negative component appearing at 250–150 ms before production of time interval. It is established, that the source of this component is in the parietal part of cingulated gyros of the right hemisphere.

We show here how it is possible to build a OFT on the horizon of a Schwarzschild-like spacetime That theory, found by restricting bulk quantum fields on the horizon, is equivalent to GFT on the bulk. That fact is called Holography. Moreover the hidden conformal symmetry (SL(2, R)) found for the bulk theory becomes manifest on the horizon in terms of some of its diffeomorphisms. In article the basic results and prospects of the further researches of specific features and mechanisms of perception of time in Tomsk the state university are discussed. It is shown, in particular, that the perception of time is system process in which it is possible to allocate five consecutive stages clearly shown in dynamics of ERP and cortical of interactions. Character of these interactions essentially depends on an initial condition and specific features of the person. Between characteristics of perception of time and levels cortical interactions there are statistically significant connections which character depends on a stage carried out perceptional tasks.

In the article the notion «self-determination of a personality», having been worked out by philosophical anthropology, psychology, pedagogics, sociology from the middle of the XX-th century, is analyzed. The primary attention is focused on the philosophic-ethical meaning of this notion, which is close, though non-synonymous, to the notion «self-destination», in a broad sense understood as a defining by man the meaning of his existence, and in a narrow sense – as an active protection, conservation of personal ethical values in everyday interaction with other people.

The given article contains the results of the detailed investigation of psychological peculiarities of children personalities of forced migrant families (on the North Caucasus region pattern) by means of the complex of supplementing each other diagnostic methods. The investigation is carried out on the base of the Center of psychological and pedagogical assistance for the children of refugees and forced migrants of the Republic of Adygea. The article gives classification of the children under case study, worked out by the author according to the experiment results. The article is of interest for social workers, psychologists and other specialists working with children as well as for researchers studying children-refugees interaction problems.
