4706 | The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links. Presented are the results of the study of the component composition of the model for the formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training in accordance with the direction (profile) of training: arts and crafts and design. 4713 | Recent explanation [1] of high-velocity features in type Ia supernovae (SNIa) requires signicant mass of circumstellar material (CSM) in SNIa progenitor system. If correct, it provides means of determining the mass of CSM along the line of sight. We study the distribution of mass in accretion disk, a natural candidate for the needed CSM. Accurate equation of state and Rosseland-mean opacities are used; several models for the latter are compared. We conclude that the standard model of accretion disks in SNIa progenitors does not yield the needed mass distribution to agree with observations. 4715 | This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume. 4721 | The verbs denoting independent movement on a firm surface in the Taz, central and southern dialects of the Selkup language are considered. In the dialects of the Selkup language the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion is represented by a significant amount of the verbs describing various ways of the movement, its nature, general orientation against the speaker, conditions in which this movement occurs, etc. There is a relatively little number of polysemantic verbs among the verbs of movement in the dialects of the Selkup language and the number of meanings of verbs is insignificant as well. Most Selkup verbs of motion (60 %) are monosemantic, about 60 % of meanings do not repeat, i.e. they are peculiar to one verb of motion. In the Selkup lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion the synonymic relations are poorly developed in comparison with Russian in spite of the fact that among the verbs of motion in the Selkup language the synonymy is more developed than in other lexico-semantic groups of the studied language. The verb qənqo is the central element of the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion in the Taz dialect of the Selkup language. The semantics of this verb does not include the description of conditions in which the movement occurs, its direction, way and mode. The verbs čāǯįgu and kwangu are the central elements of the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion in the southern and central dialects of the Selkup language. Description of the general direction of the movement (making nearer or farther) and orientation in space is the most essential thing for the Selkup verbs of motion. There are several specifics of the lexico-semantic group of verbs of motion in the dialects of the Selkup language: existence of the space-oriented verbs; the verbs denoting movements in space made by means of certain devices / vehicles; almost full incompatibility of the verbs of motion with the abstract nouns and nouns denoting objects, incapable of the independent movement. The movement and the ability to the movement is a marker of animateness, on the basis of this marker representatives of the Selkup ethnos differentiate animated and inanimate, i.e. alive and dead. According to this fact in the aspect of influence on mass audience individual and typical linguistic and extra linguistic peculiarities of media discourses of public language personalities of an actress Tatyana Dogileva and film director Vladimir Khotinenko as the members of radio show “Dithyramb” on radio “Echo of Moscow” were considered in the article. Comparative and contrastive analysis allowed to determine some important in the aspect of influence on collective addressee typical and individual gender peculiarities, psychological (temperament, character), social (dependence on status), professional and some speech peculiarities (preference on the level of language means, which reflect specificity of human mentality). For researching of media discourse influence of individual and personal factors of language personalities on mass addressee contextdependent and semantic and stylistic analysis of questions and comments before broadcasting and comments after broadcasting, and analysis of regulative means and structures have been used. Connection of pragmatics of public language personalities’ media discourse with their informational field have been revealed. It was determined that first of all the content of language personality’s message is important, though form of expression also matters. The common factors, which are important for media discourse of creative public language personality’s influence according to the research, are the following: high level of media discourse emotionality as a reflection of not only gender peculiarities, but even cognitive style, that is connected with figurative and metaphoric reality perception used for creative persons. With such variety of regulative means used by language personalities, repetition in aggregate with other means and structures dominates (comparison, parcelling, rhetorical questions, etc). Some individual and personal peculiarities of media discourse may increase influence effect and at the same time reduce it. The results are of interest for theory of speech influence, media linguistics, communicative stylistics of the text. 4731 | In the article the syntactic properties of adverbial participles in the Komi language are considered, identified and reflected in various sources: the papers of the linguists from the XIX century, the results of my own research. In addition to the circumstances and the secondary predicate, adverbial participle in the Komi language can be an element of the complex verbal predicate, a constituent of the predicate, of the principal member of mononuclear sentence. Performing modus function, adverbial participles act as introductory words and word-combinations. Russian language effects the formation of relative (syntactic words) units (postpositions, conjunctions) in the literary Komi language. 4732 | The article analyses the features of the oral narrative, reveals its genre features, gives the classification of the Angarsk narrative texts and set their semantic and axiological dominants. The source of the research is the stories of the people from the flood zone of the Boguchanskaya HEPS (hydro-electric power station), recorded by the author during dialectological expeditions to the Kezhemsky and Boguchansky regions of the Krasnoyarskiy krai in 2012–2014. The macrostructure of the Angara narrative review is based on the short stories material about the transmigration from the Boguchanskaya HEPS flood zone. 4733 | The article describes the activity of the Tomsk pioneer headquarters. It was a children’s self-governed organization, which was founded in 1969 by a prominent young pioneer leader and teacher Oleg Pirozhkov. The headquarters lasted till 1989 and achieved considerable success in training of young pioneer activists, who were able to overcome excessive formalities of “official” children’s movement. The headquarters also produced a great number of educational structures, which left their mark in the history of Tomsk society. Activist’s headquarters, formed of self-organization that were innovative to the Soviet period, were not aimed at ideological education of young people, now there is the reason why their practices are of great interest to the students, postgraduates, professors, scholars, young pioneer leaders, specialists in youth policy, teachers and the reading public. 4734 | The communicative and pragmatic research of individual media discourse of Viktor Erofeev, contemporary Russian writer, the presenter of author’s cultural and entertaining TV program “Apokrif” on the channel “Culture”, was presented. Author-presenter’s professional speech behavior organizes his individual media discourse, determining the holistic well-known journalist’s image in circumstances of current discursive practice. At the same time specific peculiarities of his informational and media language personality’s idiostyle are reflected in television journalists’s individual media discourse. Analysis of individual media discourse of TV presenter is based on the criteria, which were described by the author. The linguistic and paralinguistic (phonational and kinetic) characteristics of communicative behavior of informational and media language personality of TV presenter-writer, as well as extralinguistic factors determining the specificity of the media environment, were described. The results of the research of the features of the language personality of Viktor Erofeev with the use of separate elements of the software system “VAAL” are presented. The means of quantitative content analysis identified the thematic groups of words most often used by the TV presenter. The analysis of Victor Erofeev’s speech from the point of view of the use of emotionally colored words (“emotional-lexical” estimations) is presented. The results of the linguistic projective test of Cattell are described. These results with a probability of 70–90 % characterize the psychological characteristics of the personality of Viktor Erofeev. 4735 | The article deals with basic periods of formation and development of communicative stylistics of text, which has been growing at the Tomsk State Pedagogical University since 1992 at the department of modern Russian and stylistics (from the end of 2017 the department of the Russian language). Peculiarities of this scientific school and factors that defined its dynamics in scientific context of linguistics at the end of XX – beginning of XXI century are described in the article. In the light of the ideas of the communicative paradigm of linguistic knowledge, in the nineties and early 2000s, the achievements of related sciences are formed that fall under the traditional and functional stylistics, functional lexicology and the theory of the communicative text: the main directions of the communicative stylistics of the text: on the verge of linguistic pragmatics – the regulative theory, on the verge of psycholinguistics – theory of text associations, on the verge of philological hermeneutics – the theory of semantic expansion of the text. Each of these areas of communicative stylistics is aimed at researching the effectiveness of dialogue between the author and the reader with the use of text. The main is the systemic and active approach to the text as a form of communication and the phenomenon of idiostyle of the language personality, which is “left” outside the text. Ideas of communicative and active approach to the text, which are realized in works of this trend, were called for the methods of teaching the Russian language. The basic periods of communicative stylistics of text development are due to new tendencies in language and speech research, connected to extension of units of analysis and to intensification of cognitive and discursive aspects of textual activity, expansion of empirical base of researches, that includes at the beginning of XXI century poetic, advertising, epistolary, media discourses. Cognitive and media vector of development is typical for modern communicative stylistics of text. It is obvious that there is the necessity of further expansion of empirical material associated with genre and style variety of up-to-date media communication, elaboration of typology of informational and media language personalities, research of cognitive aspects of their idiostyle as well as perfection of methods of different types of texts’ analysis in perspective. 4742 | The article considers the problem of improving the quality of teacher training to correctional work with children with disabilities in the cognitive component and the criterion of social intellect. The question of becoming a professional identity is studied in terms of creating a reference model of the expert system as professionally important qualities, abilities, knowledge and skills necessary for successful implementation. One of the main problems is the lack of education and lack of preparedness of specialists, in particular, clinical psychologists and educators. The study revealed that the majority of the ezamined is characterized by an average level of social intellect, and a high level of readiness for the second year of studies reaches a very small number of students. Teachers-psychologists are only half ready to correctional work with children with disabilities according to the criterion of social intelligence, because a cognitive component of psychological readiness corresponds to values of low and intermediate level. As a result, there is a need to create uniform principles of educational programs and learning outcomes for the international cooperation, the roadmaps implementation of the leading universities and achievement indicators in the world rankings. 4748 | In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated. 4749 | The article deals with analysis of the professional language personality of Natalia O’Shea – a singer, musician, songwriter and leader of the rock-group “Mel’nitsa” (The Mill). The material of research is the texts of the interviews (2004–2017 years). The author of the article describes in detail the three levels of the artist’s professional language personality: 1) the level of professional consciousness; 2) the verbal level; 3) the motivating and pragmatical level. The texts of the interviews give knowledge about N. O’Shea’s views of nature of creative work, things which inspire the artist, her musical and general erudition. Natalia O’Shea considers her creative work as a complicated subjective process of connection of individual impressions and emotions with allusions to literary works, fairytales and myths. The artist compares songwriting with stained-glass window creation, cultivation of flower etc. She notes that her activity as a musician is tightly connected with her scientific interests in philology. Natalia O’Shea knows terminology of music very well. In her stories about songwriting and recording of songs, playing the musical instruments the artist uses not only professional lexis, but different expressive means of language. There are a lot of onyms and a number of citations in speech of the artist. This research is interesting for linguopersonology and communicative stylistics of text.
