4707 | Based on archival materials the process of preparation and celebration in the Far East of the USSR in the 1930s of one of the main Soviet holidays - the Great October Socialist Revolution is considered. In the 1930s. this holiday in its political and ideological aspect was aimed not so much to revive the events of the recent past, as to draw public attention to the pressing state tasks and to stimulate labor and patriotic impulses of the masses in both central regions of the country and in the provinces. The local party and economic authorities through the creation of festive commissions conducted a broad political and ideological (talks, newspaper readings, meetings with participants in revolutionary events, the publications of the festive issues of newspapers, festive broadcasts on radio, etc.), mass organizational and preparatory (cleaning and decoration of streets, squares, buildings of settlements, decoration of columns of demonstrations, replenishment of stores with goods and products, timely payment of salaries, bonuses of the best workers) work on the eve of and during the holiday. 4721 | Yiddish, the language of Ashkenazic Jews, arose about ten centuries ago as a result of contact with various dialects of Medieval German. Of all the Germanic languages, Yiddish looks least Germanic: it uses a Hebrew alphabet and is read from right to left, and its grammar and lexicon have undergone considerable influence not only from Hebrew and Aramaic, but also from various Slavic languages. Between 1890 and 1920 millions of Jews from Central and Eastern Europe boarded ships for America. They were fleeing the tragic events that shook the Old World. So Yiddish language and culture began its journey on a new continent. Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia were among the cities where Yiddish theaters, newspapers, and book publishers thrived. A Yiddish vaudeville sprang up, featuring performers who could switch in the blink of an eye from dances and funny jokes to sentimental songs. The heart of the culture lay in New York, where Second Avenue acquired the nickname “the Yiddish Broadway.” Yiddish words were quick to enrich American English - words like bagel, bupkes, chutzpah, klutz, schlemiel, schlep, schmuck, tchotchke, etc. Many words and phrases from Yiddish you can encounter today in American books, magazines, newspapers; or hear on television or radio, in movies or nightclubs; or may overhear on the street in many cities in the United States. 4722 | The need for developing emotional responsiveness in preschool age is dictated not only by modern normative documents in the field of education, the sensitivity of preschool age, but also by the need of society in humane responsive people. By now pedagogical literature has sufficient theoretical prerequisites for studying the phenomenon of emotional responsiveness in preschool age. Pedagogical studies turned to various means for the development of emotional responsiveness in children, such as: theatrical activity, fiction, musical activity. Music is a unique and multifaceted means of pedagogical influence. The use of music as a means of developing emotional responsiveness in preschool children rests on the essential characteristics of music itself. Responding to psycho-physiological indicators of experiencing emotions (expressive movements (facial expressions, pantomime), breathing, intonation), music by its own means can model any expressive symptoms of emotional reactions. The use of music as a means of developing emotional responsiveness of preschool children should take into account the insufficient subject experience of children’s emotional feelings. Therefore, for the organization of classes on development of emotional responsiveness of preschool children, a step-by-step mechanism is proposed that takes into account the essential characteristics of music as a means, peculiar features of the age of children, and their musical preferences. The proposed approach is a model of teacher professional competency that include core competencies, that were allocated on the basis of a research about teacher’s professional activity in accordance with the professional standard of teacher. Key competencies of a teacher are a set of personal qualities that are demonstrated in the behavior and ensure the effective implementation of his professional activities. The article presents approbation results of the “360 degrees” method of survey in assessing the professional activities of teachers. Method of survey “360 degrees” allows to assess the level of teacher’s competences representation on the basis of the attitudes of all participants of educational activities (students, parents of students, colleagues, representatives of administration and teachers) to the manifestations of professional competence in practice. The application of the assessment approach presented in the article is possible not only by the external experts, but also by educational organizations for the purpose of assessment of teacher’s professional activity. 4740 | Introduction. Modern requirements for professional pedagogical activity are updated, the leading functions of the educational system are described, and normative regulations for the use of the concepts of competence and competence are analyzed. Material and methods. The research material was theoretical and empirical observations on the problem of formation of future teachers. The analysis of current scientific sources allowed us to identify the leading ideas and analyze them taking into account the modern practice of professional pedagogical education. Results and discussion. Professional pedagogical education, focused on the formation of professional competencies, is in a state of development while maintaining the traditions of domestic education as a social practice and social institution. The set of analyzed approaches to defining the concept of professional pedagogical competence of a number of scientists (T. G. Brazhe, A.V. Khutorskaya, S. N. Chistyakova, etc.) allowed updating modern requirements for a teacher. In this context, several analytical and foresight studies were analyzed in order to identify the leading trends in the development of the system of professional training of future teachers. The principles of interdisciplinarity and phenomenological vision of the concept of pedagogical multidimensionality are described from the position of prolonged requirements for professional pedagogical activity, which can contribute to the quality training of the future teacher. Conclusion. A set of requirements to a modern teacher will claim wide knowledge of the subject area of professional activity, sufficient knowledge in related fields of knowledge and possession of competencies that will allow them to remain prolonged in demand in professional terms, possible with a rational combination of both crosscutting principles of the organization of the educational process and principles of formation of personality as a multidimensional professional. 4744 | In this paper, the process of food thermal sterilization is examined using the technique of finite differentiation applied to volumes of control. The author develops the simulation model in cylindrical coordinates, which is illustrated by a practical example. Based on the results of the simulation, it is argued that the developed algorithm is independent of the selected nodal network. This allows the author to quantify the curves of heat penetration in the critical point of the food, the lethality and the sterilization value of the process | 831
4745 | For the last few years at the highest state level discussion of a question on modernization of public relations became more active in the field of education. It is supposed, that reform of education should mention all drop education systems, beginning from preschool and finishing. Thus the special attention is given availability, efficiency and quality education. Development of such pedagogical technologies which would allow increasing quality of school physical education considerably is of interest | 831

4747 | The influence of the proteins adsorbed on the red blood cells membranes on the bioimpedance spectroscopy (BIS) parameters of the erythrocyte suspensions was studied. The suspensions of the erythrocytes treated and untreated with trypsin were estimated. The BIS parameters: extracellular (Re) and intracellular (Ri) fluid resistance, characteristic frequency (Fchar), cell membranes capacitance (Cm) and Alpha parameter of the suspensions were measured on the BIA analyzer ABC-01 «Medass». It was found that Ri and Cm of the suspensions of treated erythrocyte were lower than that of the untreated one. So the proteins adsorbed on the membrane surface influence the BIS parameters. 4749 | Open ination is a cosmological scenario in which the universe is a vacuum bubble nucleated from false vacuum decay and a period of inationary expansion followed in the nucleated bubble. This scenario is currently receiving renewed interest in the context of the string theory landscape. Since there are a large number of metastable de Sitter vacua in the string landscape, tunneling from one vacuum to another occurs frequently through the bubble nucleation and open ination is naturally realized. We argue that though the universe appears to be very at, a small deviation of омега0 from unity can make the effect of tensor-type perturbations on the large angle CMB anisotropy signicant. Thus we are already testing the string landscape against observations. Keywords: string landscape, false vacuum decay, open ination | 831
