The paper outlines the endangered Siberian language documentation and description program undertaken by the department of Siberian indigenous languages of Tomsk State Pedagogical University. Based on the experience of the Ob-Yenissei linguistic area documentation project, particularly in documentation of the middle Ob area of Tomsk region, the main theoretical, methodological and empirical aspects of the areal study are exemplified. The discussion outlines some of factors affecting the development of local languages and cultures, assessing key hypotheses of their contact interaction and mutual evolution.

Boronenko Tatyana Stepanovna THE USE OF MODIFIED HILL’S VARIABLES IN THE METHOD OF AVERAGING // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 8 (110). P. 53-56

In this paper the modified Hill’s canonical variables are introduced. They are v, G, H; r, g, h, where r is the distance to the primary for Keplerian orbit ; v = dr / dt; G= aј(1e2) and H = G cos i are Delaunay’s variables; g = Й is the argument of the periapsis; h = © is the longitude of the ascending node. We show that the modified Hill’s canonical variables are useful in some analytical theories of motion where it is need to avoid expansion of the perturbations in powers of eccentricity and where it is advantageous to use the eccentric anomaly as independent variable. As an example, we consider the single-averaged analytical model in the frame of the restricted three-body problem for satellite case.

The details of unconstrained Lagrangian formulations (being continuation of earlier developed research for Bose particles in NPB 862 (2012) 270, [arXiv:1110.5044[hep-th]], Phys. of Part. and Nucl. 43 (2012) 689, [arXiv:1202.4710 [hep-th]]) are reviewed for Fermi particles propagated on an arbitrary dimensional Minkowski space-time and described by the unitary irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare group subject to Young tableaux Y (s1; ... ; sk) with k rows. The procedure is based on the construction of the Verma modules and nding auxiliary oscillator realizations for the orthosymplectic osp(kj2k) superalgebra which encodes the second-class operator constraints subsystem in the HS symmetry superalgebra. Applying of an universal BRST-BFV approach permit to reproduce gauge-invariant Lagrangians with reducible gauge symmetries describing the free dynamics of both massless and massive fermionic elds of any spin with appropriate number of gauge and Stukelberg elds. The general construction possesses by the obvious possibility to derive Lagrangians with only holonomic constraints.

In this article the urgency of the problem related to the study of subjective wellbeing of collectors in the professional sphere is proved. The main results of ascertaining research are presented here. During this research the real conditions of collectors’ work, their subjective perception of these conditions, and also the satisfaction with the professional activity were studied. It was revealed that the better labour conditions were, more often the collectors were not satisfied with them, and their experience of subjective wellbeing in the professional sphere was less expressed.

The article deals with theoretical and organizational problems of introducing European credit transfer system (ECTS) into Russian non-state higher institutions. Question of the reception of the ideas of enlightened absolutism A. N. Radisheva is one of the most discussed among domestic researchers. Opinions on the issue can be divided into two groups. The first is that Radishchev was negatively disposed to the theory, the second believe that the writer was kind of hoping for the possibility of the existence of an enlightened monarch. The work is the study of attitudes of the Soviet researchers on the question of the relationship of the writer to the idea of enlightened monarch, as reflected in the notes to the word “samoderzhaviye” in the translated book by the French philosopher G. Mably “Reflections on Greek history or the reasons of the prosperity and misfortunes of the Greeks” and his major work “Journey from Petersburg to Moscow”. As a result of the study with the involvement of writer’s texts it was concluded that the greatest validity has the opinion on the commitment of Radishchev to the theory of enlightened absolutism.

The article deals with the question of communicative difficulties arising while a foreign language training of primary schoolers with special needs. One of the main objectives of foreign language learning is communicative skills training and development. In consequence of cognitive disorder children with disabilities encounter serious obstacles in communicative and play activities. The article describes communicative difficulties as barriers that destroy effective and comfortable socialization and interaction between interlocutors in foreign language. It indicates the groups of communicative problems and characterizes physiological and psychological reasons of communicative obstacles. The research shows, that children with disabilities are under constant stress. The article presents recommendations on how to overcome the given problems. Therefore, the authors emphasize the necessity of lessening the influence of psychophysical disorders, the significance of motivational aspect, and demonstrate possible activities, tasks that encourage pupils in studying a foreign language. The article defines a foreign language learning at the initial stage as a tool for children development, and offers to integrate natural inherent process of a pupil with the learning one. The described in the article results of the research can be used during the educational process by teachers of foreign languages, education psychologists, counselors, class teachers. Particularly the results may help teachers to develop individual educational course of foreign language learning.

The article describes two basic strategies of a man’s self-presentation in the virtual discourse: virtual reconstruction of social identity and virtual reconstruction of personal identity. The peculiarities of gaining identity and nomination strategies, as exemplified by open letters presented on special sites, are described. Despite the inherent anonymity and carnivalization of communication process in the virtual discourse allowing transformation using speech masks and visual images, authors of the open letters voluntary refuse anonymity and desire to exhibit “Real Self”, emphasize the value of individuality, save the unique face in the era of total globalization. It is explained by the fact that open letters are ego-texts, bound by the author “Self”, which acts as the center of generating ideas, feelings and actions. It is concluded that the leading strategy for the authors of the open letters in the virtual discourse is virtual reconstruction of personal identity.

The article contains the results of the ascertaining experiment aimed at studying the level of emotional stability of the children of the senior preschool age. The main methods to assess the emotional state of the child and to identify the particular manifestation of emotional stability were: the observation of children’s behavior in interaction with the tutor and peers, interviews with children and teachers, educators and parents questionnaires, projective tests. Defines the criteria and indicators of emotional stability of the children: the adequacy of the emotional response of the child in the interaction with the surrounding reality; the intensity of expression of emotions experienced; the stability characteristics of the emotional response. Analysis of experimental data allowed to identify three levels of manifestation of emotional stability of senior preschoolers (high, medium and low). Suggests the author ‘s definition of “emotional stability” in relation to pre-school children.

The article substantiates the need for a project competence in teacher’s personal resource. It is noted that fixed in the federal state educational standard of higher education requirements for students’ project competencies involve the selection of adequate to the content of these requirements methods of pedagogical work on their formation. The paper reconstructs the experience of developing the project competence of philology students in the process of organizing educational events in the practice of collaboration between tertiary and secondary educational institutions. The article deals with the peculiarities of rhyming compounds which are usually used as a means of speech expressiveness, but don’t belong to the system of rhyming slang. Rhyming compounds represent the group of minor types of word-formation in Modern English. The members of the group are less important in comparison with the other ways of replenishing the English vocabulary, but they play an important role in the field of expressive means of language. The meaning of rhyming compounds is diverse and often unpredictable; they usually denote quantity or intensity. Rhyming compounds are formed by repetition of roots with some changes in the vowels or/and consonants. The system of the word-formation type in question is rather stable and tends to increase.

This paper presents a comparative research of analytic philosophy and phenomenology. The problem may be formulated such; is there a presuppositions for a productive dialogue of the traditions? Sameness of themes and plurality of methods of the traditions give a possibility to answer to this question: «Yes». A some points of the dialogue are: using of semantic analysis for phenomenology; using of intentional analysis for analytic philosophy.

The problem of nding consistent cubic AdS interactions of massless mixed-symmetry higher-spin elds is recast into a system of partial differential equations that can be solved for given spins of the particles entering the cubic vertices.
