Stepanov Viktor Ivanovich PROBLEMS OF ENSURING HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY WITHIN THE BOLOGNA PROCESS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 6 (134). P. 27-32

The article poses the problems of ensuring higher education quality within the Bologna process. The author comes to the conclusion that the main thing in getting higher education is not the amount of years of study on a certain stage but a competence level. It is noted that in accordance with the Bologna Declaration not only coordinated standards and procedures of assessing quality of education are created in Europe. In addition methods of accrediting agencies, which deal with determining quality of education are coordinated. The author points out the definite circumstances, which in the course of realizing the Bologna process may exert direct negative influence on the Russian system of higher education. The idea of forming an alternative Eurasian educational system of CIS and Baltic states is suggested.

Functioning of parceling constructions in the narrative of Grigory Baklanov “Pyad’ zemli” (Piece of land) is analysed. Are functions of parcelling. Managers, professors, scholars, Ph.D. candidates, students, representatives of companies and project organizations who are included in the environment use innovative thinking in all professional and personal processes. Countries with developed economy prove that advantages of innovation-based development are increasing competitive advantage of national economy and settle social and economic issues. Shows the experience of the university complex establishment in several Siberian regions as a model of interaction between labor market and education market in the processes of labour force reproduction for industry. For universities responding to regional challenges means moving to the role of the active subject of formation and implementation of regional economy, including: formation of regional strategy of socioeconomic development; formation and realization of large investment projects on the basis of private-public partnership; scientific-educational outcomes supply for the region (innovation projects and project teams for their implementation), etc. University, which is developed according to the model of the university complex, responds to the challenges of modern socio-economic development of the region. Therefore the university complex is a vital institutional mechanism which is provided with priorities, objectives, projects and resources.

Burmistrova Svetlana Vladimirovna IMAGE OF DECEMBRIST’S WIFE IN ARTISTIC AND AUTODOCUMENTARY DISCOURSE OF XIX CENTURY (ON THE MATERIAL OF THE NOVEL BY А. DUMА “TEACHER OF FENCING” AND “MEMORIALS” OF P. ANNENKOVA) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 2 (179). P. 82-86

On the material of the novel “Teacher of fencing” by А. Duma and memoirs of P. Annenkova the author examines the semantics of the image of the decembrist’s wife expressed in the culture of the second half of the 19th century. The specificity of functioning of this type of woman personality comes to light in artistic and autodocumentary discourse. In addition, the analysis is carried out in a comparative aspect: the variants of the Russian and French reception of the decembrist culture and the image of decembrist’s wife are compared. In Russian literature maintenance of the concept of decembrist’s wife is based on spiritually-moral descriptions: oblatory love, devotion, loyalty, patience, courage. The ethical markers of this woman type are genetically related, on the one hand, to аutodocumental tradition of description of a wife, sharing the fate of the “disgraced” (often exiled to Siberia) spouse; and on the other hand, ascend to canonical character of a righteous wife, characteristic of the hagiografic genre. In the novel of А. Duma the beloved of the decembrist I. Annenkov is represented exceptionally in the field of love and love plot, and the chronotop of the novel is limited to the space of intimate history. Thus, the love of the character is interpreted by the teller only as a display of a strong woman passion and is not connected with the spiritually-moral categories of debt, sacrifice, etc. The image of the woman character in the Duma’s novel substantially differs from its prototype (P. Аnnenkova) and from the heroic type of woman personality presented in the Russian literature.

Technology of water de-ironing is presented, based on filtering water trough fiberous sorbents made by the formation fiberes of melted polypropilen, type 21030-6, spilled from rotating disc. In is established that degree of water de-ironing and the working ability of the filter greatly depend on filter staffing density and on thickness of iron hidroxide layer over the fiber. The ultimate concentration of iron in water after the filtering is less than 0,3 mg/1 under initial concentration about 10 mg/1, if the staffing density is 140 through 200 kg/ m cub. and height of filtering layer is 200 mm.

The article describes decay dynamics of dominant plant species in bog complexes of the south taiga subzone in West Siberia. On bog plant material decomposition has taken place during warm time of year when water table was low and oxygen passed easily in upper part of peat. Plant fractions are divided into two types in accordance of the character decay. Plant fractions are grouped in three groups relatively of rate decay. The maximum decay rate belongs to Menyanthes trifoliate L., the leaves and rhizomes losses are 80 % mass relatively initial value after two years of experiments. The roots and rhizomes of Eriophorum vaginatum L. decomposed slowly then other fractions; the losses were 20 % after two years of experiments. Sphagnum mosses were lost from 20 to 40 % of mass.

The article defines the reading type that lies in the foundation of teaching senior secondary school students to read original German texts containing linguocultural, sociocultural, cultural and linguistic information. The author analyses the views of researchers considering the reading process from the perspective of psychology, linguistics and methodology. Special attention is given to reviewing the types of reading. This issue is one of the most theoretically developed, but not yet terminologically stable. The characteristics of “mature” and “immature” reading in the native and foreign languages are identified and described. As a result, on the basis of the conducted research, the type of reading most suitable for teaching to read the original texts is proposed, its characterization is given.

The presented article is a part of the study on the review of the modern genre identity hagiographic canon material on “The Life of the righteous elder Theodore of Tomsk” composed by hegumen Silvanus (Vyurovym) (now Father Kolpashevsky and Strezhevskoy). The considered work reflects the current stage of evolution of hagiographic genre and meets modern canonical genre and stylistic requirements of objectivity, factology, conciseness, and the tendency to transfer the individual characteristic of the ascetic and not to focus on agiotip. Most attention is paid to composition peculiarities, author’s image, style of live and artistic principles of creating an image of a saint. This article discusses the principles of composite construction “The life of the righteous elder Theodore of Tomsk”.

The purpose of the article is to consider the effectiveness of the higher education system, which is one of the foundations for the formation of human capital in terms of professional and pedagogical education. The theory of human capital is not just a theory in the field of economics or sociology, it is an integrated approach to analyzing a wide range of human activities in the context of a certain belief. Higher education in this approach is at the center and is a source of economic and intellectual development not only of the region, but of the country as a whole. The relevance of the article is to consider the role of human capital not only in the economic, but also in the professional and pedagogical context. In the article, we conduct a professional-pedagogical relationship between higher education and human capital. It is suggested that higher education is one of the main components of the theory of human capital. As a result of the analysis, the authors show what are the main tasks in the system of higher education in the context of human capital. The problem and ways of solving the problem of the role of higher education in the formation of human capital, the basis of which is qualitative education, is also considered.

The features of the training process of computer science teachers are considered in this article. The drawback is a low level of informative and technological components of the teachers’ professional training content. In the experiences with the participation of 266 subjects it is shown that the expert estimations of eighty personal special features of subjects make it possible with the high accuracy to forecast expert report about professional aptitude of subject as the worker. In the experiences with the participation of 261 students of VUZ - Institute of Higher Education it is shown that the self-estimations by the subjects of their personal special features are sufficient for the forecast of the professional directivity of each concrete person with the indication of the probability of the realization of this forecast. In both experimental situations the apparatus for plural linear regressions was used. One half of subjects served for calculating the parameters of diagnostic equations, another half served for checking the accuracy of diagnostics blindly. The high validity of expert estimations and self-estimations in the tasks of professional diagnostics is proven
