The article reveals the actual problems of high qualification specialists (doctors of sciences) training. The author of the ar¬ticle sees the main reason of complication of the analyzed prob¬lem in reducing the amount of state expenses on science de¬velopment with the result of «brain drain» out of Russia. At the same time the article notes such tendencies of high qualification specialists training as an increasing number of doctors and professors in the filed of physical-mathemat¬ical, psychological-pedagogical and humanitarian sciences; rejuvenation and feminization of new doctors of sciences. The article emphasizes the necessity of further improve¬ment of financial and social positions of scientists.

The article is devoted to the first in the literature and publicism of the beginning of the XIX century Siberia research edition – «The Siberian bulletin» by G.I. Spassky. Special attention is paid to the principles of selection of the material, ways of its submission which as it is represented, are caused by specificity of recognition of Siberia in culture of the beginning of the century. East Russia is comprehended in «The Siberian bulletin «as exotic territory; receptions of its description go back to utopian performances about «the far grounds». Spassky’s magazine played a determining role during formation of the ambivalent image of Siberia – on the one hand, the parts of Russia adjoining with it territorially and «other» ground regularly studied, on the other hand, the remote, novel, occupied the people conducting essentially other lifestyle, than to what the intellectual of «the Education Age» got used to.

In F. Sologub’s texts and publicistic articles there is a subject of pedagogics, school knowledge, types of «pupil» and «teacher» are steady. Between parts of pair «the pupil – the teacher» Sologub traces relations in the context of a steady antisocial script. Absurd, anecdotic sequences of school subjects in many respects have an autobiographical basis. The school lyrics participates in creation of a portrait of the typical character of Sologub’s lyrics: passive, dependent on the social patterns, limited to frameworks of algolagnic complex.

The epistolary forms which entered a context of “The Moscow magazine” and “The Bulletin of Europe” are considered as an embodiment of the concept of N. M. Karamzin – the publisher, as a reprezentant of his creative method. N. M. Karamzin actively develops poetics of the private, friendly letter in the journalistic and publishing practice, thus the poetics of epistolary publications in Karamzin magazines is conformable to poetics of his private letters. In magazines, also as well as in private letters, estimates and judgments of the publisher, his image itself organize reader’s perception, play a sample role, immerse in the Karamzin sphere of spiritual and intellectual aspirations. The letter as a plot forming element of Karamzin magazines allowed their publisher to come into direct contact with the reader, and “someone else’s” letters became remarks in the dialogue organized by the publisher, a reason for publishing reflections. The letter becomes an ideal form of creation of the addressee – the reader of the magazine as in it the behavioural standard is formed. Certain dynamics of epistolary poetics from “The Moscow magazine” to “the Bulletin of Europe” is noted. The conclusion is that the epistolary is the major esthetic category, it in many respects causes deep internal unity of editions of N. M. Karamzin.

The paper is devoted to the study of the phraseological units which denote age in the Chinese language. The analysis of such phraseological units is coherent with the main principle of the language athropocentricty when a human being is made a cornerstone of modern linguistic studies and a starting point in analysing the language phenomena. There are a lot of fixed phrases in the Chinese language which are connected with the semantic sphere of age. But nevertheless the analysis of the phraseological units according to different age groups hasn’t been carried out yet. In the present article the author analyses phraseological units which name childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age. The conclusion is made that there are some characteristics which are peculiar to the Chinese language and Chinese linguo-culture. These peculiarities are determined by the belonging of this national and cultural community to the eastern type of culture. And these distinctive features are expressed in the existence of a large spectrum of phraseological units which denote the age of a person through the whole life span. These phraseological units add expressivenss, figurativeness, profoundness, flexibility to the Chinese language. They express folk wisdom which has been received during the long history of China.

Three articles devoted to the role of universities in the development of modern society, their relationship to industry, are reviewed by the authors. They state that commercialization of higher school leads to loss of its specific features, its transformation into a very expensive business of industry of getting knowledge. It is supposed that cooperation of universities and industry will lead to synthesis of fundamental- and applied knowledge, and to more active use of the fundamental knowledge itself. For this purpose the term "technological transfer" is offered.

In this article the problem of the professional selfdetermination of the personality of a practical psychologist in the process of education is raised, its solution, in the authors' opinion, is a basis for the formation of acertain model of a specialist. The description of modern approaches to the investigation of a personality s professional self-determination problem is presented here. The authors come to the conclusion that transferring this traditional problem into the sphere of professional education of a practical psychologist reveals the new determinations in the well-known scheme «person - profession*. It exceed the bounds of the philosophical problem of personal choice. The process of professional education for a practical psychologist becomes the process of his professional formation and his personality formation in general. As a result, changes in a personality entail changes in the whole structure of the professional activity of a practical psychologist.

The hybrid Baker’s method together with the cor-relative functional by Lee, Young and Parr was used for constants calculation of the quadric field interaction of the compound sets of cooper, silver and gold. Results of researches have shown that the presowing treatment of seeds with selenium ions (selenite and selenate ions) has a stimulating effect on elongation of the shoot structural elements of the plants Lactuca sativa L. as well as on the content of the chlorophylls sum. Specificity of the influence of different selenium ions consists in regulating the synthesis of biologically active substances and a dry biomass.

The paper analyses the toponymic data of the fi eldnotes by G.-V. Miller collected among Narym and Ket Ostyaks in 1740. The focus of attention is on hydronymic terms. Available data allow to map the area of settlement of Selkup-speaking population in the middle part of the Trans-Ob region in the mid 18th century and make observations on this population’s localization in the watersheds of the main local rivers of Tym, Ket’, Parabel’, Chaja, and Chulym.

The article examines the views of populist A. Prugavin on the sectarianism as a part of the society in the Russian Empire in the last third of the XIX century. The research works of the author on these problems are analyzed. Classification of religious organizations in the Russian Empire is represented in these research works. The author considers that A. Prugavin came to a conclusion that the adherents of different sects could not be considered the alien elements in the Russian society. He believed that religious movements did not represent danger to the state in the Russian Empire.

Pletneva Lyudmila Mikhailovna METAL MIRRORS OF THE BRONZE AGE FROM THE ELOVSKY II GRAVE FIELD // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 9 (162). P. 241-246

The paper is devoted to one of unique artifacts of the Bronze Age – the mirror. These artifacts have been found in Tomsky and Elovsky II grave fields in the Tomsk Ob Region. The Elovsky II grave field contains 370 graves of the Andronovo and Elovo cultures, but mirrors have been found only in 12 graves. They belong to two groups: diskshaped and square mirrors. The paper analyzes the positions of mirrors in graves and persons to whom they were placed. As concluded, they were rarely placed to men, more often to women and children. In addition, the analysis of grave goods shows that children graves are especially rich in artifacts. This is typical of some burial grounds of the Bronze Age discovered in different areas. Mirrors had several functions: it was used as a fashion accessory, as an amulet, and as a symbol of belonging to elite and authority. Over a long period of time (the Bronze and Iron ages), mirrors had different functions in different areas and archaeological cultures.

In today’s social interaction it is widely represented the sphere of conflict communication, which is a reflection of the existence in the society of a stable tendency to understanding the aggression as the permissible norms of hostile demonstrations, potentially punishable act inappropriately interpreted the notions of freedom and personal responsibility. Careful attention of scientists focused on the study of network communication in various forms of embodiment of its genre, in particular, - the correspondence of many social network users. The article presents an analysis of the characteristics of communicative behavior of linguistic identity focused on the implementation of hostile manipulative strategies in relation to others in the network correspondence. Such linguistic identity is defined as the conflict on the basis of a number of parameters, of which the key factor is in favor of communicative intention. In particular, it comes to speech and means to achieve them in a communicative activity of a troll as a carrier of the type of conflict. The essence of trolling - communicative actions of a troll - consists in placing provocative messages on the network in order to create conflict situations. Trolling can have different manifestations, from a «harmless» for the participants in the communication of a verbal clash about certain events and / or individuals, to «hard» forms associated with causing moral harm to the interaction of participants. A motivating base of actions in the network can be the troll’s desire for emotional satisfaction from spilling out negative emotions against other communicators, aggressive and hostile manipulations, shocks. Troll promotes creation of provocation incitement in the communicative field by moving from discussion of social issues to personality of interaction participants. Such course of action, of course, entails a response. Troll can be seen in groups, discussing a variety of topics and issues and contemporary life. However, this discussion speaks only about the reason for a troll to «catch» and then, from the replica to the replica to deploy negative-emotional «onslaught» on the interlocutors. A natural result of becoming a failure in communication or its complete cessation. The specificity of the troll’s network behavior allows us to talk about its potential responsibility in the field of ethical and legal relations. This is facilitated by the factors: firstly, the deployment of manipulative trolling actions for specific network participants’ correspondence; secondly, active use in speech of stylistically reduced and obscene words, performing the function of invective. It has been found that occupancy of and ^-opioid receptors (ORs) by DPDPE and U-50488, respectively, prevents irreversible cardiac cell damage during global ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (30 min) of the isolated perfused rat heart by the Langendorff technique. Activation of Kj-ORs decreased cAMP levels in the myocardium during reperfusion but stimulation of 8J-ORs had no effect on the cAMP levels. The occupancy of both types of receptors did not alter the cGMP levels before and after ischemia. Cardioprotective effect of DPDPE was completely abolished by pretreatment with cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Authors proposed that cardioprotective effect of U-50488 is mediated via a decrease in cAMP levels in the heart but cardioprotective effect of DPDPE is depended on the activity of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum.
