In the chronic experiment on rats was showed a toxic effect of ultradispersive powder (UDP) for piezoceramics on pulmonary tissue. The complex of structural changes of pulmonary tissue that include appearances of productive inflammation with outlet to sclerosis and collection of compensatory-adaptive reactions has been found. On the whole it is confirm a presence protracted toxic exogenerative nature effect. The toxic effect is consequent of significant increase levels of Pb, Cr and in a less degree Ti (in 19, 3,7 and 3,3 once appropriately) in pulmonary tissue of rats after 4 month experiment

The method of substrate-induced respiration studied the dynamics of the rate of basal respiration, microbial biomass and metabolic quotient peat deposits oligotrophic bog (north-eastern part of the Vasyugan bog). The article considers changes in the methodology of teaching of bachelors of technological education in the XXI century which were caused by the development of educational robotics. The creation of an educational robotics was initiated by the introduction of robots in technological processes of production, by the emergence of robots in the service sector and by the use of robots in the army. The development of the robotics involves changing the methodology for preparing technology teachers. The teacher must possess the competencies, which will be sufficient for teaching pupils to the basics of robotics in schools at the lessons of “Technology” and in the classroom of technical creativity during the time free from the lessons. The article describes the training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University with the aim to exchange experiences. The educational robotics has changed the methodology of training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University. The bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University learn different cybernetic robotic platforms and programming of the robots in order not only to teach “Technology” in schools, but also to work in FabLabs. The article is connected with one of the main problems of methodology of forming intercultural competence in teaching Russian language to foreign students-philologists – working out principles of selecting teaching texts. With the help of the analysis of common factors, that affect functioning of all pedagogical systems, we have worked out and systematized 8 particular principles of selecting teaching texts for forming intercultural competence. Basing on the general factor of “taking the teaching goals into account” we have put forward the principles of the communicative, intercultural, educational, informative and the developing value of the text. Basing on the general factor of “taking the teaching conditions into account” we have worked out principle of “the correspondence of the text with the profile of higher education for foreign students”. Basing on the factor of “taking into account the characteristics of students” we have put forward principle of the correspondence of the text with the students’ language level and principle of taking the native culture of foreign students into consideration. In the article we also described 12 criteria, which allow implementing these principles in the process of selection of educational texts. According to the principles and the criteria, it was confirmed that, Russian texts for children’s reading, which are regarded as an important means of popular pedagogy, can be used as teaching material. The system of the principles and criteria is presented in the form of a table.

On the example of cultivation of sprout cabbage of a kind «Nadezhda» in the summer period influencing of meteorological conditions 1999-2003 years to productivity of correction light films for protection closed soil is investigated. With usage of techniques of biological testing of films is rotined, that challenging influencing to growth and development of plants («polysvetany» effect) correction light films render only at enough favorable temperature and light meteorological conditions, giving considerable effects of increase of biomass of spout and economic productivity of horse radish. At a decrease of mean temperatures on 5-7 °C or increase of temperatures on 8-10 °C from optimum for cultivation of plants and long-term period of dense cloud cover during realization of experiment in conditions of closed soil without an auxiliary illumination and heating «polysvetany» effect is not watched. Reproduction of effect in region of risky agriculture (Tomsk) in the indicated term is reached 40% in most unfavorable for an agriculture spring period and 75 % in the summer period

It was investigated the effect of hypobaric hypoxia on the activity of enzyme of different metabolic pathways in wheat and rice seedlings, which differ in steadiness to studying factor. Hypoxic incubation was resulted in increased enzymatic activities of alcohol dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase (NADH) in roots and leaves of rice. The activity of malate dehydrogenase (NAD*) was decreased in roots and leaves of both plants under hypoxia.

It is shown that in broadband transistor amplifiers with minimum-phase two-port compensation networks, a non-minimum-phase shift of transistor does not signifi¬cantly influences phase and transient responses. Thus, the design of amplifiers with desired phase and transient responses can be reduced to providing a suitable ampli¬tude-frequency characteristic, as in the case of mini¬mum-phase circuits. One of the major problems that currently acquires great importance is the aging of the population. The prevalence of mental disorders among persons aged 60 years, on average, is higher than in the general population. Universally accepted definition of mental aging is considered as a process of age-related changes of higher mental functions, characterizing the final period of human life. With age, there are significant structural and functional changes in the body naturally, having individual differences, in turn changing the mark on the functioning of the individual. Age factors impose a significant imprint on the occurrence, dynamics and correction of neurotic disorders. Non-psychotic mental disorders in elderly age have their specifics differ from those occurring in other age periods and therefore require a different approach to therapy. This article discusses the possibility of psychological assistance to elderly patients with non-psychotic mental disorders.

The article deals with the question of individual trajectories of development of junior schoolchildren in the context of solving the problem of achieving the intended outcomes of primary education in accordance with the requirements of Federal state educational standard of primary general education. In the article the authors draw attention to the shortcomings of the existing model of an individual trajectory of development of junior schoolchildren, and propose a new model where students take the subject position in relation to its educational results. The advantage of the new model is shown and the main stages of work are indicated. The results of approbation of new models of individual trajectories of development of junior schoolchildren are presented. The key principles of the article underlying the productive models are the conditions of work of elementary school teachers with individual trajectories of development of junior schoolchildren: 1. to make each of the younger school student the protagonist of the construction of the trajectory of his personal development in the educational process of primary school; 2. to give the student an opportunity to evaluate the degree of mastering the subject and metasubject results of development of basic educational programs of primary general education; 3. to integrate the work of younger students with individual trajectories of development in the current curricular and extracurricular activities of the school of the first stage; 4. to organize systematic work of students with individual trajectories of development in academic cooperation; 5. to give younger students a choice of path, means and space for the development and formation of missing skills and ways of action. Productive model of case management was reflected in actual educational practice and can be recommended to solve urgent pedagogical problems of modern elementary school.

The subject of this article is the problem of «point of view» in Dostoevskij’s novel «Brother Karamazovs». The term «point of view» is understood according to Uspenskij-Schmid as a component of a text’s structure, which refers either to a narrator, or to different characters in the text and which finds expression on different levels such as time, space, ideology, perception and language. The author of the article suggests advancing the concept of different positions of the narrator’s perspective in the text and considers the problem of point of view in connection with the concept of «a semantic field» (Lotman). The degree of possibility for understanding of an opposition between semantic fields is defined as a degree of authoritarian viewpoint.

The different concepts of the connection between the social hierarchy and the language are viewed and analysed in the article. The given theoretical statements and the results of the reseach confirm the credibility of the concept of the ideological origin of the connection. The research of the changes of such an anthropo-centred category as “nationality” within the ideological technologies exemplifies the way how the language can be used by the political elite as a power means – a method for constructing or maintaining some social conventions towards the social groups.

Peat deposit of marsh ecosystem «Tagan» is characterized by presence of mani groups of soil microorganisms, which are able to convert different peat compounds. In upper lay of native soil of ecosystem ammonificative microorganisms with domination nonsporiferous forms are the most abundant, and in bottom lay organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen are plentiful (that is coordinated with distribution N-NH3 on deep is deposits). Nitrifiers and cellulosedestroyers developing in nutrient medium are less active. Content of microorganisms in native soil is constant. Cultivation of permanent grasses during 18-20 years stimulated development of microflora on deep of relict peat. Content of all groups microorganisms including organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen, bacillus, actinomycete, denitrifiers, nitrifiers was essentially increased. Increase in the number of these (and others) microorganisms can point out probability of destruction amplification of organic matter in recultivated part of soil

The paper, based on data of three languages of the same language family, but with different sociolinguistic status, demonstrates that the development of the language is determined mainly by sociolinguistic factors. Most of these factors are unique for each of the Chukchi-Koryak languages (and that is why the results are different) and one important factor is similar: bilingualism of native speakers and the impact of the Russian language. In the fi eld of grammar the infl uence of the Russian language is hidden from direct observation, and is expressed in development of forms and constructions with corresponences in Russian, and in removal of non-congruent ones.

The article provides a critical analysis of G. I. Pelikh’s hypothesis about the presence of marriage classes, as well as circular marital pattern based on them, in the southern Selkup kinship system. It is then demonstrated, that it is not possible to construct such a class using only available published lists of the Selkup kinship terms. The fi nal suggestion is to revise the hypothesis completely.
