The article is devoted to variation of network terminology in Russian internet discourse. The research is based on data collected from the sources of internet communication devoted to network technologies. The following variation types are being described: syntactical, semantic, functional and stylistic as well as their varieties. The article describes the main reasons for network terminology variation on formal, semantic, functional and stylistic levels as well as the relationship of different variation types to the problem of word equality. As a result, the main reason for variation of professional items in computer network sublanguage was defined. It lies in the very process of borrowing specialized lexis into the Russian language as a result of professional international communication intensification. Inside the Internet discourse the variation of network terminology is one of the ways to change communication registers and showing the dynamics of this discourse.

Karpenko Svetlana Mikhaylovna THE PRECEDENT NAME AS A MEANS OF REGULATIVITY IN JOURNALESE TEXTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 75-79

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the regulative potential of the precedent name in media discourse. This problem is relevant in modern linguistics and is studied in the framework of different directions. The article points to communicative stylistics of the text in the aspect of the regulative theory. Methods of actualizing the regulative function of the precedent name are described on the textual material of the corpus of modern newspapers of the Russian National Corpus. Mythonyms which are prominent regulatory means of attracting the attention of the addressee were analysed in the article. Thus, contexts analysis of a newspaper corpus mythonyms Zeus, Hera, Athena, Aphrodite, Prometheus showed that in case of realization of mythonyms only the nominative function its regulative potential might be due to the invariant perception of a precedent text that is stored in the cognitive basis of the addressee and which is determined by its presuppositions. The factors influencing the degree of precedent onym’s regulativity in newspaper journalism, for instance, the use of situation-based illustrative context, the appeal to the source, the use of figurative means and transformed statements have been defined. Situational contexts that direct the recipient to the mythological stories serve as the actualizing mean of the relevant background information, its presuppositions. Mythonym in such a context is a strong regulatory tool, as not only appeals to the cultural memory of the audience, but fills in gaps in the information thesaurus. It is established that the regulative potential of precedent onyms is due to the implementation of cultural, educational and operating functions of the newspaper.

It should be noted that in practice of the Russian university' adult education and professional-oriented communication in English, there is some kind of underestimation of the capabilities of information technology training, including multimedia. A rare and ineffective use of multimedia in the Universities is also due to non-linguistic reality of modern higher education in Russia: the creation of computer databases in the universities is not accompanied by suffi ciently studying the problems of application of new teaching materials for educational purposes. In theory, teaching practice and university systems of the teacher training multimedia application is given insuffi cient attention. At the same time, the results of foreign and domestic studies are contradictory and don't always favor the use of computer technology in the learning process.

The need for the transition of the Russian economy to innovative development is discussed in the article. The main cause of barriers for implementation of this transition is shown. The limited use of direct government regulatory instruments and the necessity of combining them with indirect methods to stimulate this development are described. Creating a favorable climate for innovation as the main indirect instrument of regional development is presented herein. The analysis of the innovation climate definition and its structure was conducted. Indicators of innovations development of the Tomsk region are considered and reasons for the success of this process are summarized, including: the development of scientific and educational complex in the region, the availability of skilled labor, the active support of innovative development authorities, development of regional legislation in the sphere of innovation compared to other Russian regions. Study of oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) and the average mass molecules (MSM) as markers of the severity of endotoxemia, sensitive to changes in the degree of oxidative stress in the complex, one sample of the biological environment, methodologically justified, since it will increase the information content of each of these parameters and reduce the flow of material used, which is particularly important in clinical biochemistry. OMP evaluation method in combination with MSM implemented by us in accordance with the author’s method (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation no. 2012153044, priority of 12.07.2012, the decision to grant a patent on 14.04.2014, in collaboration) and tested on a model biological system conditions spontaneous and Fe2+-induced OMP.

Two tasks of innovation management require its methodological solution. Those tasks are effective selection of asymptotical target and management of generation of unexampled innovations. Methodological strategies of solving these tasks can be put as dilemma. Constructive solution of this dilemma is based at “Semiotic Attractor” conception. The concept became a synthesis of the philosophy of process, results of methodological research related to information phenomenon as a process and results of fundamental research of non-linear dynamics and semiotics. The concept expresses conditions of organization of states meeting nature of managed system's attractors. This “Semiotic Attractor” is realized as an occasion – occasion of random selection and occasion of unexampled innovation's generation. Organization of conditions leading to occurrence of similar occasions is relevant to solution of innovations management tasks. Solution was obtained on basis of four interdependent conditions: 1) innovations management is management of targets; 2) phase states of targeted situations set by semiotic means exclusively; 3) information mechanisms of self-organization require intermediary situation to be formed which should be dependent on asymptotical target; 4) verbalization of asymptotical target should represent current intermediate situation. The latter does not mean concealment of final targets but meet requirement for future should be open for the future innovations. Selection of final target is a choice between aspirations of altruism, perfectionism, hedonism or utilitarianism.

The article gives the results of comparison of illocutionary speech acts in sports commentaries in the USA and Russia under linguocultural paradigm. Sports commentary has made the system of its genres complicated over years. Description of discursive personality in the framework of sports commentary requires knowledge of basic speech genres and speech acts. We can see the tendency of individualization in sports commentary because it incorporates certain emotionally-estimated units (lexical and grammatical). Thus the analysis of speech genres specificity in sport commentary is of particular interest to scholars. Speech genres structure the communicative space of native speakers. Sports commentators, as bearers of different languages and cultures prefer different speech genres. Study of this specificity is of the interest of both foreign and domestic linguists. This is the first comparative analysis of the system of speech genres of sports commentators, as bearers of different cultures. That determines the scientific novelty of this study. Sports commentaries in artistic gymnastics (Russian and English) are the material of this study. We paid particular attention to the analysis of system of illocutionary speech acts using discourse analysis. The article describes the results of the analysis of illocutionary speech acts in sports commentary that determines the nature of functioning of the language personality.

Perspective direction in common range of insufficiently explored problem of Russian history is the study of Russian soviet everyday life history. This statement fully applies to its regional component - the history of the Stavropol Territory. The article is devoted to daily routine leisure of the people of our country in the 1930ies. The author analyzes such types of leisure as reading, sport, movies, self-education, groups culture in the background of economic, political and demographic processes of the country and the region in the 1930ies. As noted in the article all these forms of spending free time were politicized and ideologized. Through the development of mass culture, sport, organization of recreational facilities and rural clubs, the government established total control over the private life of its citizens. Various methods were used for this purpose such as censorship in press and movies, control over the activity of libraries, unification of citizens in all kind of organizations and clubs, and the orientation of young people to “right” leisure with the the help of propaganda, press and cinema. As a result leisure and leisure time turned into not free, regulated by the government. Leisure time was replaced by alcohol consumption (drinking of alcohol) and drunken behavior which became a norm of life, especially in nomenclature 1930ies.

Introduction. The concept of a toponym as a marker of the geographical space and the role of toponymy in the scientific system are revealed. The role of the toponym included as a component of the phraseological unit and the cultural value of these idioms are determined. The relevance of the research, its purpose and novelty are substantiated. Material and methods. The research material is the phraseological units of the modern English language with a toponym as a component (213 units). The methods of the study are the statistical method and the method of the linguacultural analysis. Results and discussion. Toponymic phraseological units reflect and verbalize the various segments of the objective reality including the material and spiritual world of a personality. Toponymic phraseological units reveal a person’s attitude to the reality surrounding him/her, a person’s attitude to the people near him/her and the attitude to self. They also analyze the external and internal aspects of the personality, focusing the view on the appearance of a man or woman, on his/her voice, on gait, on mental state of mind, on the moral qualities and the character of a personality. The image of a personality creating by phraseological units can be positive or negative one. Conclusion. Any toponym (especially if it belongs to the “native” culture) has a national identity. It reflects (except the historical, territorial and geographical peculiarities of the nation), the national mentality, character, and specific features of the people’s life. The English phraseological units with a toponym as a component reflect the national identity as well. These idioms are divided into two large groups: 1) those which show the material comforts of the everyday life and 2) those which tell us about the inward habits of the people. Toponymic phraseological units of the second group include six subgroups. Subgroups including the idioms reflecting the people’s attitude to the social reality and to the other people prevail.

Philosophical ideas of liberation are considered here as well as original understanding of life and nature, laying in the basis of Buddhism pedagogical tradition. The technique is encompass bayed definition of a number of a number morphometry, biochemical parameters, economic productivity of plants at their cultivation in the summer period in conditions of a closed soil under correction light films. Considerable, up to double and more, the changes of economic productivity of culture under correction light films as contrasted to not by modified polyethylene films of the same technological parameters, indicate high response of plants to changes of a spectral components of electromagnetic radiation created by correction light films. Trunk gaslines are key gas movers in Tomsk region. In many cases pipeline loss of integrity, in emergencies, would be associated with explosive processes caused by widening of fatigue fracturing, or entire damage could come from outflow and explosion of flammable transportation fluids escaping from the pipe. Reliable, fast-response stand-alone devices designed to cut-off such emergency sections have become most essential for system-wide operating security. Successfully certified bench and field tests have been performed with an innovative device, AZK-T, offering effective isolation of Tomsktransgaz’s large-diameter pipeline ruptured sections. This device features design simplicity and is easy to operate. Comparisons were made with foreign counterparts to reveal excellent AZK-T performance

It is considered in the psychological anthropology that a person passes consecutively through a number of degrees of the development of the subjectivity, each of them expresses the corresponding mode of the subjective reality: the individual, the subject, the personality, the universum. The analysis of the inner structure and the contextual side of the games, consecutively changing each other during the period of preschool age – elementary producing, mode-roling, plot-roling, a game with rules and producing game in details – allows to suppose that every kind of game, being the leading at the definite stage of the age development, initially supposes the satiation of the leading form of existing of a child. The other forms of existing are not leveled, but harmonically co-exist with the generalized modus, and they are in a special subordinational relations, fulfilling the accompanying function.
