The article covers the problem of development of philosophy of Russian education and the role of Leo N. Tolsloy, great Russian writer and philosopher, in this process. Under his influence a new religious and philosophic trend appeared at the turn of the 19th and the 20th centuries. According to this trend, spiritual formation of personality could be achieved without religion and moral values are consciousness and conscience. The writer differentiated the terms «upbringing», «education», «learning», «teaching». He determined to each of them certain position in the life of a person. The initial positions of educational philosophy of L. N. Tolstoy, called «free pedagogics», were intellect, labor, freedom of spiritual search of one’s own way of life.

This article deals with the functions of fun-fair [“balagan”] metaphors in the narrative structure of Olesha, Nabokov, Vaginov and Dobytchin’s novels. An attempt has been made to compare the variants of the “fun-fair world” concept in the texts belonging to different literary trends.

The article discusses common approaches in the poetics of the comedies by Alexander Griboyedov and Nikolay Erdman, who innovatively use folklore. Both authors refer to the aphorism as a way to extend the stage space, establish new links between the plot of comedy and reality. Griboyedov for this uses aphorisms created by analogy with the Russian proverb, connecting with the Polish and Georgian realities. Erdman parodies oral “new language” of Soviet times.

In the process of training primary school teachers for innovative activity it was revealed that the success was not great enough in view of the fact that they experienced a great number of difficulties. We cleared up these difficulties and the ways of overcoming them and worked out the con¬ception of training teachers for innovative activity. Analyzing the character of teachers successful education¬al work in the process of training by innovative technologies (IT) the author pays attention to studying teachers', didactic difficulties (DD), which reduce teachers', progress during their further training at innovative technologies refresher courses. Studying the character of didactic difficulties (DD) and the ways of overcoming them by means of special training becomes the basis of the author's conception of raising the effectiveness of educational process. The First World War brought many changes to economic, social and political life of the country. The problem became vitally important either for the central part of Russia or the periphery of empire. Here we should pay a special attention to the Altai of Tomsk province where the authorities organized charitable funds and trusteeships, where the families of the called up soldiers were provided with agricultural help. Besides their studies, pupils accepted extraduties, voluntarily assisting soldiers families. The formation of labour teams from pupils was very important either from educational points of view.

Hydrosphere is the most ancient part of biosphere the further development of which is directed to the settling of aerial surroundings and lithosphere cover by organisms. This main track was assumed as a basis of partition of development history into three periods such as hydrozemic, atmozemic and lithozemic ones. Each period is accompanied by respective trend of soil formation, for example hydrozemic period corresponds with underwater soil formation and atmozemic and lithozemic ones to swamp and land respectively. Soil formation influenced on the development of biota by double means, in other words through the change of outer conditions which happened as a result of soil formation, and indirectly through the soil as a habitat

Were measured spec1f1c methane fluxes that are representative for some peatland landscapes of Western S1beria forest-steppe. Spec1fic methane fluxes of forest-steppe eutroph1c m1res are very close to the same fluxes 1n subta1ga. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux has following parameters: 1st quart1le/med1an/3rd quartile = 0.53/1.99/ 6.03 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Methane fluxes from bog lakes are close too, as in subta1ga they are estimated at tens and first hundreds of mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux in riam: 0.00 / 0.09 / 0.21 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Annual methane em1ss1on from Western S1ber1a forest-steppe (estimated on the model Bc5) 1s 0.36 MtСH4/year that form 5 % reg1onal em1ss1on.

There are satirical trials in myth poetical systems of Vladimir Solovyev and Danill Andreev known as philosopherwriter. Facetious works of Russian religious philosopher are made within the scope of aesthetics of nonsense; they correspond with D. Andreev’s “The latest Plutarch”. The poetics of nonsense is inseparably linked with the general philosophical conception of thinkers; its central arguments are parodied in the artistic trial. In the article parody and autoparody, transformation of poetics of nonsense and its connection with absurdity, black humour phenomenon are analyzed.

The density of energy flux of electromagnetic field generated by precessing magnetic dipole at arbitrary distance from the dipole is analyzed. It is shown that in the far field approximation only radial component of the Poynting vector exists, and it represents the intensity of radiation. In the near zone the Poynting vector has not only radial but also sufficient azimuth component. The pattern of field energy flux distribution is constructed. The obtained results can be used at research of dynamics of atmosphere of magnetized celestial bodies.

In the article the mechanism of the inner representation of the fi gurative sexuality is researched. Initially disclose of the sexual sensitivity is given as an unclear images, which might be rationally interpreted and, consequently, clarifi ed by the person in the future. The problem is that in the dominant sphere of heteronormativity the individual mixes socially legitimated description of sexuality and his own one, taking away possibility of his own authentic existence. Authentic perception of own sexual sensuousness is based on the inner representative acts, on the high degree of that which are authentic.
