The article discusses the features of holding the all-Russian athletics competitions and determination of the level of sportsmenship among the persons with locomotor system diseases. Marked insufficient total number of participants, the predominance of men over women, boys against girls, the number of participants of the championship over the participants of the championship of Russia. Many champions and winners of the championship and the primacy of Russia show mediocre results. There is no competition in many athletic disciplines. Only 12 % of the finals was not less than 6 members, which is a necessary requirement for assignment of the sports discharges in case of their implementation. For a significant number of medals there were no contenders. Many potential participants were unable to reach these competitions because of problems with financing. It is especially difficult to reach Cheboksary for the participants from remote regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of analysis and generalization of the data the authors revealed the necessity of improving the normative-legal base, regulating the participation of persons with persons with locomotor system disease at all-Russian and regional competitions in athletics.

The article deals with the question of the formation of basis and main features of the theory of free education, which is gaining popularity in our days. Humanization of society, the need to create a person of a new formation evokes interest in this topic. This article provides a good look to historical change of the ideology, persons who worked hard to solve problems in sphere of education, the problems that the theory faced under the constant influence of the external, including educational environment. The article shows the interrelation of domestic philosophical thought and foreign theories. The theory of free education was born in the «natural education» of Rousseau, was picked up by many philosophers in Europe. A huge contribution to its development was made by the outstanding scholar and teacher, count L. N. Tolstoy. Similar ideas imbued with humanism expressed by E. Kay, J. Dewey and later Maria Montessori. An important point in the history of the formation of the ideas of free education were the works of K. N. Wentzel. The declaration of the rights of the child written by him outstripped, and, moreover, in future became the basis for writing of the UN Declaration of 1959 concluded the basic rights of children. The article also examines the main controversies of ideology. Criticism of individual authors about approaches to education is shown.

If the real part of is smooth, the manifold is isomorphic to the tangent manifold of its smooth part in the abovementioned category. The manifold of oriented (non-oriented) straight lines in the fidimensional centroaffine space is interpreted as a toric manifold over the algebra of dual numbers.

The authors propose measures aimed at improving the mechanisms for overcoming social dependency. This paper is dedication to scientific examination of two his¬torical versions of origin of Russian surnames: official (non-ancestral) and informal (public, ancestral). Population-anthroponimic analysis as a scientific - research method was selected. So-called hypothesis of pro-portional representation, which the-oretically has to be performed in the case of justice of official version, has been controlled. Before, on the example of 12000 graduates Siberian Medical Univer-sity has been tested and showed, that in 25 % called hypothesis isn't performed, and it proves an-cestral (public) version of many Russian surnames These investigations were held with the use of 10000 graduates of Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The results prove the made above conclu-sions at a great extent.

Textual strings of antonymic words with the common morpheme demonstrate considerable variety. They include both traditional and occasional words. Cultural-historical periodization of the early Iron Age in Surgut Ob’ river basin developed by J.P. Chemyakin is viewed in the article. The author of the article raises an objection against the names of the stages of Kulay culture of the Iron Age of the region. The analysis of the periodizations of the epoch of the yearly Iron Age of Ob-Irtysh basin shows that extracted by the archeologists cultural formations are synchronous just in part. Formation of Kulay culture in Surgut Ob’ river basin is connected with penetration of migrants whereas in Narym Ob’ river basin Kulay culture has autochthonous basis. This peculiarity of the early stage of the region’s epoch should be reflected in its name and the name of the early stage of Kulay culture should stay the same as it is in literature.

The article represents the results of the empirical research devoted to a problem of interage interaction of teenagers. Interage interaction is considered by theoretical positions of social constructionist and social identity theories. It is shown, that teenagers are characterized by a high level of age tolerance which influences current of interaction with those age groups, which have limited experience of interaction (children and older persons). The interaction with other social groups is based on other social categorizations, besides age. The basis of subjective differentiation to estimations of interaction with various age groups is the status-role inequality of these groups.

Entering Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev is a way for first-year students to realize their vital aims and plans. The students are eager to get education, which will help them to become specialists in the changing conditions of professional activity, to admit these reforms. Students’ achievements and results are reflected in their personal portfolio. First-year students formulate an order for personal growth trainings, which help to develop the competence to change quickly and adapt to new working conditions. Forming of such competences will simplify students’ acceptance of the new social conditions. Modern theoretical methodological approaches to the concept “tolerance” are analyzed. The results of research of tolerance development of teenagers in the conditions of association of additional education are presented.

The article considers the importance of design activity at lessons of literary reading at elementary school, proves the relevance of project activity in the light of Federal state educational standards, shows the possibilities of this activity on the example of the project “I. A. Krylov’s Fable”, lists the basic principles of creation of the program for literary reading. The authors allocated the types of projects of individual and group activity: practice-creative focused, role and game, research and creative, information-oriented and requirements for the organization of project activity: existence of a significant problem, importance of estimated results, independence of pupils, project structuring, use of methods of research. Special attention is paid to the stages of implementation of the project. The article also states the content of work, the equipment of the lesson of literary reading, kinds of activity trained and teachers in connection with introduction of Federal state educational standard of primary education.

Unuchek Ekaterina Sergeyevna, Sheveleva Alla Ivanovna VERBLESS IMPERATIVE SENTENCES IN CONCEPTUAL GRAMMAR (ON THE MATERIAL OF ENGLISH-SPEAKING ADVERTISING DISCOURSE) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 25-32

The paper is focused on the cognitive peculiarities of the verbless (or nominal) imperative sentences in the modern English-speaking advertising discourse. It is reported in the text that the analyzed imperative constructions are reviewed in the field of conceptual grammar which researches grammatical concepts (or cognitive images) that lie behind the linguistic signs and are reflected in grammatical forms, categories and syntactic structures. The article deals with the syntactic concepts which are represented in the language by the means of the very syntactic structures. The study is aimed at identifying and describing the mental constructs of knowledge that are verbalized in verbless one-member sentences in the English-speaking advertising slogans. They help to summarise the main idea of the advertisement to the fullest extent possible. The use of verbless constructions in the advertising texts is connected with linguistic economy and with a special effect of a nominal structures on a reader. The relevance is determined not only by the growing interest in the study of advertising discourse but by the use of the methodology of the new research paradigms. In conclusion it is noted that the factual material allowed to set up five basic syntactic concepts, verbalized in verbless one-member sentences in advertising discourse, taking into account morphological characteristic of the head element of the sentence.

Participants of the investigations were healthy pupils (boys and girls of about 15-16). The emotional stress which was made by a test improves the dinamics of the brain work and higher the intensivity pupil's attension. The girls of 15 - 16 years are more stable to stress. It is the first time when we discovered that the dinamics of the girls brain work depends on the type of hormonal suppling of reproductional cycle.

The author investigates philosophical poetics as the model of the tradition of hermeneutics and phenomenology. The article shows that the conception of mythos in the poetics of Aristoteles includs the ethical (katharsis) and existential (tragedy) aspects of the poetical understanding. The author notices the similar structure in the understanding of existential phenomenology. However the event of understanding includs as well the being to the death here. According to the author it is the base of the philosophical poetics. In this way the author interprets the whole philosophy of hermeneutics, phenomenology and existentialism.
