ON THE FORMATION OF THE CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS OF MODERN TEACHER CERTIFICATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE TRANSITION TO THE FEDERAL STATE STANDARDS OF GENERAL EDUCATION
The article analyzes the problem of formation of the conceptual foundations of modern teacher certification; the regional models of the teachers’ certification in the transition to general education are described.
