RESEARCH OF CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION FROM THE POSITION OF COURSE OF INNOVATIVE PROCESS IN THE REGION’S ECONOMY
The paper studies the transformation of cluster flow position of the innovation process at different stages of its development. Innovative process is divided into two main stages: creation of a cluster and cluster functioning. The first stage includes three main stages and is connected with process of creation of a cluster by association of its key participants, definition of strategic activities on the basis of the analysis of functioning of the region and formation of resource base and infrastructure elements. The second stage includes creation, introduction and distribution of innovations, has cyclic character.
