| The paper is devoted to educational aspects of new and actual problem of intentional electromagnetic interference (IEMI) to equipment. The background history of the IEMI problem is highlighted briefly, and a number of facts showing the seriousness of the problem are presented. The reflection of the problem in enlightenment and education, particularly a contribution of the author in the work and his suggestions to improve it, are considered. Numerous references on the IEMI problem are given. | 889
| Review of direct and iterative methods of linear system solution used in solving of computational electromagnetics problems is given. The preconditioning principle al¬lowing to reduce the time of computation by iterative methods is described. The algorithms of three iterative methods are given. The methods described are com¬pared on example of calculation of currents in wire an¬tenna. Existence of optimal value of drop tolerance for each iterative method considered is shown. | 945
| Review of methods, allowing to increase the efficiency of linear systems solving by iterative methods is given. Method of matrix-vector multiplication with use of fast Fourier transform (FFT) and Schenhage-Schtrassen method, accelerating large linear systems solving are presented. Results of comparison of matrix-vector multi¬plication with FFT use and of traditional method of ma¬trix-vector multiplication are shown. | 971
| The implementation of master programs is considered. An assessment of the quality of the implementation of master programs on example of Department of Television and Control of the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics was conducted. For the assessment, a questionnaire was conducted among subjects of the educational process. The main advantages and disadvantages of master programs on electromagnetic compatibility at the department of Television and Control are revealed. Factors influencing the decrease in the effectiveness of the educational process are revealed. The organization of a contact area of a teacher with students and the implementation of scientific work in the framework of training in the magistracy were considered. A set of measures to improve the implementation of master programs, related to the organization of the educational process, the revision of the formats of work with students, the conduct of research activities undergraduates is developed. The results of partial implementation of this complex were presented. Tests for verification of the residual knowledge of students and for internal monitoring of the quality assessment of the educational process were developed. The testing was conducted and it’s results were analyzed. The importance of conducting a systematic assessment of the educational process quality was shown. 5 | Introduction. Quality management of education in universities is becoming increasingly important. This became particularly relevant in light of the growing competition between universities, including individual areas of training. The implementation of the quality education system is considered on the example of the Department of Television and Management of Tomsk State University of Management Systems and Radio Electronics. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the results of assessing the quality of educational services among undergraduate students of the Department of Technical Studies, performed in different years. Material and methods. For the analysis, the method of questioning is used, which is the most accessible effective method of collecting information. The questionnaire was developed taking into account the requirements regulated by the regulatory acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Results and discussion. The main advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of master programs in electromagnetic compatibility are presented. A set of measures has been developed to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Partial implementation is fullfilled. A re-evaluation of the quality of the implementation of master programs among students and teaching staff of the department was carried out. The results of evaluating the quality of the implementation of master’s programs are compared with the results of the previous assessment among students and teachers. An increase in indicators was revealed after the introduction of a set of measures to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Identified the need to increase the number of career guidance activities for applicants entering the magistracy. Presented new recommendations for career guidance activities at the department. Identified the need to improve the logistics of the department. The effectiveness of the organization of research work of undergraduates at the department, which is to attract students to research projects with further employment in a research laboratory. The main achievements of undergraduate students in research activities are presented. Practical significance. The presented system of monitoring the quality of the implementation of master programs allows you to track the level of satisfaction with the educational process in a timely manner. This system is also applicable to undergraduate and specialist programs. Keywords: higher education, master programs, quality of education, electromagnetic compatibility | 804
| Introduction. This work summarizes the preliminary results of the implementation of the course on anti-terror management for students-radio technicians of the Department of Television and Control of the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics, studying under the master’s programs related to electromagnetic compatibility. The inclusion of this discipline in the curriculum is due not only to the vulnerability of electronic systems to deliberate force electromagnetic influences, but the need to increase interest in studying for a master’s degree, improving the quality of education and following the trends of modern education. The purpose of the work is to consider the introduction of interdisciplinary courses in the educational process as a factor affecting the quality of education. Material and methods. The work contains the rationale for the introduction of an interdisciplinary course on counterterrorism management, a brief description of the sections of the course and their significance in the training program for undergraduates in electromagnetic compatibility. Results and discussion. The result of the work is a prepared course for undergraduates, related to the study of mathematical methods of anti-terror control, as part of the implementation of master’s programs related to electromagnetic compatibility. Conclusion. The knowledge gained by undergraduates in this course, related to understanding the nature of terrorism and the skills acquired in creating appropriate models, combined with knowledge in the reliability of electrical and radio engineering systems, increase the capabilities of countering terrorism. The formation of additional knowledge, skills and abilities within the framework of the implementation of master’s degree programs allows to improve the quality of training of students and their competitiveness in the market.
