The article deals with the effect of long-wave ultraviolet (UVA) radiation in the low-intensity white light (BS) on morphogenesis, hormonal balance, the content of photosynthetic pigments (SAF) and ascorbic acid (AA) Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. wild-type and mutant Ler hy4, having irregularities in the synthesis of cryptochrome 1 (CRY1). The plants of both lines inhibition of growth processes and reducing the real seed production in response to the additional exposure to UV-A light was associated with a change in the balance of endogenous hormones - decrease in the amount of indole acid (IAA), and increased levels of abscisic acid (ABA), change the content of FAK and AK. On the basis of differences in the dynamics of seed production plants has been suggested the possible involvement of the photoreceptor CRY1 in regulating morphogenesis of plants to UV-A light of low intensity.

The article is devoted to one of the key derivations of Russian culture of language – concept “Family”. It provides a complete and coherent analysis of dictionary definitions of the name of this concept. Published in XIX–XXI dictionaries of Russian language are served as a source of practical material. Material of dictionaries allowed to reconsrtuct the usual model of the name of concept “Family”. The article also describes the first observations about the specificity of Russian concept in the background of correlative concepts. The article concluded that the word “family”, having unbranched semantic structure has undergone semantic changes and gradually became a polysemant. Over time it has developed the metaphorical and metonymic meanings. As a term the word came into use in the natural and language sciences.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept memory in a comparative aspect of silver age poets’ writing such as N. S. Gumilyev and A. A. Akhmatova. The concept is analyzed on the basis of intertextual associativesemantic fields modeling that allow to identify different semantic aspects of the concept and individual author’s peculiarities of association. The result of research showed that common lexemes, that correspond to the usual meaning of the lexem memory, for poetic creativiy by A. A. Akhmatova and N. S. Gumilyev are the following areas of association: memory as a memory of anything (about love, about the events that happened earlier, about objects of the surrounding world, about time of action, etc.); memory as the total of the experience gained by the person or people; memory features. In the poetry of A. A. Akhmatova memory about the events of the past is painted emotionally due to sensual perception of the poetess. In her poems the relation of the concept memory with heart and soul becomes actual. In the poems by N. S. Gumilyev memory is connected not only with past time, but with future time too, with deep or archetypal memory, and it is of great importance for the poet, because it is the focus of experiences, thoughts, feelings, stimulating creative activity and correlates with knowledge.

The article considers the question of the organization of work for the implementation of the project method in the educational process on the basis of age characteristics of preschoolers.The actuality of implementation of this method in the educational process of the preschool institution is caused by the fact that it can significantly improve the independent activity of children, develop their creative thinking, the ability to find information about the object or phenomenon of interest and use this knowledge to create new objects of reality, making the educational system of preschool educational establishment open for the active participation of parents. Everyday life of wartime, or military daily life is one of the new research fields of modern historical science. The study of the events of the war “from the trench”, from the position of the combatant, or – through the eyes of a resident of the rear, who finds himself in harsh conditions of survival – helps to reconstruct the everyday labor and leisure practices, the behavioral motives of people, to more fully and deeper explore the reflection of war in the life of the population, and a separate region. The study of published and unpublished archival documents, including memoirs, letters from the inhabitants of Stavropol Territory during the Great Patriotic War, make it possible to present the scope and scale of such a phenomenon as labor mobilization. The population of the province, as well as the whole country, from the first days of the war was involved in the fulfillment of labor obligations – the construction of defense facilities, fortifications, agricultural work. Heavy physical labor, according to the memories of the participants, was beyond the strength of many women, children, adolescents. For the mobilized there were no life and nutritive conditions created, insanitary conditions prevailed. The schoolchildren, who were called to the factory schools, did not have enough clothes and shoes, poor nutrition was combined with hard work instead of training. Numerous “letters to the authorities” of wartime, including from the front line, are filled with pain and despair about the plight of their families, mobilized for work and being at the limit of survival. In general, labor mobilization, accumulating for the needs of defense the free work of a huge number of people, radically changed the daily life of the population. The hardest, in harsh conditions, shock work became the norm of life, allowing, in the end, to win the war.

The article «The Instability of the Gender Category in Kamchatsky dialects» presents the analysis of the gender category of general Russian and dialect nouns functionating in Kamchadals’ dialects. The aim of the article is to point out the differences in the distribution of the whole totality of the nouns marked in the dialects among gender classes. In this work the nouns are classified into four groups: I. General Russian words, the gender category of which is common in the dialect language and in the literary language (LL). II. General Russian words, the gender category of which doesn’t coincide with the LL and the dialects. III. General Russian words with the «roaming» gender category in the dialect speech. IV. The dialect nouns, the gender category of which differs from the LL.

This article is devoted to transformations of mental culture of Selkups and Khanty living in Tomsk oblast. It analyses the activity of creative groups (ethnic centers, clubs, and associations) and language circles where pupils study selkup language. The author comes to conclusion that we observe the “professionalization” of the culture. This is natural process and it promotes positive self-identity of indigenous people.

The article presents the basis for correspondence between the theories of management and directions of nonlinear dynamics. The role of collective dreams in the formation of the asymptotic dynamics of the organization goals is discussed. On the basis of the model of generating information the hierarchy of goals of the nonlinear dynamics of complex open systems is revealed and the option of ordering modern theories of management is offered.

Main characteristics and sorbtional properties of polymeric fiberous materials made of thermoplastic wastages have been studied. It is established that the highest abilities of filtering oil-products is reached with proportions between a product and filter masses of: 6.0 through 9.31 for raw oil, 6.0 through 13.0 for oil type И-20, and 3.5 through 9.95 for diesel oil. They are dominating widely used filtering materials such as sul-focarbon and activated carbon. Regeneretion of fiber-ous sorbents is made by centrifugeing with separation factor equal to 100. Sorbtion capacity decreases no more than 20% after 50 regeneration cycles.
