New results referred to the fundamental theory of synchrotron radiation (SR) are to be presented. We thoroughly analyze the relation between the amount of radiation emitted by a scalar particle at the transitions to the rst excited state and to the ground state. Generalizing basic expressions we can follow the evolution of spectral maximum. It turns out there is a condition for radiation maximum to stay at highest harmonic.

The eld of a rotating inclined magnetic dipole is studied. One rst integral of motion and some particular solutions of equations of motion for a charged particle in this eld are found. The effective potential energy of a charge is studied. It is shown that the effective potential energy in the corotating reference system has six stationary points, which correspond to circular motion of a charge.

The article deals with the conception of intertextuality as a category of the text and as a method of the violation of its structure. The paper analyzes the peculiarities and the causes of usage of this stylistic device in the artistic text by the example of the novel by A. Dцblin “Berlin Alexanderplatz”. The key role of intertextuality in the montage technique is elicited and proved in works by authors of the postmodernism period. In the present article it is also taken an attempt to give a clear definition of this linguistic phenomenon and related terms, to mark forms of expression and degrees of markedness of intertextuality on different levels. It is proved that its identification and understanding in the text depends on the background knowledge of the reader.

The state and private initiatives directed to the increase of financial literacy of citizens are being solved in different ways in many countries. For Russia an appeal to the international experience in improving financial literacy is very topical. The greatest interest represents foreign experience of those countries in which programs on financial literacy have proved the efficiency. The information-educational products directed to the increase of financial literacy of the population, are considered on an example of the USA and Poland, having interesting approaches and methodical materials. In the USA the projects and programs directed to increase of level of financial literacy of the population, are financed basically by a private sector with support of the state and public initiatives. Financial education in the USA is based on partnership of the organisations of all patterns of ownership and all levels of the power. In Poland state financing of such programs prevails. And the Central bank of the country is their initiator. Educational programs are constructed on the private-state partnership with consolidated financing of events for financial literacy. World experience is useful to Russia from the point of view of the organizational aspects, use of various techniques and educational resources.

In the work this type of the language picture of the world is called a contaminated language picture of the world, the specifics of which is naturally reflected in the fiction discourse of the writer. The paper is devoted to the issue of synonymy in terminology. Authors reveal the meaning of the notion “terminological synonymy”. They turn attention to the generalization of theories related to principles of synonymy in terminology. It’s known that there are different points of view on the existence of term-synonyms. In the paper such items as “synonym”, “doublet”, “variant” are analyzed by different linguists. Through the example of landscape study peculiarities of usage of synonyms in the Russian and German languages are shown to nominate different fragments of the linguistic world-image. Polylexical relations inside terminological systems are becoming more and more popular nowadays, and landscape study proves this fact. It should be emphasized that earlier such relations were considered as unacceptable.

The article considers the formation of “professional competence” term. Corresponding psychological and pedagogical literature was reviewed, correlative terms were analyzed. On the basis of information received the correlation between terms “professionalism”, “professional readiness” and “professional competency” was revealed and presented. Also, scheme presenting correlation of above mentioned terms was introduced. Specific features of professional competency of teachers working with disabled children were considered and analyzed. The structure of professional competency of such teachers was determined and presented in tabular form. Major components of professional competency revealing through three aspects: cognitive, practical and personal were identified and presented. Relation of these components formation ensures professional readiness of a teacher who works with disabled children.

The paper presents the results of involvement of future mathematics and physics teachers in independent scientific research activity in conditions of realization of competence approach. In the case of such approach the competence is a general capability which is checked and created in activities. It is based on knowledge and allows the person to establish connection between the system of actions for successful problem solution. During the educational process, the formation of elements of competencies at implementation of curriculum is carried out by means of maintenance of the studied subject. The course of the differential equations has great opportunities for forming of professional competencies of future teachers of mathematics and physics, however the existing education guidance, according to the theory of differential equations, are obviously not oriented to form the competencies. Besides modern development of technology, chemistry, biology, ecology, geography, economics and other sciences is impossible without the use of differential equations. The solutions of Clairaut-type equations with a special right-hand part found in the paper are a new result in the theory of partial differential equations. In turn the organization of independent scientific research in the framework of the course of differential equations promotes the main goal of professional competencies of future mathematics and physics teachers, namely forming the professional competencies being ready to use theoretical and practical knowledge in science and education.

The article deals with the development and different approaches to civic education in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. During all the human history every society aimed at development of civic competences, knowledge among young generations. Nowadays these intensions (more about democratic citizenship) changed into increasing problem, demanding more attention, tightly connected with democratic processes. In different schools of Great Britain there is a program of introduction to the subjects connected with the development of civic competences. The fact of formalizing the subject in England reflects the growing concern among British young people’s attitudes to the civil society, their participation in the political life of the country, and is perceived as an important event in the history of education in the UK. However, the understanding of citizenship, education and cultural identity changes in accordance with the region, and that becomes the reason for different aims and approaches to civic education in Britain. The article presents the peculiarities in understanding of the terms “civic education” and “citizenship” in different countries of the UK. It is concluded that the understanding of these concepts affects the contents, the denomination and methods of teaching the subject of civic orientation in the school system. Aspects of civic education are firmly entrenched in government programs of primary, secondary and higher education, which constantly transform with the changes at different levels of the society. The UK has also these peculiarities and inside the Commonwealth approaches, the names and methods of civic education vary. The differences are due only to the territorial factor and the factor of experience, but, in general, the concept of civic education is a complex and versatile.

Theoretical and content aspects of the professional training essence of future economists for interaction with foreign partners are revealed. The purposes of students’ professional training of non-linguistic universities are considered. The specifics of improving their professional training are revealed. The concepts of professional and communicative competencies of future economists are revealed. Characteristics of the professional competence types are given which ensure the fundamentality of the training of future economists in accordance with the federal state standard of higher education. The necessity of forming these modern specialists’ competencies for their professional self-realization and interaction with foreign partners is grounded. The functional purpose of the course of teaching a foreign language as part of the general training of future specialists of a nonlinguistic institution is defined. The influence of a foreign language on improving the professional skills of future economists is substantiated. The structure of effective characteristics of their professional training is specified. The results of the conducted experiment on the evaluation of the success of students professional training and the level of the development of their professional skills are given. Language is an essential element of culture and it is possible to transfer cultural information via language. Meanwhile, cultural changes affect the development of the language elements such as grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and usage. Therefore, the study of a culture cannot be complete without learning the language in which cultural codes are transmitted. Proverbs are an important part of the language. The contents include moral values, lifestyle, traditional culture and many other aspects. They demonstrate some ethnic cultural values, reflect the inner world of the people. There are many Chinese proverbs showing the traditional ideas of marriage and the right choice of a spouse. The family as a unit of society is an important carrier of continuity and the development of national culture. This article discusses the importance of family life and the meanings of marriage based on the analysis of some typical related Chinese proverbs. The characteristics and special features of Chinese traditional family and marriage values can be represented in these proverbs. The deep structure of the proverbs indicates the need to preserve stability and harmony in the family and marriage, which is one of the most crucial values identified and substantiated through long history. This paper suggests that traditional Chinese people have been paying great attention to the family life and quality of marriage. It emphasizes that when choosing a spouse, moral qualities were considered more seriously than outer appearance. Besides, the positions of the husband and wife should be roughly equal in terms of social classes, financial conditions and educational backgrounds. Proverbs conveys the traditional ideas that men take the leading and dominant roles in family life. By analyzing Chinese proverbs about marriage and family relationships, one can gain further understanding of the traditional Chinese view of marriage and love. In Chinese society at the beginning of the 21st century, traditional values are still the resources for people to develop the new concepts of relations between spouses and such research meets the requirements of the social development of modern society.

Today the necessity of changes in the field education is recognized. They include, first of all. changes in the value system and objectives of education, the content of which is being oriented from the sphere of subject knowledge towards the sphere of ways, forms, methods, values and goals of its formation. This paper presents the analysis of valuable changes which occur in public conscience. The theoretical material is supplemented with the analysis of sociological inquiries of the students studying at Tomsk Polytechnic University. The problem of contemporary situation in higher education is pointed out which is characterized by internal conflict. Orientation on educational services leads to more professionalzed education. Higher education faces difficult choice of finding out optimal ways of its further development: to teach students to learn or to provide them with full information on knowledge, facts or theories. Using the method of quantization of reducible theories we construct total action of the model under consideration. We show that superconformal N = 2 transformation could be applied to the construction of the supersymmetric analogon of the reciprocal transformation. Due to it we present the connections between three different N = 2 supersymmetric extensions of the Korteweg de Vries equations with the three different N = 2 supersymmetric extension of the Harry Dym equation.

There isn’t an aspect of social policy or experience that isn’t deeply caught up in disability issues. Disability is one of the great issues, like race, class and gender. Attitudes, beliefs, and misconceptions of society constitute a major barrier for people with disabilities. Attitude change can follow on heightened awareness, increased contact, and increased meaningful communication between disabled and non-disabled people. Although personal interaction is the most effective medium for conveying the personal experience of disability, the mass media can be an effective vehicle for bringing about greater understanding, and a consequent gradual change in public perceptions of people with disabilities. Language reflects the world around us and also constitutes the ways we understand and experience it. One aspect of the study on disability involves examining the words we use and the ways in which language represents persons and beliefs about them. The language used to talk about disability and disabled persons has changed over time. History, theory, advocacy, politics, and culture influence how disability is expressed and represented. The emergence of new paradigms of disability, the disability rights movement and disability studies, and other changes in culture bring attention to the ways that we talk about and depict disability. Examining varied perspectives on disability reveals considerable variation in language related to disability and how it is regarded. The article is devoted to the cognitive and discursive, contextual analysis of the disability terms based on the Internet articles of the Russian and American magazines, journals and newspapers: AiF, Rossiyskaya gazeta, Moskovskiy Komsomolets, lenta.ru; New York Times, National Geographic, Time, People, Scientific American, Fortune.

The article shows the specifics of the functioning of economic concepts of the media, carried out by an intermediary between reality as a mass audience and as a powerful tool for influencing readers’ minds. Mass-media not only inform readers, but frequently refract, transform events and facts, allocate with their varied assessments, impose this or that vector of their perception and interpretation. One of the ways of similar transformation of validity in mediadiscourse is metaphor. The object of the research is one of the most meaningful concepts of economic area – concept «inflation», the subject – a specific character of its metaphorical representation in the Russian mediadiscourse of XXI century. As the material of mediatexts’ research (2000-2015), presented in newspaper subcorpus the National corpus of Russian Language have served. During the analysis anthropomorphic, zoomorphic, naturemorphic, military, sports, mechanistic metaphorical models were revealed and described, their role in creation of an image of inflation in consciousness of ordinary native speakers was established, the pragmatic potential of the given models was established, the assessments of inflation shaped by mass-media are revealed. The analysis has shown, that at the given economic stage inflation in Russia is estimated by national massmedia mainly negatively, confirming this metaphorical representation of this concept, as well as its contextual environment. Inflation is metaphorically characterized as a certain subject or object, impeding to normal functioning of a society. It may be a gluttonous essence, «eating» savings of citizens with extreme speed, an invincible soldier beating the poor, a sprinter who starts at high speed and carries away behind itself the prices, a dispersed mechanism which is practically not responding to levers constraining it, destructive elements. Thus, such properties of inflation as uncontrolled, destructive influence on economy, are underlined by the need for serious economic transformations to overcome inflation.

Dronova Tatyana Ivanovna MISSIONARY ACTIVITY OF VELIKOPOZHENSKY MENTORS AND PEASANTS ON THE LOWER PECHORA DURING THE REIGN OF NICHOLAS I // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 1 (190). P. 198-202

The article deals with the analysis of the evangelical activity of the Russian conservatives (pomorets) living in the Ust-Tsilemsky volost of the Mezen County of the Arkhangelsk province in the first half of the 19th century. Earlier unknown archival documents which are stored in the State archive of the Arkhangelsk region, discovering the facts about evangelical activity of conservatives are considered. During the considered historical period the Velikopozhensky monastery where mentors, copyists of books, draftsmen of wall sheets worked was the main Old Believers’ center of the nizhnepechorsky region. Activity of its monks as preachers a drevlepravoslaviya in the rural areas located on the Pechora River is considered. Preachers were not only mentors, nachchechikami, but also ordinary peasants who actively traveled along the Pechora in the guise of artisans and through their preaching and way of life helped to transform officially Orthodox people into Old Belief. The main attention in work is paid to the false decree, presented as «sovereign», distributed by the Ust-Tsilma peasants in support of conservatives a as well as with the aim of involving the population in the Old Believers. Peasants read the false decree in their families, rewrote and distributed it through the inhabitants of the villages. Despite the pursued ban policy of the Old Belief, the number of the people passing into it steadily grew.
